Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... I sliced my thumb open so this weeks report will be short. We had budlets show up and have come in strong. All 7 colas are firm and strong. I was able to apply some tie downs to allow more light in to the bottom canopy. No issues to report other than some small colored tips that I’ll keep my eye on. The environment is pretty solid. No issues there to report. In case you didn’t know, we are approaching the most crucial weeks of flowering, weeks 4-6. From my research, this is a very crucial time for cannabis plants. Hopefully my thumb will have healed up next week. This is what I get for planting a tree on Earth day while stoned!

This past week I was out of town. However, I set up an auto watering system for two girls and one lived off the auto pot. Seedling 1 - Largest in clear container Seedling 2 - Autopot Seedling 3 - The “Late Arriver” I monitored the process and tent while away and was not let down. Came home to the nutrients finally being delivered, so the girls received fresh water with a first dose of “minerals and food.” I’m just stoked they survived in my absence!

Cultivation was very easy in terms of vegetation and up to half of flowering, where I encountered difficulties and ended up postponing their harvest. drying Purple presented 220g wet and 39g dry. I can smell a fruity scent on it and I see a lot of resin. I'm happy with the result but I still want a 50g plant.

This week the weather has been nice and consistent. Today has been the hottest on record in the UK reaching 37 degrees. This girl has loved it. She has bounced back nicely from her topping making the way for more bud production. fingers crossed this weather continues. 🤞

Day 29: As my plant is entering the pre-flower stage, I’ve adjusted her nutrition accordingly. To support the stretch, I decided to only use a mix of grow and bloom nutrients. I’m using half the amount recommended in the feeding chart because, in my last grow, one of my plants showed signs of nitrogen toxicity. Day 30 and 31: The weather has been excellent, promoting rapid growth. She’s growing so quickly that I have to adjust the LST daily. The first pistils are appearing, and the tied-down side branches are shooting upwards again. I still bring her back onto the balcony overnight due to the unusually high number of snails, and I'm tired of doing nightly patrols.still feels weird to walk out of my garden with weed plants without worrying. It's fucking legal 🤟🏽 Day 32: The weather has turned into a mix of heavy rain, thunderstorms, and extreme humidity. In a previous grow, I had to remove two plants due to bud rot, so I’m being extra cautious with this one. While inspecting the undersides of the leaves, I discovered some spider mites. I removed them by hand and brought the plant inside. I then sprayed a solution of 0.5 liters of water mixed with 1.5 ml of neem oil on and under the leaves. I plan to repeat this treatment tomorrow, which should resolve the issue. Since the buds are still in early development, the neem oil should not cause any problems. Day 34: The weather was really nice today with no rain, just a little wind. I adjusted the LST once again as she's getting very bushy. I had to remove a few leaves to ensure the lower branches receive enough light. Before going to bed, I sprayed her all over with neem oil one last time. No more neem oil after that because I don't want to fuck up the taste.

Update - Tuesday 22nd June To be honest this week hasn’t gone great. I noticed some fruit flies or fungus gnats. There are only a few and they don’t seem to be attracted to the buds at all. None the less for the moment I have put some cider vinegar, soap and water and put t in as wide a surface area as possible and there are quite a few stuck in there after a day. Iv also ordered some of those sticky traps to put around the edge of the pot. Luckily I’m getting rid of my media, the tent, everything inside the tent and will be using a paint spray gun to spray ozonated water or if it’s really expensive then just hydro strength hydro peroxide will be used to spray all surfaces of the room.

I had a problem with the water pump connection and i think it hasn't watered in two or three days, so a marks appeared at some leaves (calmag deficency i guess). Now that the problem is solved it won't be worse. The flowering is really nice, its starting to appear the darker color at buds
