Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... The pound cake is trucking along I could not ask for anything better at this point. This 1st week of them being alive has been decent. They have been healthy and reaching for the light the whole time. I moved them under my spider farmer 100w light so they can start getting used to that light. The smaller 55w light inhave has a significant more blue light in its spectrum I like it alot for seedlings it's just when the plants get to thisbsize that other light doesn't have enough light bounce ming around the tent to get any side lighting. I'm thinking this being an auto I need it to brach out earlier than I normally make my plants branch out. Also I plant to transplant them sometime soon . I have not decided if I want to use my regular 2gal plastic pots or use some of my 4 gal fabric pots. I like fabric pots it's just they are alot harder to take the plants to the bathroom and run water theu the soil at different times thru flower. I don't think I will need to flush my plants nearly as often now that I have switched away from fox farm soil this grow. My grows before I was useing foxfarm happy frog and then mixing happy from with coco loco. That stuff worked decent just the happy frog has so much humlic acid my plants would always go into lockout soon as they started to flower.

Hey fellow growers! Week 3 of Bloom is completed, and everything has gone smoothly so far. The plants are well taken care of and haven’t shown any signs of deficiency. Día 31. Las plantas pegaron un estirón muy fuerte estos días. Estoy pensando en pasarlas a floración antes. Pero no quiero mudarlas al principio de la floración, para evitar stress. Sería lindo tener una referencia de cuanto ganan en altura en floración. Si es el doble en altura, no va a haber problema. Pero si es el triple o más, cómo muchas variedades que he hecho, se puede complicar de poco a mucho. Ya corté esquejes para intentar mantener las dos variedades. Voy a ir mirando, pero son 10 días más de crecimiento y de raíces que van a tapar todo.

Looking good but I'm hoping the smaller colas beef up a bit more, makes me worry about the yield. Surprised to see ambers but I'll take it as a good sign. Good news is my tent and light arrive tomorrow! Just a 2x2x4 and a mars ts1000 but I'm really looking forward to growing in it. I plan to grow two 3-gallon pots at a time, autoflowers of course! Looking forward to having more room to work with instead of just the bucket and about 12" diameter that I've had my first 2 grows in. Happy growing y'all! 😎

Lets go. This is my old stealth boomgrowbox. Led is 47w 3000k and cost 13€. Computer fan is sucking air trough carbonfilter. Filter is years old but still keep most of the smells. Inside dimensions are 36x40x120cm. I grow different strains with same setup every time so let see what strain takes victory in this battle. Plan is Seed to water for 24h and straight in to the middle of 6-7L sub-irrigation pot. I think this pot gives most equal watering for each fighter. Dome for until it breaks the surface. LST begin at day 15. No defoliation. First grow basicly set the rules. Let see how it goes when we get that far 🤣 Soil is from local shop. With mykorhiza. 80%soil 20%perlite. Clay pebbles over after dome moves away. As nutrients we have Terra aquatica drypart grow/bloom/late bloom. Be there on he squirrel. Ps. I am pretty sure going to kill couple Girls cause im so bad at growing in soil. Just let me know what im doing wrong. With High Hopes 🍀

Semaine 2 - Croissance Cette semaine, je suis satisfait de l’évolution de ma plante. Après la transplantation, qui avait nécessité une coupe et égalisation des racines ainsi qu’un topping, elle a bien repris. On observe une belle masse racinaire qui s’est redéveloppée, ce qui est encourageant. Il y a eu quelques signes de stress, ce qui était attendu, mais la plante est repartie correctement. J’ai effectué une légère défoliation pour aérer la structure et favoriser la croissance des branches secondaires. J’ai également ajusté légèrement les nutriments pour accompagner la reprise vigoureuse du système racinaire. Pour l’instant, je ne compte pas prolonger la croissance trop longtemps. L’idée est de laisser la plante gagner encore un peu en vigueur et développer quelques branches secondaires supplémentaires avant de passer à l’étape suivante. On continue de suivre son évolution tranquillement, mais pour le moment, les résultats sont encourageants. À suivre ! Week 2 - Vegetative Growth This week, I’m pleased with how my plant is progressing. After the transplant, which involved trimming and equalizing the roots as well as topping, it has bounced back nicely. The root mass has redeveloped well, which is encouraging. There were some minor signs of stress, as expected, but the plant is recovering properly. I performed a light defoliation to improve airflow and encourage the growth of secondary branches. I also adjusted the nutrients slightly to support the vigorous regrowth of the root system. For now, I don’t plan on extending the vegetative stage for too long. The goal is to let the plant gain a bit more strength and develop a few additional secondary branches before moving on to the next stage. We’ll continue to monitor its progress steadily, but so far, the results are promising. Stay tuned!

Week 2 of veg is in the books. Despite making some changes and dropping back to a 300w fixture, also upping the nute ratios - growth has been pretty decent for a single first week of veg. Got some yellowing on the leaves which is somewhat concerning. Again, hopefully rectified now that we’ve regulated to more acceptable temps and humidity. All are fairly uniform to start and the new bucket system has been issue free which is a bonus. Figure another week to the fim and then another week of veg before the flip. All on pace to get em to flower as quick as possible👌. We’ll cull as soon as able - if we pick up 3/4 spaces after losing the males that would greatly assist to free up some more space elsewhere and move in some new fems that have been backlogged recently. Finally back to focusing on quality buds and it’s and great feeling👍. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, crossed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower. These beans were the product of a shotgun breeding run that presented an unexpected opportunity so there’s quite a bit of testing that should flow from the various F1’s we’ve produced.

Starting to smell like chocolate 🍫, I'm going for 2 more weeks before chop

Took some clones 1 week before flipping to flower but forgot to take pictures. The video of the clones are from oct 1st. The Turnt smelled like chocolate cover strawberries but now are smelling of garlic and pepper with a bit of undertone of strawyberries. The Diesel smelled like lemon pinesol but now smells of citrus mixed with gas. The Banana Clipz smells of berries mixed with skunk. Paradiso smells of citrus mixed with fruit. Lung Buster smelled lightly sweet at first but now smells like berries mixed with a undertone of garlic,funk, and gas . Spilt Paint smells of berries mixed with diesel and funk.
