Hey yall! Another week down. A lot has happened. To start, we up-potted from the red solos into my living soil blend that I have been working on for almost a year. It's so full on living creatures and beneficials. I used to have fungus gnats a lot when working with living soil, it's almost impossible to avoid. .. Then enters beneficials; we have black soldier Flys, persimillis predatory mites, definitely earth worms, most likely a mix of night crawlers. No more fungus gnats, I highly recommend using beneficial nematodes, cucumeris and persimillis predatory mites are excellent (swirski predatory mites are expensive). Just look at the Soil Food Web and identify what pest you have, then purchase their predators from a trusted insectary. Anyways I added another 200watt LED and spread out the plants in a 2' X 4' tent. It's extremely dry in my location and having the heat on makes the air even drier. So getting my VPD stable has been an immense challenge. Right now Also we need to be able to add VPD or at least GD needs a built in calculator to help folks with VPD, Vapor Pressure Deficite. As of right now I am sitting at 0.85 VPD, so pretty good for today. I have 4 humidifiers and have had to hang moistened towels on the doors of the room I am growing in. It literally has been a huge challenge to keep the humidity high enough for my VPD to be in range for the young plants I have now. Good thing is my current humidity without running any humidifiers is perfect for the flowering stage, so I can't wait to move this along. As for topping and training; like I said I really want to move these ladies into flowering sooner than later. I have several reasons to do limited training so I can limit my veg time, also getting this crop done as fast as possible is best for my set up. Until I can get a larger house 🏠 😩 because we got a baby on the way 👶 so need to make space. I have made compost tea twice this past week, wetting the soil and also spraying the leaves. My sprayer broke so I ended up pouring the tea on the plants gently, I got worm castings on the leaves lol. Gently rubbing that off once they dried. Also I applied the tea at night. My tea recipe: Reverse Osmosis water, 2 to 4 gallons I bubble that with added minerals for a day Add 2-3 cups of Activated worm castings (To activate the castings I added about 3 gallons of high quality castings with what I consider to be nutrient amendments, SO I add = kelp meal, neem cake, organic coconut flour, organic corn meal, organic wheat flour, and organic cold milled flax seeds and let that sit for a week then add about 2 to 3 cups of that mix to the tea) I also add biology from about a cup of 2 different soil mixes I have around my compost bin, just trying to get a more diverse biology by adding those two different soil sources. And mind you the grow beds I took the soil from has been organic for many years and has a large amount of beneficials and tons of excellent biology. Other than that I bubble that for 12 to 24 hours, with as much air as I can get. I use air stones but you really need to clean them off once you are done brewing. I also have an Air Lift with a large air pump that really works great, K.I.S. Organics sells one that works great or you can build one easily with with PVC pipe and a few adapters from any Home Depot or Lowes. Also I do add DynoMyco to my roots when up-potting. They are an amazing brand that has backed up research, I think they have more propagules per gram of two strains they identified to work great with cannabis. Now having said that, each individual phenotype out of each individual and specific strain/cultivar is going to have different bacteria/fungal strains that it prefers and by growing the same strain, hopefully the same exact cut, and grow 3 to 4 cycles before you truly have the mycelium networks built and fully functional. What I am saying is stop throwing out "used" soil and go over 7 gallons, bigger the better for biodiversity. Stop buying "new" soil, amend your previous beds and pots. You will see a huge difference. All those leaves should be used up by the end. Wednesday - Day 123 9 October 24 Watering day, 5 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 5 litres - 61.1 PPM - Add 5 ml Cal-Max - 258 PPM Final - 5 litres at 6.50 PH at 258 PPM Runoff - 0.6 litres at 6.48 PH at 1,070 PPM - She’s fading a little more. - On track ti’ll the end. Thursday - Day 124 10 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Slowly continuing to fade. - All is looking great. - She’s just recently started giving off some really nice odours. Friday - Day 125 11 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Few more leaves have fallen off. - We’re doing it!! Saturday - Day 126 12 October 24 Watering day, 5 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 5 litres - 61.1 PPM - Add 3.75 ml Cal-Max - 210 PPM - Add 1 tsp seaweed extract - 332 PPM Final - 5 litres at 6.41 PH at 345 PPM Runoff - 0.7 litres at 6.21 PH at 1,120 PPM - About an other dozen leaves have fallen off on their own. All right so, here we are beginning of week 6 and the gorilla girl, looking amazing like she has been. The DP on the other hand not so well unfortunately. I've been fighting a Calcium deficiency possible magnesium deficiency and I'm getting my ass kicked. So we're going to hit her with some cow mag and go from there I guess.

