We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Ghost Train Haze were the first to open in water and the first to come out of the ground. I'm loving the easiness of growing an AliceK, this week she suffered low water times, at almost the end of the week. Till today i was watering once each 120 Hrs ±, but it isn't enough at time for the size of the plant, she's drinking much more water than in previous weeks, so from Day 47 i'm switching to a water cycle of 84 Hrs±. At last temperatures are giving us a breath, again 27~29ºc along day, with a constant fresh breeze that came from the Mediterranean sea (Shore is at about ± 150 m from my home). This is the last week that i'm going to use that GoPro position to record timelapses. From now on i will record from the middle of one of the walls to have a better view. I'm not using the mobile on the AK more as the field of view is too short at the distance i should place the phone, and it didn't cover all the plant. P2 Vs P18: La semana pasada empecé a usar Rhino Skin, intentado ayudarla a que engorde y refuerce las ramas principales. Hasta hoy he venido regando una vez cada 120 horas, pero esto ya no es suficiente para el tamaño de la planta, bebe mucho más que las semanas anteriores. A partir del último riego de esta semana voy a cambiar a un ciclo de riego de 84 hrs. Por fin las temperaturas nos dan un respiro, de nuevo 27~29º durante el día con una brisa fresca y constante de la costa. Esta semana será la última que use esa posición de la GoPro para grabar los videos semanales. A partir de ahora la colocaré en el centro de una de las paredes del armario para tener una visión mejor. Ya no estoy usando el iPhone en la AK pues el campo de visión es muy estrecho para la distancia la que debo colocar el móvil de la planta. She seems to be overfed, showing yellowing here and there. I might have messed up the Ph because I did not adjust fhe ph of nutrients mix. I assumed it was ph corrected. Now, I am adjusting the Ph and reducing feeding. Let’s hope that she recovers next week.

Bueno, así terminamos esta primera semana de flora. Muy feliz con ambas plantas. Muy fuertes. Cargado de nuevas enseñanzas y cada vez más ansioso de llegar a la cosecha. Aunque aún falta la mitad del proceso y la en parte la más difícil por temas de humedad ya que ha estado lloviendo mucho en mi ciudad y he tenido picos nocturnos de 85% aunque en parte es normal ya que estás dos primeras semanas con el corte de bajos y chiquitaje que no producirá nada ellas transpiran un poco más. Esperemos que esta semana se nivele un poco o en últimas tendré que conseguir el deshumidificador para las últimas semanas y pues nada más que agregar. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí nos veremos en la próxima semana antes de empezar a dar engorde para estos cogollos!

Both girls started preflower on Tuesday and already I can see that they started stretching nicely. Scrog net will be installed by the end of this week. Week 5 13-19 Nov. 13/11 day 36 First runoff experience for girls. Loaded both pots with approx. 2.5 ltr each in 4 stages of 500-700ml. Runoff 100-150ml from each. Runoff PH 5.9. Nutrients for this watering were same as on previous week and added only calmag. Next watering possibly Friday but with new measurements. 14/11 day 37 Both 🍌💜👊 girls started preflower on same day. Xena is catching up quick to her larger sister and possibly soon they will be sharing this growing space 50/50 15-16/11 days 38-39 Just happy and healthy days 😁 nice steady growth. 17/11 day 40 Second watering for this week. 5.5l beetwen both. Runoff Ph 6.1 19/11 day 42 Most busiest day so far. Both girls got very bushy in last few days and they stretched enough to install scrog net. Opened the tent this morning to be hit in the face with some strong dank smelling bud, it's moreso the plant that's a week or two behind at the back The purple plant tho has a mundane flowery smell rather than a gassy one. Added some explode and A+B bloom (dutch pro) this will be last and only feeding of nutes as I feel like big purps will be ready for the flush in a week or two after that feeding. Asides from that everything is stacking up nicely, little to no deficiencies thankfully ( growing in compost) my first run was in Coco and that was a nightmare checking and regulating EC and ppm every feeding. I'm glad I moved from the Coco as it's just a pain in the ass.

Die Pink Rozay bestätigt diese Woche endgültig, dass sie ein echtes Sommerkind ist. Kaum kratzen die Temperaturen an der 30 Grad Marke, drückt sie aufs Gas und wächst gefühlt direkt Richtung Mond. Das Höhenwachstum ist beeindruckend, aber mindestens genauso schön sind ihre riesigen Sonnensegel. Die Blätter wirken gesund, kräftig und sehen fast so aus, als wollten sie möglichst viel Sommer auf einmal einsammeln. Die Vorblüte zeigt sich mittlerweile sehr deutlich und damit war es Zeit für den Wechsel auf Green House BioBloom nach Düngeplan. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass die Dame ihre Energie langsam etwas weniger in die Höhe und dafür mehr in die kommende Blütenproduktion investiert. Wobei wir sie mittlerweile gut genug kennen, um zu wissen: Das es auf jeden Fall gut wird. . Das warme Wetter sorgt außerdem für ordentlich Durst. Aktuell verschwinden rund 2,5 Liter Wasser pro Tag, was zeigt, wie aktiv sie gerade arbeitet. Insgesamt präsentiert sich die Rozay wieder einmal als robuste, vitale Pflanze mit starker Genetik. Sie sieht hervorragend aus und macht genau das, was man sich von einer Outdoor-Dame im Hochsommer wünscht. 😘
