The buds on this girl were quite small but they came out veeery dense. The smell wasn't anything special as she was growing but now that she's cured, it smells like a really nice strong indica with hints of citrus. But she was incredibly easy to grow and so quick to recover! Couldn't be happier with the final outcome and really happy about growing this strain!

Big photo session this week and this week is prolonged for two days :) Week of heavy flushing and darknessssss at first they got last honey and water, then after they drinked that they got heavy flush in bathtub with ice cold water untill clear water was runoff, they needed almost four days to drink that and to dry out, then they got ice cubes and i turned lights out and let them in darknes for three days. Harvest is near, checking trichomes, they all are milky white with some orange tops, buds are rock hard and smell of braincakes is so fruitiy and flowery while brides are next lvl smell :))))))) Take care and much love :) ॐ

Changed my plans a bit so they probably won't move to another location ( or they really have to outgrow their current pots... ) so added some additional lights and raised my EC a bit. Also added CO2 to 900PPM but not sure if continue with that. First time CO2 out of a bottle instead of a generator. If it is too pricey I will quit that. 07-09: YES!! I have an extra room available so I am moving these ladies to a bigger place.. will keep you up to date.... From 5.7 to 30 liter pot size (a bit late to switch but I do believe they can profit from it.) A few hours later.... Well, that's not easy at all... taking a break for a moment... Checklist for myself: The tent is up and checked for leaks (ugly thing, but no complaints for fifty bucks) Lighting is installed at the correct height CO2 is in place, needs to be moved to the right spot Exhaust is installed (still need to tape the transitions) Still need to install Blumat (but first repot the plants due to positioning) Install the water supply (yes, I should have done that first...) Meh... another hour or two. Hopefully, they don't mind being without light for about 3 hours. A few hours later.... Well, that was a lot of work... but thank goodness it all worked out (just need to install the Blumats, which I'll soak in water shortly). Besides that, I now have a water supply and drainage available, which makes certain tasks much easier. Hand-watering was pretty fun (the plants were doing well so far), but it was a lot of work for 12 pots. Having to use a syringe every day for dosing just isn't my thing. The plants are suddenly looking very small again, though. But well, now they can literally grow in any direction. I'll quickly check how they did overnight, and then the lights will be going out again soon. And then quickly took some photos just before the lights went out... The ladies seem to be doing just fine, with their leaves happily pointing upwards as if they're waving cheerfully. The CO2 has been used up quite quickly; the bottle is empty, which isn't surprising given the large tent. I'll refill the bottle shortly and see how long it lasts this time. I think trimming will be a bit easier this round. Tonight, I'll lower the lights a bit to around 30 cm and hope they can handle the doubling of the light intensity. They were doing well last night, at least. The temperature is on the high side (33˚C), but that's not surprising given the current outdoor temperatures. I expect that once we have normal temperatures again, the temperature will settle around 29˚C. #SSSC_John Thank you very much for this outstanding strain so far...

Neues Jahr, neuer Grow! Nach drei Tagen ist der Kush-Mint Samen schon gekeimt. Wir freuen uns sehr aber sind auch ein bisschen nervös, denn es ist für uns ein neuer Strain, von einem Breeder, den wir noch nicht hatten :) Noch befinden wir uns auf sicherem Terrain, Keimung im Lightmix, aber bald wird sich das ändern ;) Wir werden hier unseren ersten Grow mit mineralischem Dünger versuchen und haben dafür auch technisch "nachgelegt". With the new netting up, I switched on the red lights along with the blues to help the plants stretch a bit to reach through the screen. It looks like it is taking effect, so late in the week (Friday) I trimmed some of the lower branches. Last week I FIMmed Zoe and Grace to give River a chance to catch up, and I expected 1 of 2 results: 1) FiMming will encourage growth in the cut plants causing them to grow taler than River, or 2) Things will stabilize and River will be on par with her siblings. But instead, I discovered a 3rd result: River is continuing to grow bigger and thicker each day and is even taller and fuller than her sisters. In addition though, the trimmed plants are developing nice, strong, sizable leaves, and most of the new growth is coming from down below, rather than near the top. Oh, and this week I added a new camera (Wyze) to the time lapses so I can take my pro camera out.

Hey Growers. It’s going great around here. These girls are happy, healthy and growing like mad. They’ve chunked up so much that they’re starting to lay down. It’s just a couple at the moment so I’ll keep an eye on them and see if intervention is needed. The trichomes are so gritty it feels like table salt between your fingers and the Cali has a orange/lemon citrus and woody scent. The Jack is sour skunk and the cookies Kush is a sweet sugary scent. I’m not 100% sure if they’re fox tailing from light stress or just natural Kush characteristics. I’ll be keeping an eye out for hermie’s and stress. I’ve added some Green Planet Rezin, as I think it’s awesome and helps with aroma and makes oily terps. I’m thinking this will be my last top dress and I’ll probably just do half dose and top up with monster bloom for the next couple waters then drop everything except cal and Rezin. Happy Growing 🌱

This week I have made a video to show The progress over 4 weeks trying to be a bit different on GD! Hope you like! Was a little worried when this one didn’t pick up her pace but I gathered I had over watered and put a heat mat under her for a couple of days! And that sorted her right out! I have trained with pipe cleaners to hold those stems down as they allow the lower coverage to rise! Everything going smoothly! I hope you like buddies!

Day 52, stacking beautifully. Got her last kelp potassium boost today. I’m thinking another feed of a Green rush beefy bud on day 56 before starting to flush/ripen. It should be finishing off that 70/30 Gaia feed I gave a month ago. Very eager to smoke some of this medicine. LEMONS! Slowed down to drinking 3L of water every two days again. I ended up cutting all nutrients out for a ripening. I never went back with a Green rush feed. Im positive there is very little gaia breaking down in the soil if any ! Cloudy trichomes happened this week too ! very eager. Ill be adding a final week photos plus hanging and wet weight photos in a week or two and then in a month you can come back and see what final product and weight looks like with a smoke review!! thanks for making it this far ! i appreciate you guys checking on my progress ! 420FASTBUDS ORT2109 All in all I would say this was an amazing and easy strain to grow. Unfortunately the worst happened with my flower tent and a few of the girls cought Powder Mold. So I ended up salvaging and harvesting what I could from a few of the plants left before completely overhauling and scrubbing the tent down from top to bottom. I decided to do a dryice sift with the flowers that I saved. I had some trim left over from a past grow so I mixed everything together and Wow am I happy I did. Probably the sweetest smelling kief I've extracted. I'm glad I have more of these seeds so I will not only recommend this strain but definitely be growing it again. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the improvements I've made with the tent I'll have better results as that's what growings all about. Learning with every grow from your mistakes and trying not to let it get your discouraged cause from my experience the more issue's you come across and learn to resolve the better grower you will be. Another week down, progressing, just starting to show some orange'ing up on the hairs. Stressed it a little with a bit of a crack in the main stem w/ some LST that wasn't so L but it seems to be superficial enough.

Hola amigo! Una semana espectacular ha pasado para esta hermosa planta. Apenas pasaron 25 días de floración hicimos una pequeña defoliación para mejorar la circulación de aire y ella lo agradeció con una cobertura de tricomas extra en los días siguientes. El pH se mantiene en 6.4 y todos los riegos son con nutrientes, ella no desperdicia nada! La cepa es muy resistente y fácil de cultivar. No pasa desapercibida en ningún aspecto ya que tiene un aroma exquisito, tonos ácidos y dulces que recuerdan arándanos y frutos rojos maduros.
