White Widow looks realy good. I expect that I can harvest her in august. Northern Lights looks good too, but seems to be flowering much slower then White Widow. Blueberry Ghost OG (it is HUGE already) and Kali AK still won't start flowering and I don't know why.

Not much training this week...leave it to bloom and do its thing. Maybe light defoliation towards the end of the week

Started Some LST by pulling down the main stem on day 15 coz they were doing nice and good and took well to their feed without any issue. Come day 16 and *!SNAP!* It's Like Hearing one of your own limbs breaking and number lll lost her top from coming on 5 nodes right down to the first node, It was a sad day in the box , hearing a branch crack is the loudest sound in the grow esp if they are so young. I tried some surgery with some duct tape and left it for a couple of hours hoping it would recover but nothing and I decided to let go and clean up the top nicely, Basically grew out 5 nodes to be topped at the first by mistake and I was considering topping the Autos just for a test but it seems like my hand was forced, Be very gentle with the LST is what I've learnt from this but atleast I still have something to work with and might even consider mainlining depending on the growth. Day 17 And They Are All Recovered nicely after thier feed and the bud sites are now pushing from number l and ll (I've Marked the bags l,ll,lll)

The Pure Ice cream clone is doing great. I did catch the mutation from the mother plant. The whole plant but 2 leaves is light green vs what it would be as seen in picture. I wonder if it will effect the bud quality 🤔 . Anyway she has been drinking and consuming large doses of nutrition with ease. She looks like she is gonna have a good yield on the clone. I don't know where to start and I must admit I'm completely overwhelmed by this beautiful beautiful plant ❤️❤️❤️ Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, I'm so happy 😍😍😍 She is a blessing! Excuse the outburst, but she is magical ☀️ I applaud you guys at Humboldt for creating such a wonderful strain 🙌 Some details upfront, before I rave some more: - 134 Days in total: 70 Days in Veg, 64 Days in Flower with 128W LED in a 60x60x160cm tent - 7 Days Drying regularly, 9 Days Drying in the Fridge - 432g - Wet weight with stems - 103g of those for Fresh Harvest Infused Oil - 190ml Olive oil with 30mg/ml THC & CBD - approx. 20g dry (for dry weight calc.) - 87g for the DrZiggy's Low And Slow Drying in the fridge - 20g dry - 242g for regular Drying @50% RH and 22°C - 55g dry - 30g dried sticky trim in the freezer Summary of my growing experience with this strain: She takes well to massive training and a little neglect in the beginning, meaning she recovers well, which is what I want 😊 I didn't experience any major deficiencies. She had a little nitrogen deficiency during the later veg phase, which she showed with lighter green leaves. I blame this on my long veg time and my pot size of only 11l. She consumed all her soil and nutes by the end of veg. I will keep that in mind for my next grow. Since I increased my nitrogen levels so close to flowering phase, I overdid it a little on the nitrogen which showed a little bit during later flowering phase with downwards clawing leaves. So I will be more careful with nitrogen especially while transitioning into Flower. I did not flush this plant and she smokes already beautifully mild after only a couple of days of curing. Drying her took 7 days in the tent and 9 days in the fridge. She crusted up with lots of stickiness while drying and gave off a good bit of scissor hash & kief when trimming. Smoking her is a great and different experience to me. It's my first time with a 1:1 strain and I can definitely notice the CBD content. She shows in a very well balanced body high with a slight and gentle knock on the THC door. The first couple of days I felt a craving for higher THC which settled down after only a couple of days. Very interesting and definitely worth growing. So you guessed right, I totally recommend growing this beauty. Especially if you are interested in exploring a 1:1 THC:CBD strain with all its magical medicinal values 🙏 Why I grew this strain: Like @Experimentgreen on here, I grew this strain for my Mama ❤️ She is open minded to trying to solve some of her health issues with these beautiful plants and the magic they bring but she also likes to have a bit of fun, she doesn't mind. So a 1:1 strain was quite handy. She suffers from neuropathic pain, arthritis in her joints, restless legs and insomnia. All very relatable issues and perfectly suitable to be introduced to some good CBD and THC content. She already has a little tolerance, since she is treating her restless legs with gummi bears I made with a strength of 1.5mg/gummi bear. This small dose already helps her on a daily for her restless legs. Beautiful 😍 So with this special mission in mind, I wanted to process the plant with only the very best options and create Cannabis Oil (Capsules) for my Mom to take. I chose a method called "Fresh Harvest Infused Cannabis oil" by the wonderful member SweetSue over at 420magazine: https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/fresh-harvest-infused-cannabis-oil.363371/ I hope it's ok to relink, no need to duplicate already existing and well researched content, right? I will not go into detail and def. recommend reading through the whole thread. I only document the short version here, but feel free to ask me, I'm happy to share my experience. The oil I made has 30mg/ml of THC and CBD. That's a good value. I calculated the strength the following: 75g fresh Flower in 200ml Olive Oil - with 10% CBD&THC 85% extraction efficiency with the infusion method 85% * 10% THC&CBD = 0.0850 0.0850 * 75g = 6.375 gram of available THC & CBD 6.375gram * 1000 = 6375mg/THC 6375mg/CBD 6375mg/200ml = 31.875mg/ml CBD & THC I created capsules with 3mg per capsule. We are currently trying to find the right dose for her. She started taking one capsule 60-90min before bed for 3 days now and will increase by 1 capsule tonight. We continue until a max dose of 15mg/day but always re-evaluate how she feels. She's documenting her experience quite cute. Very heartwarming and powerful. So far she sleeps better and she falls asleep faster, which she hadn't done in a long while. Onset is pretty precisely between 60 and 90 minutes. She has not had any restless legs so far. I'm excited for her and can't wait to see where this takes us. I also made her a salve/creme she uses as a topical on her joints. When she uses it early enough, before the big pain hits, she feels it helps. Of course this is not a science study and everything is purely based on personal experience. I thought I share, in case anyone is interested, also I want to give back a little, since I consume so much knowledge from all over the internet, including here, so thanks 🙏

Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

Hey all! Reminder: MIDDLE PLANT IS GSC #1. BOTTOM LEFT PLANT IS GSC #2. (Bottom right is mystery seed, two in the back are FastBuds Gelato - which you can't even see anymore haha. This diary is only focusing on the GSC plants). Wow, the growth has been insane. The girls are touching the edges of the tent, and you can almost get lost telling what's what in this sea of green! The bud sites are definitely showing signs of swelling up. Unfortunately I dealt with some nute burn on both plants, more on one than the other, but I flushed them twice with PH'd water and it seemed to have stopped it spreading. Definitely was feeding too much. Stuck to the dosage guidelines but feel I did not give enough plain water in between nute-water feedings (actually none at all until I flushed them). Man. They are huge plants. Underestimated how big these would actually get! I CANNOT WAIT to start seeing fat buds! As I mentioned before, I have been taking a tolerance break for most of this grow and I will continue to do so until harvest (day 25 of the tolerance break today). The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….

6/26 Rained last night. Might have showers bur the sky is clear. Real good weather coming. I need to transplant those seedlings. Plants are noticeably bigger every day. I see small spits of damage but it's isolated and in a high wind area. I'll address it and watch for nute deficiencies. Also need to transplant those seedlings. At leastcones an auto. 6/27 Rained overnight again. Looks clear today but we did get some rain yesterday. Tomorrow is all sun. I'm planning to transplant those 3 seedlings today. Also noticed some ragged holes so I've got a few pests. Looks like grasshoppers or something. With all the rain could be slugs or pillars I guess. Need to get ipm up amd running. I've got work to do. Found a plant on my gmo in the 30 bag. It got sun burnt and wind burnt but came out of it and they're all doing great. At first this one was a little behind after transplant but so were the other gmo's. Originally, it was one of my best plant prior to transplant outdoors. That one leaf I found during a thorough inspection of the garden. I'm hoping it's not tmv. Plants growing vigorously and better than but I'll keep an eye on it. I also transplanted the 3 seedlings. I added half new 707 in the 50 (prior soil was this same mix from last year) and transplanted one in that. One in a 10 gallon bag and the auto in a 5 gallon bucket. It will be interesting ingredients seeing how they turn out. All transplants went really smooth. 6/28 It's gonna be a hot one today. I haven't watered in over a week due to rain. Wind was whipping this morning! Looked like plants MIGHTVE been drooping but now that I think about it it was probably just the wind. ANYWAY I WATERED TWO AND A HALF GALLONS on the clones. That wind dries the bags out fast. Some still had some heft to them. Lately I've been going by my intuition which has seemed to be on point. All the seedling transplants look good and show no signs of stress. 6/29 The site was down so I couldn't update. Looks like it's gonna rain. It's noontime. This morning i found and killed two inch worms. There's not much damage so I'm wondering whether bt is necessary. Birds sit on the frame and dart I'm and grab them. I'll have to think on it. I also need to decide what I'm going to use for nutes this year. Don't need it yet. GMO's and sherb pie is putting out pistols everywhere. Same with the event horizon. Looks like I may have an early harvest this year. I certainly hope so. Still.....only did half what I did last year but with everything going on its all I can handle. 6/30 Site was down and it doesn't want to pet me upload my pictures 7/1 Trying to keep this updated. Need to spray bt. I'm seeing some damage. Not much but I need to get a handle on it now. Poured yesterday. Super sunny today. Plants seem to be flowering early this year while I still have a 2 seedlings that haven't shown their sex yet (they are fems but still). The clones are beginning to flower it looks like so I may have an early harvest this year. 7/2 WATERED THE GARDEN WITH 4 GALLONS. Spent some time looking over the plants and decided to hold off on the bt seeing as there isn't much damage. I spoke to a few shop owners and after seeing my garden this wad their advice as well. While watering I noticed red ants coming out of the soil of my GMO in the 30 gal. Some of these strains will be early finishers. The only time I've had stigmas like tjis was when I grew mendo breath and that was a super early harvest. Either way things are looking fantastic. The auto seedling finally showed a stigma. One seedling left (they should ALL be females) but I cant tell by the preflower yet. It looks female but I need to see that little white hair emerge to be sure.
