Didn’t get too many pictures this time but they’re really starting to pack on resin now. They smell so good. Everything is going smoothly. Just gave them a flush with some SLF and Herculean Harvest. Runoff is already pretty significantly low. They’ll be getting the same flush again in a few days and then plain PH balanced water until they get chopped down. Planning on them fading super hard from this point on. All the buds are super dense. Can’t wait to try some sooner than later.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Hi there! Ladies are cool everything is alright. In one week buds strated doubeling and the developement is dope haha. The 2 Zamnesia ladies are pretty Gelato is so nice bushy and the smell is great as well. Kalini Asia will be a green pheno I think and she my be hermied a bit on me.... I am still waiting to see I see some strange develepement lets say. Sweet Seeds girls are dope unfortunately Red Mandarine and Tropicanns poison don't show any sign of colouting yet but it is okay even if they green phenos.... It may happen in the end of the flowering cycle let's see. Basically that's all I wanted to share. Oh yes... this one: All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. 1/16/2023 - Day 14: not much new to report. All 6 plants are continuing to look healthy. The Grand Prix seem to be a bit smaller than the Frozen White Runtz and Ice Bath. They all look good though. 1/18/2023 - Day 16: clipped a leaf off each Grand Prix to send it in for a genetic test to determine the sex. I used Farmer Freeman. Nothing else to report at this time. 1/20/2023 - Day 18: watered all 6 plants and foliar fed with the same water. Ph was 6.6, and mixed with ThermX-70, FishShit, Rootwise Micro Complete, Pure Protein Dry organic fish fertilizer, BuildASoil Big 6, Rootwise Enzyme Elixer, Fermented Comfrey Extract, and Yah-Whey Thrive. I know I went crazy, but might as well use it if I have it. 1/21/2023 - Day 19: Plants are looking happy. They obviously loved the feeding yesterday

I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.

Having trouble keeping humidity up as my grow is in the basement. Have home humidifier set to 35% but not enough even with a humidifier in the tent set to 60. Lights out isn’t an issue, it’s when lights on and the 6” exhaust is running that my temps are good but rh too low. UPDATE 12/21: The girls are back on track I fixed the whole home humidifier and added more humidifiers so my humidity is up to 50s. Plants are extremely healthy and the soil ecosystem is dreamy. Lots of worms at subsurface, cover crop is spreading and growing well and the plants are loving life.

Day 15 added grow. Feeding 1.5L per plant which gives a little run off. Pot drying out every 3/4 days and growing about an inch daily atm, big changes to come over the next 7-10 days really looking forward to seeing these grow taller. Day 20, all 3 plants now 9-10”. Expecting them all to double over the next week. More LST on all 3 plants and a feed of just over 1.5l which gives a small run off. No more voodoo juice or b52. Next feed I will introduce bloom along side grow. Very happy with the progress so far, no deficiency’s atm. So far so good

Nitrogen toxicity for sure cut back on nutes and plants seem to be recovering gonna throw into flower the next few days unless someone thinks I should let the plants recover more

