Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Incident : Rupture d'une branche en dessous d'une tête lors du dernier palissage dû à la faible flexibilité de la branche mise en place d'un scotch. afin de fermer le trou de la cassure .pour ne pas avoir de parasites ou bactéries ou champignons. Répartition de l'énergie : En supprimant cette branche, la plante va redistribuer la sève et les nutriments (Orgatrex/BioTabs) vers les autres sommets. ​Canopée : Malgré l'amputation, les photos montrent une plante très fournie avec de nombreux sites de floraison encore intacts et bien formés. ​Note du cultivateur : Génétique exigeante, déconseillée aux débutants pour le travail de structure (LST/HST) en raison de sa fragilité mécanique une fois le tronc lignifié. 18/03 donner 1 litres d'eau avec 5 ml d'orgatrex PH 6,3 bonjour aujourd'hui le 20/03 petite observation je suis stupéfait ma whamboom changement de couleur mdr . normalement elle devrait être verte suivant les photos et génétiques d'après ce que j'ai pu voir. La mienne devient violette. OK et ma cerise cola avec du temps à devenir foncé. 22/03 donné 0,5 Litre d'eau PH 6,3 .surface très sec .

This week the nice flowering continues. I bought a new light in China, Samsung LM301H 240W so I added it into my grow tent. The weak plant is probably destroyed and the yield will be very small.

Well, they haven't died, lol. J/k. These ladies are 15 days old today and are looking quite content 😁 Still have some adjustments to make but very close to being dialed in. Again this will be a relatively short run, going to veg for 3 more weeks, maybe 4 and then flip the lights. Also only going to do defoliation with these. This is the biggest auto and best to date of my doing she is very exciting to watch 💜🍓🥛 🌱 I just started giving all my plants nutrients so we will see how this works out now 👌😂📚 happy growing fam

The phenotypes are now very distinct, the small plant's leaves go directly from green to dark plum colour they do not go yellow at all. Unlike the early orange bud. It almost looks like it has a blue light on it.

8/12 (Day 56) - Well it’s a week and things are looking ok I suppose. Everything is staying in check and I’m feeding full strength and the plants seem to be handling it well. Drinking 4-5 gallons a day. I think the stretch is pretty much done so hopefully we can get some big juicy nugs to develop. These ladies are sooooo stick. I defoliate and 10 seconds later it’s like my hand is covered in stick glue, and the smell…sooo sweet. Like a tropical candy. Going to be doing probably one last big defoliation on these girls in the next day or two. I’m always plucking here and there to be honest. But seems to be ok. Thanks for looking! 8/13 (Day 57)- Did some very light defoliation on three of the plants, then the back right plant I ended up removing a ton of the lower growths and leaves. It needed it pretty bad I feel. She is a little behind the other plants but looking good none the less. Just going to continue to monitor and feed regulary. 8/14 (Day 58)- Started the morning with the flush and change of water and nutrients. Everything is looking good, going to leave them alone for a few days let the one plant recover and grow. All conditions are steady and constant. 8/15 (Day 59)- Just continuing to monitor and check for issues, feeding around a gallon or more every 4-5 hours. I am noticing more and more frosty goodness as the girls continue to develop! As always tips and recommendations welcomed and appreciated.

Week update – Full bulking mode 🌱🔥 This week we increased plant nutrition, pushing feeding up to EC 1.57 / pH 6.3, using a total irrigation volume of 22 L (GrowDiaries doses shown in ml/L). Feeding recipe (22 L total): • CalMag Xtra: 30 ml • Bio·Grow: 6.3 ml • Bio·Bloom: 133 ml • Top·Max: 23 ml • Bio·Heaven: 21 ml • Bud Candy: 38 ml • Atazyme: 25 ml Irrigation is done via drip system + manual support watering to ensure full substrate homogenization. We also fixed a flow imbalance on one dripper so all plants now receive identical flow. Environmental parameters this week: Air temp: 24.6 °C 💧 RH: 52.4 % 📈 VPD: 1.47 kPa ☀️ PPFD: ~914 µmol/m²/s 🌞 DLI: 39.74 mol/m²/day CO₂: ~910 ppm New Spider Farmer dehumidifier has been fully integrated, allowing tighter humidity and VPD control during bulking.
