Getting rather toasty in my sealed unairconditioned garage/car port grow 90f+. Having to adapt to extreme conditions is always challenging but I find silica works very well to help the old girls deal. Let it be said I much prefer the winter here in southern california for growing my buds!!! Anyone got any tips for growing in this kinda heat?

Day 14: After a week from hell with the heat often staying around 34-37°c while lights on , these little ladies have coped fairly well. i am down now to 5 on this run but the very small Northern light could also give up at some point as it is so tiny. The others are just starting to get moving and actually growing now. light now at full power so lets see how this week goes.

Day 26 and things are still looking really good , been giving the girls LST as much as i can , I also got rid of a couple of leaves that were really blocking the budsites. But overal the girls are reacting well , the mega power plant auto is already showing some signs of flowering since she is starting to produce her first pistols on her nodes. A spaceship landed in front of my house today. Some weird green creature comes out of the craft ,hands me a box and takes back of on the spaceship. So ofcourse im wondering what it is ... I open it and there it was , the mars hydro ts600. A gift from the gods ! Hung it up in my tent straight away. So in total i have the mars hydro ts600 hanging and the mastergrow 600w wich pulls about 130wats. With both hung up i total 230 wats maybe a bit more. Still think i have to wait 1 more day before i can give them some water and top dressing. Empezamos la 7a semana con 49 dias de vida , el proyecto A ha cogido una fuerza espectacular en general, se estan haciendo unos monstruos, lo puedes comparar con las ultimas fotos y las nuevas, lucen sanisimas. Seguimos con el riego de elicitación y nutrición de terranabis , estan muy bien alimentadas. Las geneticas se ven bastante fuertes y sanas en general también , vamos a ver donde conseguimos llegar este año ya que dependemos mucho del tiempo de vegetación.

Still Hot AF! We’re at 100F everyday. All except the jelly rancher seem fine with it. The banana mango isn’t bothered. It’s interesting the heat difference on strains. All were planted the same time July 24, for the first time high today will be 90! Not 100! Shooting up like rockets! July 27th - supercropped the banana mango and it’s crazy wide and like a huge solar array! It rained yesterday! Real, soaking, non-drought rain. The plants loved it…

This week went very well. She grew another 7 +/- inches. A little bit of stretch but not too bad, I'll keep an eye on it. If i didn't already have 2 more SD growing, I probably would have kept this plant for a mother plant. I'm just starting to do a little cloning. I like SD but i don't want 7 plants right now. With the little bit of LST i did, my canopy is pretty even height wise.

They have jumped again in height quite a bit this week; they are big plants to say the least. Each plant is approximately 5 ft (60inches) tall (2 are a little taller than that) and they are all about 4 ft (48inches) wide. They drink like horses do! I didn’t expect these plants to fill out their 10 gallon pots so quickly, but they are pretty well root bound. All in all these ladies are doing pretty well; this week I gave them a 70/30 mix of Gaia greens all purpose and power bloom, amongst a few other Gaia green products to boost phosphate and potassium, and continue to supplement with advanced nutrients additives once a week. I defoliated this week; and actually got quite violent with them to try to allow some more light to penetrate the canopy; you wouldn’t even know it 😑 Slowly they are changing their growth patterns; we are also loosing daylight in my hemisphere at the rate of about 2.5 minutes a day, hopefully that helps continue to ease them comfortably into flower 🌺

The week went well, no problem, no pest, no deficiency. Stable rate of growth. Everything's gravy, everything's wavy :)

So introduced a scrog net into my grow tent this week and tied some high growing stalks down a little so the others can try and reach there height! Whether I’ve added the net to late is a different question and answer!! My first grow so still learning as I grow haha! Temps been good and they look like there flowering heavier each week which is a bonus! Still unsure on the flush system when harvest is nearing!

It was pretty challenging feeding all my plants at 1x .i have been over feeding my last autos grows this is my 2nd photo grow and my best.their stretching not too bad and making little buds so far
