Well damn thats a big bush lol. The one next to it looks so tiny but is at par with were my plants usually are at this stage with the type of training I've done lol. If it wasn't for its mass I'd probably still go one more week but because of king Kong over there I'm switching to 12/12 tomorrow lol. Today is the last day of veg and the first day of flower is to come. If it goes a full 8 to 9 weeks I'll be looking at a March harvest. If that's the case I might be able to squeeze in a quick auto flower grow before the family summer vacation lol. The temperature has been getting warmer outside and the night time temperature hasn't been to bad. The humidity has been stay around 50% all week and thats were id like to keep it but we're expecting a lot of rain over the next few weeks so we'll see how well that works. I picked up 2 more temperature hydrometer meters with probes for the room. And with all the fans the air movement in the room has been great. Humidity and temperature is the same in every corner of the 8x9 room. I switched the lights from 24/0 to 18/6 this last week to get them ready for the approaching 12/12 light schedule. And because that is tomorrow I lowered the lights down so that tomorrow I just have to turn the lights up. I also emptied my tank and refilled it with the nutrients for flower so that the treys can empty a bit before I add all the new nutrients. I filled all the trays before I turned it all off so they would have enough for the night. Well that's all for now, happy growing and happy new years!!! Keep it growing!!!

This is doing good just swelling up. Its gunna have some fat buds it looks like. Some of these never fully recovered from being stunted from the cold. I added some microbe life photosynthesis plus to the mix.

I been away from grow diaries several weeks now, quick video for documentation, mute sound in video please, Andie Capp is looking so tired between 11am-1pm. As well am feeding as needed. 2-3 ounces 4-5 times a day for Yao, and 0.5 - 1 ounce 2-3 times a day for Andie.

Some of the leaves are yellow/ brown. Did a bit of research, looks like soil might be dry (especially due to high temps during this time of year) and possibly leaves being burnt by sun. Watering with a little bit more volumes of water, based on extra heat. Will track and see how week goes. The 2 bad fan leaves which looked really bad, I cut them off. Increase in volume of water for plants really helped due to really hot temperatures. Week 10 no nutrients (only used on 1st day and 2nd day of week 10) , just straight water.

The purple lemonade is getting some beautiful sticky fat dank buds and the gorilla cookies is flowering nicely the node spacing is super close so i will be looking at some super dence fat sticky buds the smell is amazing i cant wait to have a joint with the two strains combined in it .

Growing at a good pace. Going to top the leaders at the 3rd node on day 28. Might wait a week for the others. Going to mainline my grow for the first time. I will wait to defoliate after they heal from being topped. I will update this week with more pictures after they are topped. Topped day 28. Defoliated day 30. Lst day 32?

This week: air bubbles, air bubbles, and AIR BUBBLES, that's why my growth has been weak lol. AAAAAND I wasn't giving them space between the net pots from the water! VERY IMPORTANT NEW DWC-ers lol Sooo this week I was just letting them be. Until I realize I was messing up, everything in the book EXCEPT those 2 things I state above. I just received my new air pump today as am writing this (everything is installed) very pleased with the new pump. But I gotta replace those airstones they seem clogged up (yes I did wash em, warm water and a firm toothbrush) But I've been checking everything down to my pH that's it's constant at 5.8 My PPM is the same when they drink so let's see the difference a week from now. I do start to see lil pistols coming out on the 1st plants I think shes done veggin let's see next week. Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Well, these girls are well on their way into bloom. They are really stacking it on since the addition of the worm castings. I strongly suggest everyone use worm castings in your soil mixes, even if you are using salt-based nutrients.

Days 42 through 49 of flower and all three Phenos are expressing themselves differently. Pheno #1 continues to express darkened fan leaves almost purple and much more frosty than her sisters. Pheno #2 is the other end of the spectrum remaining green, but less frost. Pheno #3 seems to be a mix of the other two and its fan leaves are turning colors of autumn. Those are my visual observations as we head into week 8 of flower with harvest just around the corner. No nutrients or grow techniques used during week 7 flower. Other than a watering to saturation on day 42, I really haven't done anything other than observing and maintaining health of plant. For me, that involves tracking VPD to ensure optimal plant performance. Able to track VPD with recent upgrade to the AC Infinity Cloudline Pro fan system. The integrated environmental controls managed on my smart phone has been a game changer. So, happy that I made the upgrade. Thanks again for stopping by and checking out the diary.

* Buds progressing good, no deficiencies except stomper #1 with burn tips , no stretch except stomper #3 the stressed one ( 👈 check week 3), SODK looking good 5 days later though. * LST stopped at day 35 ,🔅 lights still 24/7. Temps steady at 25 c° and humidity 50-60%. * Day 39 watering 1l /pot with active vera, EMs and co2 tablet. 🔅Lights 20h -> Days 38-39 Trying to control VPD, maybe 🤔 transpiration in the lasts weeks wasn't on good levels and missed some stretch.!? We ll try to understand what we missed or it's just the genetics under these circumstances! ⚠️ So Day 42 end of week 6, had low temps and high humidity later this week. As we cant check the grow tent all day except few hours per day we've missed some highs and lows of the temps and humidity but overall we were ok. After looking closely back in the dairy infos and the signs of the plants, the overall progress, our rich soil composition, early bloom phase etc, 🔜 We came out with some interesting thoughts to share with you about our meph heads organic try, stay tuned at the next update ( 1st update of week 7)⚠️ Last update--> Day 42 🔚

Week 8 for Mango Merengue, week 7 for Afghan Hash, and week 6 for Sour Diesel. I'm taking down Pheno #1 of the Mango Merengue today, it was faster to mature then Pheno #2 & #3. Pheno #2 & #3 have around 1-2 weeks left of flower. Mango Merengue - Small to Medium buds, strong Gassy/Melon smell, and packed with trichomes, average flowering time 8-9 weeks. Afghan Hash Plant- Medium buds, packed with trichomes, and has a Sweet/Earty smell. Average flowering time 8-9 weeks. Sour Diesel - Medium to Large buds, also packed with trichomes, really close bud formation, smells Gassy/Sweet. Average flowering time 10 weeks.
