Week 5 buds are getting fat!! Starting to get excited.. continuing lst and defoliation!

So to start, I did a small leaf strip a few days ago. I like to do small leaf strips ones a week the last few weeks of flower. Now not big, Im Talking 15-20 leaves tops. Don't want to over stress the plant at this stage but also want to make sure the buds below are getting enough light. The temperature has dropped a bit outside so the tent is running cooler then it was. Honest it got all week was 22.5c, but also only got up to 20c one night. Unfortunately this tent is right next to the door out of my grow space so all the cold air is coming through. Going to need to look at replacing the door with something that fits a bit better, or look at adding something to this door to help. Next to that the plant is looking amazing so far. Looking forward to smoking this in the coming weeks. Well happy growing everyone!!!!

Ah, another week gone by. Not seeing the kind of growth I'd like to out of UKBS this week but hey, it's all free seeds to me. This week's timelapse is also out. I'll be compiling every 4 weeks into a singular video to post to YouTube; find this month's here: Through watching these timelapses I've found some things out, for example both Carl phenos respond really well to water. The plants will be transplanted sometime this week, perhaps tomorrow or the next day. Going to update throughout the week, as usual. -3/4/2021 - Repotted and topped all 4 ladies, used great white myco and remo's nature's candy to try and lessen the stress. - (As of now all nutrient concentrations are PER PLANT as I've switched to individually feeding and watering each plant.) -Carl 1 now in 5 gal fabric -Carl 2 now in 4 gal peat pot -UKBS 1 now in 3 gal fabric pot -UKBS 2 now in 4 gal plastic pot Hoping to see some explosive growth after the top recovery out of the 2 carls at the very least, and the UKBS would be a nice bonus to see booming. -3/8/2021 - Turns out the tops were more of a FIM, save for UKBS 1 which was topped properly.

(12-8)Roots are growing. Emily is increasing height everyday. My humidity is really low (low 30's) so I have ordered a small humidifier to put in the A.B.L.E. Grow Chamber. Music selection includes Nirvana, Lou Reed, Joy Division, Fugazi and Led Zepplin. will keep my pH between 5.8 and 6. will also post end of week photos. (12-9) Added small humidifier to the chamber. It raises the humidity by @ 15% which is OK but I need more humidity for my clone these first weeks. Have ordered a larger humidifier and hopefully that will get me in the high 60's. I'm around 45% at the moment with the small humidifier. (12-10) The large humidifier did the trick. Got humidity up to 70% and I also installed a drip ring around the top of the container so hopefully that will help the roots grow better.

I cut feeding towards the end of week 8 , the plants could have easily gone for another week but at this point the tops were loosing all colour so I decided to harvest at the end of week 8. The trichomes were cloudy and clear with a few Amber.

So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Guessed weights in the competition: - @hashy : 0 grams - @MrHyde : 198 grams - @JamMAKEcan : 224 grams - @TrickOrTrip : 260 grams - @Greeneysgrow: 312.5 grams - @Ohey_fu_kyu: 350 grams - @Puffs4Pipes: 385 grams - @Hempkid : 605 grams - @DoDrugs420 : 621 grams TrickorTrip was closest!! I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Jan 13th ordered a Dehumidifier today should be here Monday need to get the humidity down for flower I can only get it down to 57% so Hopefully it will work One of the amnesia haze plants have some type of deficiency not sure have brown spots on leaves Got humidity some decent control but I’m sure amnesia haze 1 is dealing with PH issues the PH meter is cheap and I’m sure it’s been off a bit so I’m going to look for new one this week

Very excited..plants are looking super healthy, streatching nicely. These genetics are sutch a pleasure to grow. The next couple weeks are gona be epic..😁😁.

This automatic ladies look very healthy and are flowering since a week now,let's see how this beautiful strains perform.

Whats up everybody! Since last week the ladies have been switched to a flowering light cycle. I eased them into the schedule over like three days just to give them a more natural transition. They all got most of their mature fan leaves removed from the bottom sections to open yo the bud sites to a little more light and airflow. After about the first day you could already see the new growth coming in and more bud sites starting to form. I also bent the dominant colas on all three plants to give them all more of an even canopy. Cant wait to see these babies start budding! I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄
