kommen in Woche 17/ Blütewoche 5 Vorerst verzeiht uns Bitte das etwas verspätete Update, nur der Geburtstag meiner Partnerin am vergangenen Samstag und ein gestriger Auto-Marathon von gut 600 Km haben es nicht eher zugelassen ;-) Zum Update: Kurz zusammengefasst, wer unser Diaries verfolgt hat weiß, dass wir Anfangs ein nicht entsprechend gutes, Medium, hatten. Auch das späte 2te Umtopfen in neutrale Erde, hat zwar sehr dem neuen Wurzelwerk geholfen und ohne diesem wären wir definitiv nicht so weit wie heute. Da aber eines wichtig ist zu erwähnen, wir haben natürlich beim Umtopfen es nicht geschafft, die Wurzeln komplett von der zu ,,harten Erde, zu befreien bzw. zu Spülen mit Destilliertem Wasser. Da uns wichtiger Dünger kippte fehlte es uns zur entscheidenden Zeit an Zucker, P+K, CalMag. So weit so gut, denn Sie wuchsen wieder. In dem Begriff haben wir mit Sicherheit auch ungewollt Nährstoffe rausgespült. Als es dann in die Blüte bzw. den erhöhten EC- Bereich ging, hat die Mitte des Mediums anfangs stets immer ein höheren EC- Wert wie die Erde die frisch umwachsen wurde. Dies brauchte auch ein paar Tage zum Registrieren dessen. Ein wahrer Balance Akt und Symbiose ist gerade auf dieser Ebene arg wichtig. Wir haben zusätzlich mit Co²- Tabletten gearbeitet, um die Nährstoff-verabeitung anzukurbeln bzw. Überschüsse zu vermeiden und zudem, sehen uns die Damen nur noch kaum. Die allgemeinen Additive werden im Moment zweimal die Woche mit Supermicrobes und ein wenig PK 13/14 unterstützt. Zusätzlich wie geahnt, ist der Sommer da und das nicht zu knapp! Selbst im Garten Gießen, ist eine Herausforderung. Wärme- Hitzestress ist sicherlich auch ein großes Thema. Feingefühl, was die Lampe betrifft, muss noch in Erfahrung gefestigt werden. Daher haben wir auch letzte Woche Dienstag umgestellt auf 600 Watt und selbst dies führen wir wahrscheinlich nur noch bis nächsten Samstag, denn die Temperaturen sollen auf 39 ° C steigen. Durch alle Einflüsse haben wir zwar spät (Gestern Abend) aber definitiv ein paar Blätter verloren. Wir haben die Blätter bewusst stehen lassen, um zu beobachten, ob es sich eindämmt und oder schlimmer wird mit den Mangelerscheinungen. Des Weiteren wenn sie stehen bleiben, werden auch die nicht so guten Blätter am ehesten weiter vergehen, statt neue intakte anzugehen. Am Haupteingang befindet sich auf der linken Seite die Oberzicke von allen Damen^^ Sie leidet am meisten, weil sie zuletzt aber auch den höchsten EC hatte und somit als letztes natürlich mehr Destilliertes Wasser bekam. Man sieht es ihr an, dass es ihr nicht so gut geht wie den anderen. Insgesamt bis auf die Zicke werden allgemein Nährstoffe angenommen und neue akute Mangelerscheinung sind nicht wirklich zuerkennen. Wir befinden uns stets in der Zeit, wo es sehr schnell zu Überschüssen kommen kann, da man versucht die Mängel auszugleichen und unter Berücksichtigung des Nährstofffasses nicht zu viel hineinzugeben ins Medium. Wir die sehr lange gelernt haben nicht mehr groß zu Überdüngen, kommen bei diesem lauf echt ins Schwitzen, da die Damen wirklich viel Nährstoffe brauchen und auch Verbrauchen. Selbst alle 2 Tage nur rein Wasser ist nicht ausreichend. Eines steht fest, diese Strain wird ein Wiederholungs- Strain! Die Schönheit liegt im Auge des Betrachters, insgesamt für diesen lauf sehen sie trotz allem Umständen schön aus. Ehrlich betrachtet, führen wir in diesem lauf doch die längsten Zöpfe von je her. Ob sie auch so voll werden, die Colas (Zöpfe), wird sich zeigen. Im Moment bildet sich eine schöne Budstruktur sowie Calyx aus, sie werden schwerer und breiten sich schön um den Stamm aus. Leichte Farbakzente kann man hier und da mal wahrnehmen. Die ersten Pistols werden braun, die Blütenbildung setzt sich fort. Week 5 for 9lb hammer F2, They have been moved outdoors to make space in the indoor tent. They have been topped also but still being kept in the shade as they have only gone outside 2 days ago. The mulch to keep her soil cool is just straight up hay (going for as low spending costs as possible) which i had laying around the garden already from a few years ago😇 Looking forward to seeing how they react being moved outdoors.

Great week, everything going well, plants are really growing fast now , started low stress training and the ladies are happy. Excited to try the flavors of them .