The plant is still doing well, but I spotted some spider mites :-/ Luckily, it’s still in the early stages. I’ve already bought and placed some predatory mites, so hopefully, they will take care of the problem. Other than that, she is already smelling extremely fruity and is getting super sticky! 🍇❄️

Hey fellow growers here's my update of my Blue Dream 420fastbuds grow. These ladies are doing great!! Starting to fill in with flowers and smell is getting stronger with every feeding! Speaking of which this is what the feeds looked like this past week... 1/27/2021 2ml micro 1ml gro 2ml bloom 1/4ml ph down Ph 6.41 372ppm Solution temp 72.3°F 2/1/2022 2ml micro 1ml gro 2ml bloom 1/4ml ph down Ph 6.47 372ppm Solution temp 74.1°F This grow seems to be flying by compared to my first grow. June 26 Getting bigger and bigger! Makes me wonder if I should flip her to flower here soon to control the size since she's not an autoflower which is usually smaller, genetically. She hasn't used up all of the nutrients in the bucket yet either. June 27 Plant was a bit droopy, so a half gallon of PH'd water did the trick. June 30 Some lower leaves are getting yellow and dying. I'm taking that as a sign that the soil is almost out of nutrients. Mixed up a 1/8th strength of General Organics GO Box nutrients (week 1 to avoid nute burn), but upped the CalMag to 1/4 strength. Fed one gallon at a PH of 6.7 to slight runoff.

The Tropicana Cookies are starting to flower really nice, the Zkittlez want to grow out of the Tent i guess. Total Nutrient Consumption over the week was around 40 Liters :D

10.02. F22 Day 22 of flower and things are looking absolutely world-class. The stretch is finally starting to slow down. I began applying HST at around 1.03 m, carefully bending the tops to control vertical growth. Without intervention, I’m convinced these ladies would have easily pushed toward 1.30 m or more. The vigor is unreal. The canopy is now much more controlled and evenly distributed — exactly what I was aiming for. Honestly, this is by far my strongest grow so far. Everything just aligns perfectly right now. The AutoPots are running flawlessly, the BioTabs nutrients are performing exceptionally well, and the genetics from Paradise Seeds are simply outstanding. The plants are powerful, healthy, and full of energy. There’s not much more to say — it’s one of those moments where you just stand in front of the tent and think: this is it. I’m beyond excited to see how this finishes. Can’t wait for the end result.

Hello. Please read week 1 for the plant description It's been a quite week round here.. Just the normal type of cannabis growing week. I noticed that some of the leaves are going yellow a little earlier than I would like so I gave each plant about an 1/8 of a cup of Blood/Bone meal 7/7/0 and watered it in. I didn't want to give too much nitrogen at this point in flowering, but just a little so the plant will stop feeding on itself and turning it's leave's yellow to soon. I came across some very aggressive white powdery fungus/mold on one bud of plant #1. As I examined it I saw that it wasn't the normal powdery mildew that I had been battling here for years. This had a white circle and was domed. One on the domes had dislodged a few mm and stuck there. Another had a small tendril growing out of it across the leaf and off the edge a bit. I just happened to have experience with this one. About 6 years ago I was over at a buddy's and he had a Super Kush by B.C.S.C. growing a few feet away from his humming bird feeder. He said I could take a few clippings. I put them in water overnight and was going to clone in the morning. In the morning I found this white fungus/mold on several leaves. I cut the leaves off and worried over the next few weeks as the plant was forming roots that the fungus would return. It never did return and the white stuff I found this week has not returned yet either. The bud that was affected was right under the roof vent and I have lots of hummingbird flowering plants and shrubs around the house and one probably pooped as it flew over the greenhouse. Seeing how they eat sweet sugar water and nectar with some insect proteins thrown in, they must have some powerful stomach bacteria in their tummies. I plan to flush the first 2 weeks of August and harvest around the 15. Till then. Chuck.