It was a wonderful journey, I really had the honor of doing this girl many times, this time even close to the Monster Zkittlez with which they generated the Runtz who was also in the grow. Super modern family situation, I wanted to try to figure out which one I liked best, and I still haven't been able to. at least I'm still tasting Runtz's first flowers and it's heavenly but the freshly picked Gelato and the upcoming Zkittlez are scary just to see them. Super resin, it really looks fake, I also have some macro photos that will make you cry. The resin is everywhere the trichomes are even in the largest leaves the scent is of the garden of eden. wow. Show. Really nice. It was freshly cleaned I want to try to do the resin the first time and then I have freshly cleaned and hung the whole girl upside down under the crop data next week when I clean and can give the detail. Gorgeous. Before being collected, she did two music therapy days, one of which in the dark with frequencies for plants and together we listened: 1 - Paolo Conte - "Gelato" al Limon 2 - Raekwon - Ice Cream to stay on the "Geato" theme and then all the M83 discography to be collected with the very famous Outro of Interstellar really seems to pass to a better life listening to that stuff. Not bad at all, chopped on day 73. It should / could have gone a little longer, but it was dying. After the lockout it stopped eating and drinking, and with the new light they had to much heat and the tops started drying up. One morning I opened up the tent and felt like the smell was burnt away, I lowered the temps and started flushing until it was smelly again and chopped it. Waiting for the new box to come in.. should take another 10 days max. We've made it to day 28! - 17/12/20 The girls seem to be happy and healthy today. I won't be feeding/watering them as the pots are still heavy from yesterdays feed. A few of the girls have started to show sex & the smell has picked up a little bit(inside the tent), so I'm hoping to see some flowering begin this week sometime. (I've been using my iPhone as my only DSLR lens is useless for focusing on certain depths, but I hate the colour I get using the iPhone... I may be switching back to DSLR unless I can find a better camera app.) update - day 29 (18/12/20) Short update today. Fed the girls today and will probably be feeding/watering every day from here on out, we'll see though. veg growth has really taken off by now, I'm hoping to see some flowering this week. update - day 30 (19/12/20) I fed the girls today. I need to find a better way to hand water, the plants are so short and bushy its a pain getting in between all the branches. I wish i left my drip feed system up and running, I will definitely refine it and use it next run. Update - day 31 (20/12/20) Fed the girl's straight water today. I'm going to purchase the pieces I need tomorrow to reconfigure my drip feed system & hopefully have it running by mid-week! Update - day 32 I attempted to set up my drip feed system today but the plants are too thick around the base to place the halo around :( I will have to wait until next season to set it up, oh well, I guess its hand watering for the next 5-10 weeks Fingers crossed these girls start to flower ASAP. I fed the girls today, everything is looking good so far. I also moved the plants around to try to make hand watering easier, I had issues trying to water the whole pot instead of just one spot due to plants/branches being in the way. Update - Day 34 - 23/12/20 It definitely seems ill be watering the girls every day from here on out. All the girls look fairly happy and healthy, they're getting a bit big for the 5x5 they're in. 👉The plant was 11" tall. it probably would have been 12 or more if not FIM'd. It almost doubled in its overall size and total vegetation. The FIM has all the secondary branches poking out from under the large fan leaves. I do a little tucking to help them soak up the rays. I may not have FIM'd low enough or something because the leaves that were the outside of the growth node I snipped have gotten big. They just look like they have no tips. I think I ended up with the desired FIM goal of 4 new growth tips that will be cola's. 👉I will assist the branches get maximum access to light by rotating the pot frequently, I will also either support or direct them with bamboo steaks that I will attach to the metal spikes that are attached to the hoop ground the base of the pot. Its just the top of a tomato cage turned upside down with the top hoop around the base of the pot. It fits it snugly and doesn't slip. This allows me to attach the support steaks to the outside of the pot instead of inside in the media. I didn't like having the plant inside a cage or with sticks in the way when its small. It allows me easy access to the plant, and an easy way to add the support when the plant needs it as it get bigger. 👉I switched to week 4 nutrients this week and will probably be a week behind the timeline of the nutrient chart from GH because the plant had a slow start. The pH is always targeted to 5.9, the EC for a batch is 1.54. I have learned enough in the short time Im growing to understand what each nutrient week batch can do for the plant and am fairly confident I can judge the plants growing stage to match it. The 4th week is called transition and I believe thats accurate for my plant. it hasn't declared as of today, but I am anticipating that this coming week some time. 👉The runoff has been very consistent and I only added the low EC rinse of 1.5 liter one time. I always immediately follow a low ec feeding with a regular batch of nutrient. The last two days the run-off volume has started to lessen and the EC staying only 20EC above the inflow. Ive been averaging .75l for total run-off volume following a 1.5l fertigation. Tonight's run-off was .5l and 1.74EC. The lower run-off is due to the plant having more roots and being able to drink more of the moisture. when the run-off drops below 20% of the inflow volume I will increase the total volume in 1/4l increments.
