This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

Been switching between LED and hps as well as mixing the 2 lights. Now im only using hps in the big tent. With the Philips Green power 600w bulb. Running on 400w atm 🙂

Yoooo! Welcome back 🙌🏼 Just a quick update for week 7 of flower. Plants looking incredible. Zkittlez is really packing on the frost now and starting to develop some lovely colours. The Runtz seems to be continually packing on size and developing - most of the trichs are still clear but I’m seeing cloudy and a few amber ones here and there, so I’m looking to get the flush going in a few days time. Flowering day 76 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Hi Bros&Sis! CIAO! :D I've almost missed this week, this time, but don't worry, here we are! Let's talk about the girls, they are fine, except for Pink Doc CBD (see photo) I don't know what happened, but she's born this way, anyhow, I've already put another bean, just to be sure. This is the TOP/FIM week for my babies (almost all of them), also made a video, let me know what you think, I'm still learning things about growing As usual, ciao and stop to say something, mates! 😉

Still HOT and Sunny with no end in sight. Noticing that pre-flower stretch over the last week, she's towering over me now well over 7 feet tall. Nothing but drip every 5 days and she's thriving. Still amazed in this heat she can go that long without water. Raspberries are plentiful this year, watermelon's coming in beside her and my favorite Himalayan blackberry's are next in the back. Invasive maybe, but an absolute island favorite I've managed to tame.

Aug 9: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. She was slower starting than her wagon partner Sunday Punch EV, but she is liking the warmer weather. Got UV led lights from AC Infinity going today. These are designed for indoor so I can only put them out on nice weather days. Did this last year and seems to work. The UV lights make Edmonton in the fall feel more like California in the summer, or at least that’s the idea. UV is critical for trichome production so it’s a good way to boost THC percentage. Aug 14: rainy the last few days. Mimosa Shot likes to be a bit warmer. It was slower getting going in the spring, and now it seems to be suffering from a P deficiency. Reddish petioles, and a blueish tint to the leaves. She has received Power Bloom and barley just like the other plants, but still seemed to be lacking something. Ed Rosenthal’s Grower’s Handbook says P deficiency can be due to cold weather. Decided to try and dissolve 0.5 tsp of Power Bloom in 1 L of warm water to use as a high P foliar spray. As always, used a bit of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap as a surfactant, and apple cider vinegar to adjust pH. Power Bloom mostly dissolved but with some undissolved. Unfortunately I don’t have a working TDS or EC meter. Not sure how strong it was so just sprayed a bit on the fan leaves.

Nun .. ich hätte ja schon längst geerntet, wenn diese beiden Mädels nicht permanent Unmengen frischer weißer Stempel produzieren würden. Spätestens in 1,5 Wochen muss ich aber ernten, damit sie vorm Urlaub noch trocken können. Mal sehen wie sie sich bis dahin entwickeln.

They are getting so big. The flowers are popping out from everywhere, they look so good. the defoliating is doing it's work and is streaming all that needed energy right up to the buds.