🌿 Amnesia Haze Auto – Pheno B | Week 4 Same Room, Same Love… Different Story. One of my favorite things about growing from seed is watching every plant write its own story. This is Amnesia Haze Auto – Pheno B, growing alongside her sister under exactly the same environment. Same tent. Same lights. Same nutrient solution. Same temperatures. Same humidity. Same grower. Yet… she’s taking her own path. While Pheno A decided to race ahead into early flowering, Pheno B is taking her time, focusing on building structure before committing her energy to reproduction. It’s one of the reasons I love documenting individual phenotypes—genetics always have something to teach us. This project is also another chapter in my ongoing 12/12 From Seed Adventure, proving that every seed expresses itself differently, even when every environmental factor remains almost identical. Sometimes nature simply decides to surprise us. ⸻ 🌱 Environment Just like her sister, Pheno B is enjoying a very stable environment. • Day Temperature: 33°C • Night Temperature: 25°C • Relative Humidity: 63% • CO₂: 639 ppm • Solution Temperature: 26°C • Root Zone Temperature: 21°C • Light Schedule: 12/12 • pH: 6.1 • EC: 1.35 mS/cm Keeping the environment stable allows the plants—not environmental fluctuations—to reveal their genetic differences. ⸻ ? Different Pot, Different Pace One noticeable difference between both sisters is the container size. Unlike Pheno A, which is growing in a 15-liter pot, Pheno B is currently rooted inside an 11-liter container. Will that influence her final development? Possibly. A slightly smaller root zone can influence overall vigor and stretch, especially once flowering begins. Whether that’s the main reason she’s developing a little slower—or whether it’s simply genetics—remains to be seen. That’s exactly why I love these side-by-side comparisons. Every week adds another piece to the puzzle. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Hand Watering Unlike many of my larger projects, this run isn’t using AutoPots. Every watering is done by hand. That allows me to inspect every plant individually, monitor moisture levels closely, and adapt watering volume to each phenotype’s needs. Current nutrient mix: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • pH Plus — as required • Lemon Kick — as required Current irrigation: 💧 Approximately 1.1 L per plant every 24 hours, adjusted according to pot weight and substrate moisture. Sometimes growing slowly simply means drinking a little less while building a stronger foundation. ⸻ 🌿 Training Training remains intentionally gentle. Only Low Stress Training (LST) is being used. The goal isn’t forcing the plant into shape—it’s helping light reach more growing tips while keeping the canopy open and even. Looking closely, Pheno B is responding beautifully. Her internodal spacing remains compact, secondary branches are catching up nicely, and the structure is developing into a very balanced little bush. She’s simply choosing to invest a bit more time in vegetative growth before flowering really takes over. ⸻ 🌼 Early Development One thing I find fascinating is how differently these sisters are behaving. Pheno A already showed obvious pre-flower development. Pheno B, however, is still mostly focused on vegetative growth. The tops are stacking new leaves quickly, side branches continue to push outward, and while the first signs of maturity are beginning to appear, she’s clearly taking a slower, steadier approach. Neither approach is better. Just different. And that’s the beauty of growing from seed. ⸻ 📷 Photography Notes Photographing these early stages is always rewarding. The fresh lime-green growth against the darker mature leaves makes every new shoot stand out beautifully. The architecture is becoming more defined every day, and documenting these subtle differences now will make the flowering comparison even more interesting later on. Sometimes the smallest changes become the biggest stories once harvest arrives. ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts Pheno B may not be in a hurry… …but she’s healthy. Strong. Balanced. Growing exactly at her own pace. Every plant deserves to be judged by its own rhythm, not by the speed of the one growing beside it. That’s one of the greatest lessons this hobby keeps teaching me. Sorry I missed a few weeks was outta town and not able to update! Things hav been going well! Took some time for em to start growing fast! But they are growing fast! Gonna need some rest from the topping and training from the bud clips. I think I got the manifold line down for all the plants! The og kush I accidentally fimmed it was dramatic lol but made it thru and still growing strong! Makes me laugh fim stands for “fuck I missed” but all this is trial and error for me! Any advice is appreciated! “ happy growing”

Week 11-12 going good alot of Leaf growth had to trim to prevent mold ..looking

According to the research that I have done this should be the halfway point for this cultivar. This was a easy week again, started the week with a regular watering of Liquid Seaweed, Molasses, Humic Acid and Recharge, had one additional water with CAlMag, by the end of the week the plants were starting to show signs of starvation!! I need to adjust the feed schedule these girls are heavy feeders. Ended the week by top dressing each plant with 1 Cup of EWC, .5 Cup Compost 2 Tablespoons of Flower Girl and 1 Tablespoon Seabird Guano. I brewed a compost tea with 2 Cups of Compost, 1 Cup of EWC, 30 Mil Molasses, 10 Mil Liquid Seaweed, 30 Mil Humic Acid, 30 Mil Yucca Extract, and 30 Mil Herculean Harvest. Changed the straw out and mixed new straw with organic rice hulls and the compost from the tea and applied this as a top dress.
