Photos this week stay inside the tent, it’s just not safe to move these ladies anymore. ⸻ Irrigation Upgrade – Semi-Auto in Motion With the room expanding and multiple genetics running, it’s time to make watering smarter: • Semi-Automatic Irrigation Installed – currently set up to water 8 plants. • Not Fully Automated Yet – still manually monitoring and hand-watering other genetics in the room. • The goal is precision without full delegation — a hybrid system offering consistency + control. This is how smart growers scale: one foot in tech, one foot in the soil. 🌱 ⸻ Red Spectrum Timing – Emerson Effect in Action Let’s dive into light science, because this week, you’ve implemented something most growers don’t even think about: ☀️ What is the Emerson Effect? Discovered by Robert Emerson in the 1950s, the Emerson Effect is the phenomenon where plants photosynthesize more efficiently when exposed to both red (660nm) and far-red (730nm) light simultaneously. Even better? she has a strong smell ... it takes a couple of weeks to enjoy ... she continues to fatten those buds ... a smell of mint and feels the smell of indoca to wood and earth ....

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Last week flew by beautifully, and everything is looking great! 🌿✨ To test their stress response, I slightly reduced the ladies' nutrient supply. Now, everything is back on track with normal parameters, and they’re thriving again 💪. The excess potassium from earlier has had an interesting effect – the buds have become so heavy that some of the branches can no longer support their weight! 😅 I’ve already had to set up some supports, as you’ll see in the first video from day one of the new week 🎥🌱. Today is day 19 into flowering these ladies have had a trim and feed. I've untied them and will let them soak up some light and tie them again tmro to get some deeper light to hit the bottom canopy now the lights not being blocked down there

Haven't really been updating much as traction is low and I keep hella notes upstairs and on paper. Flowers forming, slight stretch began days ago. Looking and smelling good. May need to hook up the external RES with how massive the root system has gotten. Main stem is over an inch thick. She's drinking ALLOT and eating well. F Day19 - RES clean/change. Mixed 3gal M-4.6ml/g G-4.6ml/g B-6.6ml/g PH'd to 6.2 since it's been dropping last few days on its own and needing adjustment. F Day23- stripping day... added a goodmorning vid of the Booshberry prior to stripping it. Will update post pics/vid this afternoon.

I started this week with lst to open the canopy. Also removing severl bud sights that will not be getting enough light and defoliated some as well. Next week she will be readu for flower.

Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. Next week I will decide how I will continue the training because I have space again in the flower tent 😀. This week I'll decide whether it goes straight into the flower tent or is pruned again. Week 5 Update: Challenges and Optimism! 🌿💪✨ Hey there, fellow growers! 👋🌱 As we dive into the fifth week of this thrilling journey, I must admit that I've encountered a few obstacles along the way. But fear not, for challenges are merely opportunities in disguise! 🌱🚀 Currently, three of my plants are still looking a bit droopy, a consequence of my underfeeding mishap. 😔 However, I've taken decisive action to rectify the situation. I've increased their water intake from 0.5 liters each to a generous 1 liter each, provided every two days. Hydration is key! 💧💦 Let's talk environmental conditions. The temperature within the grow space ranges between 20°C and 22°C, maintaining a comfortable and optimal range for our leafy companions. The humidity levels hover around 60% to 68%, thanks to the diligent work of my trusty dehumidifier. Kudos to technology! 🌡️💨💨 In light of the recent droopiness, I've temporarily adjusted the LED power to 75%. It's a careful balancing act to ensure the plants receive the right amount of light without overwhelming them. We're all about finding that sweet spot! 💡🌿✨ Interestingly, I've noticed a similar issue with droopiness during my previous grow with sour stompers. Could it be a recurring pattern? 🤔 Moreover, upon activating the dehumidifier, I made an intriguing discovery. The CO2 levels have soared over 900ppm! It seems I've stumbled upon an unexpected correlation. I'll certainly be investigating this further to unravel the mystery. Last week of veg. And we are looking good. They have grown well above the net and have strong stems ready to take on a stretch and the growing of flower. My canopy is pretty even across the plants. I'm curious to see how this back one turns out because it has a genetic mutation (whorled phyllotaxy). Where each node has three branches that stem from it. These ladies next feeding will be with the bloom A-B and PK starting the third week of flower.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week 19 for Queen Citronella, this Super Lemon Haze by Green House Seeds. Planted as a Christmas gift to myself on 25th December 2022 it is now 1st May 2023 and we are on day 128. This it turns out was Citronella's last day living! The smell, oh god the smell, it's just the best. I will update the harvest when she has dried. I tend not to bother with wet weights as I don't really see what the point is, but I can tell you there is absolutely more than 500g here for sure. I am expecting 150-200g when dry. I accidentally dropped one of the smaller branches and it made an extremely satisfying "thud" when it landed.

Here we are at week 7! During Week 6 Noticed earlier on in the week that 1 of the 5 White widows has a slight magnesium deficiency. Amended that with tsp of Epsom salt per 1 gal. PH'd water at 6.7. Noticed new growth looks okay! I think I should have added nutrients a week prior. Light defoliation on the bottom leaves under the canopy Added other 1/2 dose of down to earth 4-4-4 (I decided to half dose on the dry amendments to see how the plants respond) Added 1/2 dose of GEO Bloom 3-12.5-9 Watered dry fertilizer with compost tea brewed for 24hrs Started PH testing the soil. Reads around 6 Week 7 plans Going to try using white distilled vinegar as an organic PH down option. I have been using phosphoric acid and read that it is an inorganic. Hoping to not kill any good microbes with future watering. Tap water in my town reads at 7.6-7.8 Keeping an eye out for light stress and adjusted the light accordingly Light LST on bud sites Going to PH test run off to make sure soil is at okay PH level. New clip on fan is on its way to help lower RH in upcoming weeks. Aiming for consistent 40-45% So happy with how well this grow is going so far. Hoping it continues this way!
