Day 58: Chopped 1 other day, Chopping others tonight and tomorrow. Trying dark period with other plants

the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

Added in a fifth Zsweet Inzanity clone that I had growing on the side from the original 6 clones. Slight defoliation around the base of the stems, so far the plants haven’t been too bushy. Plants still have signs of a magnesium deficiency so I will wait 1 more week until I switch to flower. This will also give the plants a few more days to full up the gaps in the ScrOG net.

Smells gud

This girl was a little slower starting. We had excessive rain. I thought it was going to rot her roots. It didn't. She's handled the wet conditions and is really taken off this week. We had more rain on day 4 then intermittently through the night into day 5. We had cooler temps on day 6 and more intermittent rain that evening and night. Day 7 we again had thunderstorms and rain that night. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil in day 6. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron and phosphorus available to the plants. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg.

Day 17 17/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag 5ml -5L. Very humid week, noticed a green turning colour on top of soils where the humidity has been far to high. I have installed door netting and recently left open all day and night now so they can condition over night in colder temps. Growth wise, explosive little seed 👌💚 Day 19 19/07/24 Friday Lite Feed today, 250ml each pot small run off. Seeing excellent start to these babies. Day 37 Week 5 update: Not looking awesome. Appears I have a root aphids or hopefully just soil mites “arthropods” and maybe thrips.. going to be fighting soil and plant pest.. :/ Update: went to store and grabbed Neem Max by Bonide, Alaskan Fish fertilizer Got some yellowing so I added 1tbsp alfalfa meal top dressed for nitrogen boost. Currently brewing a veg tea/ foliar spray. About 2.5 gallons dechlorinated water 1 tbsp alfalfa meal 1 tbsp kelp meal 1 tbsp super fly insect frass 1 tbsp crab meal. Half tsp molasses Half tsp fish emulsion Will feed/spay tea on day 39 (48 hr brew) For veg tea. Will spray plants foliage with NeemMax today (D37) to start fighting thrips or any pest. Day 38 decided to feed with a bonide mixture. About 3-4 tbsp per 2 gallon split between the veg plants sprayed into soil and roots. Aswell as a light spray for each plant in the flower tent although those plants seeem to be doing better I have yet to inspect. Wanting to keep areas as separate as possible while dealing with veg tent first. Day 39 plants drank up the bonide mixture surprisingly overnight and feed the Veg tea about 40 hour brew. Looks prime time to use as well lots of bubbles indicating microbe activity. Also sprayed folliage with the tea and lights off for 15-20 to let leafs dry off first. Also .. slight issue I’ve been measuring my umol incorrectly.. my measurement reads in lux and Foot Candles.. Basically I was giving my plants about 50-80 Umol instead of 400-600 like I thought. Same for flower. That being said very impressed with what I have achieved with very minimal light. Hopefully my plants won’t get stunted from the correct light.

Light is set to 80% from now on. Starting this week Haifa Grow Clean is added as a helper, it contains Polyphosphates which are supposed to make nutrient that have fallen out of the solution available again and clean tubes/sprinklers. Haifa Grow Clean is NPK 5/31/40, I use it once a week. The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. Values are average of the day. 08/31 Day 29 start of week 5 of flower. Both seem tk be doing really well no signs of light stress or anything. Should start packing on weight now. Fed small pot 1310ppm didn't measure runoff 09/01 watered big pot runoff 338ppm. So far so good she is loud but the volume ain't cracked up yet...until nxt week happy growing

She is doing a lot better this week I had to install a heater unit outside tent to keep levels better for the plants . The leaves are doing better and tomorrow she gets a feeding again and will be doing producing more leaves and getting healthier . She isn't flowering yet or any pre flowers but it will soon and she is gonna be a short one this go around . Cheers canna family....

Just water, molasses tea ...today...a good watering ... Fp auto is doing good , the colour is Changing on the trychomes... Lets see what happens next few days .. The Durban and pinapple are just veggin Jul 21- it's been hot so they all got tea(I've been soaking manure, crushed eggshells, molasses, boiled 🍌 skin and some compost in vat of water) Jul 23- more tea and water for girls. Everything is fine

Been another smooth week. A few of the plants are starting to show signs that they are moving towards the finish line. Seeing some swelling, pistils starting to brown, and some beautiful purples coming out in some of the buds. Been debating on giving them a dose of dry koolbloom, but I will probably just keep them running on the maxibloom until flush since they look pretty happy. This sugar cane smells like sweet jet fuel and leaves a greasy residue on the skin when you rub against it. It's different than the sticky feeling that you usually get. It's hard to get photos of the frost level on her with my lighting but shes pretty coated just like they always are.
