Day 63: What can i say, its not going bad nor great. Maybe it is just me used to grow better plants lol. Last time i found another reason why it is the way how it is now. This week i also though about having 20hours of light. I have done it before but with other pots, soil and more, it is really rewarding to have 20-24hours of light with autoflowers, but after seeing them so much stretch i should had thought about having less lighthours like 12 to 14, it would had stimulated the flowering better and stopped stretching that much ahaha. That kind of dumb shit happens when you don't have enough time to take care of so many plants.

While buds are well-developed and aromatic, pest pressure from thrips and aphids reached a level that would likely destroy the plant if left for another 2–3 weeks. To preserve quality and prevent further spread, the decision was made to harvest early and clear the space for the next run. ⸻ Harvest Condition: • Buds dense and covered in cloudy trichomes with ~15–20% amber • Aroma at peak—intense citrus-haze with earthy undertones • Sugar leaves showing late-stage fade, fan leaves largely yellowed • No visible bud rot despite pest presence • Damage from pests mostly on foliage, minimal on buds themselves ⸻ Reason for Early Harvest: • Rapid increase in thrips and aphid populations • Risk of pest spread to other plants in the grow space • Plant already in late senescence; continued flowering would add minimal weight but increase risk significantly ⸻ Post-Harvest Plan: 1. Welcome to the Week 10 update for the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Auto’s. Not much to report as this grow is on cruise control until harvest. I will be finishing up with the bloom fertilizer and starting to flush as these lovely ladies finish out Week 10 and move into Week 11. She has hit week 5 and I have to say she is looking healthy and green, the growth has been so rapid considering she had a rough start in that propgation box. My earlier concerns regarding a stump in growth has started to disappear as she now sits at 8 inches tall and now leaves are start to grow in the middle. Very happy with the current outcome ☺️

The plant with calmag looking issues is growing height still the others seem to be not, one I didnt trim much is growing much denser nugs, with Crystal's sprinkling out much more than the trimmed /more trained plants. The middle plant is yellowing hard after I fed it tapwater for the first time in a long time. Lots of pistols starting to darken, I'll check trichomes next week.. might feed once more at least.

Harvested week 7 day 46 of flower. My 3rd time growing this strain & this was the best grow, even though she was only a foot tall, she was around 2 square feet in width & had big stacked dense colas all over her.

So this week isnt over yet, i just wanted to say that im pretty certain she is starting to show her sex! I dont have any pictures yet as they are really really really tiny but i think this will be my last week that i give her veg nutes and next feeding will be with tiger bloom and probably still likely big bloom too. I cant wait to show you guys the progress is been so exciting! The branch i accidentally almost took off because i pressed down too hard is doing well it isnt fully healed yet but we have time so im not too worried and none of the leaves are wilting or looking like they are dying so i think and hope it will hold out and be healthy and strong by flowering time so it can hold its weight! P.S. it wouldnt let me post without a picture so heres the first frame for this weeks time lapse before its done for the week! Alright guys week 4 has officially ended and im putting the edited time lapse up for you all to see, week 4 was phenomenal and the growth alone has been starting to get crazy big i cant believe it! So i was 100% correct about earlier in the week and she is currently showing signs of pistils starting to form on some branches so this will mark my last week giving her veg nutes and next feeding cycle will be with some flowering nutes. I decided to defoliate her today to try and get rid of any ugly leaves as well as fan leaves that werent needed. it really spaced out the plant some more for good lighting to penetrate it all hopefully. The branch that i accidentally injured is doing good still healing up i think but i do believe that in time it will be 100% of what i can be given the circumstances. im just happy and it hasnt seemed to stunt the growth of that branch at all either its getting really big.