Blüte und Stretch in vollem Gange nun. Letzte Woche sehr stark beschnitten. Hat die Woche auch 3.5 Liter Komposttee bekommen...ansonsten trinkt die zur Zeit so 2 Liter pro Tag...hoffe das werden nicht 6 Liter irgenwann wie bei meinem F-MILF Projekt...kaum noch händelbar wenn man dann wegfährt. Ansonsten voll zufrieden 😃

This week was pretty standard, I found out with the help of a friend the amount of magnesium I was feeding my plants was way to much. about 4x as much as they should have had. so they will no longer be getting any extra added magnesium. I read that it can stunt plant growth in excess but I don't know if that happened here, Plucked a few leaves off that where blocking other bid sites and removed some in the middle to help airflow. I was thinking about purchasing a 2nd fan for the tent but the ones I want are out of stock so I feel its best to use a regular none tent fan and just rig it up to a tent pole for now. Starting to see more frost on the sugar leaves and some good bud development on this one. The sister Blue Cindy is doing better but not as tall. Maybe in time they will even out or switch sides. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 31cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 64cm for week four of flower. +1cm from Last Week "pretty much slowed down now almost to zero" The clones are doing well considering I have ignored them mostly. Some yellowing in the leaves but nothing to worry about just yet. Have not lost a single clone in this project. I'm impressed with my self for that. Could also be this strain is really easy to clone as well.

Last days in veg. I did the final defoliation before flipping to bloom. I’m really excited — the veg phase was super easy and a lot of fun with her. She’s definitely a training beast and constantly asking for nutrients.

Miss Kalini is doing super great, she's packing up a whole lot of thick, dense well reeking buds. She became this nice bush that uses up half of the space in the tent. I haven't given her nutrients for a couple off days and don't think I will get her back on them.

Just doing some leaf tucking and very light defoliation when needed.

The 4th week of 12/12 went without any issues. Flowering is going on nicely and lots of white pistels are filling up the canopy. They still grew a little but the biggest stretch is over. This week the Runtz were fed once (ph 6,4 – ec 1,63) and on other days I gave ph adjusted tapwater (ph 6,4 – ec 0,5) or nothing if the airpots were still moist enough. Next week I'll start giving them some pk 13/14 for extra phosphorus and potassium and Remo nutrients Magnifical for some more calcium & magnesium. I've noticed that the left and right Runtz have a bit less green in their leafs and I think overwatering is the issue. Gonna give these ones less water and I'll see what the Magnifical will do. Temperatures stayed between 19 – 24 °C ( 66 – 75 °F) and humidity between 46 – 59 % I've raised the power of the airfan from 40% to 55% to lower humidity levels and next week a dehumidifier will enter the grow tent to lower levels even more. Borked the time tracking on the previous diary weeks, both are still going strong. Grapefruit is developing a lot of new internode fan leaves, but she's too late into bloom now to defoliate etc. and don't want to stress the GG XL either. Latest GG XL photos are in Week 5. Microgreens are also coming up fast. 17/07: Forgot to take Day 42 photos for both girls, my apologies as my wrists have been giving me hell but will get some more up soon. I've been keeping with the same watering schedule, some bud sites are being shaded by fan leaves so I'm trying to VERY carefully bend them down to prop up the little bud sites better. I've rubbed my fingers on some of the fan leaves to get rid of whatever weird white dust is ending up on my leaves, probably just debris from the air and the fan might need a cleaning soon but holy shit my fingers smell strong like Pomegranate and fruits. It's getting quite addictive to smell the bud sites and rub that resin of her fan leaves, I wish I could describe it better but damn it smells good. If the resin is any indication of the final smoke I know that the Grapefruit is gonna be dank. Can't wait till drying + harvest time :)) 18/07: Plucked off some lower burnt leaves that were really old, snipped off two more big fan leaves shading new bud sites and removed the stumps from old leaves rather making those closely cut down stubs instead so no bug invaders can get a free home. :P Humidity has been ridiculously high today >~65% and dropping now in the evening after the rain has stopped to <~60%, I added some Sodium Bicarbonate in plastic jars around the tent to help pull out water from the air. (18/07: Seems to be helping, I'm seeing about a ~2-5% drop overnight and this morning, usually the humidity in the morning before+after rain is ~60-65%) 20/07: The paper ref regarding RH and Bicarb. of Soda: W.-Y. Kuu et al. / International Journal of Pharmaceutics 166 (1998) 167–175 / PII: S0378-5173(98)00049-0 - I don't know how or why but keeping temps at ~21-23C drops the RH down to a stable mid-low 50's range. Thank fuck now I don't have to drop tonnes of money on a huge dehumidifier... Occam's razor baby :) 21/07: Had to move the light, fan, carbon filter and literally everything. Some minor shit for the cover broke on top of the CaCl -RH% and the bicarb got knocked over. Wiped, sprayed down and cleaned out the fan filter as well. What a fucking start to the day... 31/07: GG XL is in Week 7 now, so getting well into flower, growing at an exponential rate and starting to give off a very subtle smell, Grapefruit smells quite noticeable now too. 03/08: GG XL ending week 7, getting massive. ~77-78CM now. Had to defoliate the Grapefruit since leaf miners were still assaulting her, hopefully this helps get more light and airflow into the bud sites, been having humidity issues but can't do much.
