Just two more days in the dark, then it’s chop time! This run I’m testing out my DIY dry box — got a fan rigged up for airflow, should do the trick. Final harvest update dropping in like two weeks… fingers crossed for some sticky fire! Stay tuned, it’s about to get frosty!

*****Week 15 growth – March 13 to 19, 2021 – Week 6 flower ****** Feeding has ended this week and we are in flush mode now. The girls have just started to slow down their drinking and pistols are changing colour, buds are swelling, they are getting ready to finish. Added the UV and IR light bars in this week. Started the week with just one bar and then both in place by end of week. Each bar has 10 x 730nm, 10 x 395nm, 6 x 660nm pulling 30 watts each. Trichome enhancers!! Working with the new light this run I have certainly pushed them with more light intensity than they should have received, broke 1100 PAR for a bit. This has also started to cause some foxtails to begin rather than staying compact and swelling the buds. Know for next time……always changes to make 😊 Little more detail….. Mar 15/21, Day 38 - Another feed day today. Last week of feed so pushing them a little more. No Grow added! Most of the supplements not added this feeding. - feeding with Grow – 0.5, micro – 1.5, bloom – 2, carbs – 1, Rezin – 1.5ml, MagNifiCal – 0.5ml - 875ppm and 6.0pH - 4L Mar 17/21, Day 40 - Last Feed Day……calling it at day 40 this run!!!!! - 4L of feed water left from yesterday so added in 12L of RO water to keep the ppm down. - Left over plus Rezin @ 2ml, Overdrive @ 2ml (its hard to let go of your routines…I have been using Overdrive for so long……it feels wrong to not be using it this run….snuck in a couple ml😊) - 485ppm and 6.0pH - 4L - Light power pushed back up to 525 watts……..keeping the intensity up to hit the lower bud sites….will see what happens to the uppers. Mar 18/21, Day 41 - Starting flush but not hitting the pots with 12 gallons of water each type of flush! Will just drop the ppm down to nothing and use RO water……planning on having close to 3 weeks to flush….second guessing that I really have that long though so may actually end up adding a flushing agent to the girls…..decide in the next 4 days so can leave plain water time if I do. - Watering with Enzymes @ 2ml…….clean up the roots and help them get more of the ppm out of the media. - 100ppm and 5.9pH……..missed the pH but not adding both up and down, ran with this. - 4L - Light power pulled back down 480 watts Mar 19/21, Day 42 - Dry out day today. Will be letting the pots get dryer now before adding more moisture. - Leaving them for today though. Give flushing agent in next 2 days if going to. - Work down the light intensity more in next couple of days as well. - UV lights going now for 3 hours per day on both fixtures at the middle of the light schedule.

Plant growing well, not really fast but still great

Last week of flowering (72days from the light switch) Gonna cut soon when the dirt is dry. A quite late harvest. Many buds denser more, and stem can’t longer resist. This season so satisfy. Since the second week I started doing LST on this strain. The plant grew very well, it was easy to train and had a very small amount of leaves, so I didn't defoliate it. Today I have done some lollipopping, taking off the branches that were too small. The buds start to grow in dimension and also start to smell. Also the resin production it's very good, if you try to touch the buds, your fingers will stick together.

Most recent defoliation 3/24! She spent her first month feeding just off nutrients in fox farm soil. On 3/2/22 I gave her her first Gaia Green trio feeding!! She has exploded with growth since!! She was defoliated on 3/27 again. She was given her second feeding of @gaiagreenorganics on 4/02. This lady was defoliated on 4/10 and 4/19 and 5/1. Well. First week of flushing done. She looks great. Trichomes are all going cloudy, no Amber's yet though. Should be harvesting her next week. Probably going to re veg and mother her

She grew great. A few problems but all on my end. Everythig was great responded to topping well. Alot of puple leaves and orange hairs. the buds look lovely and smell like mashed blueberries. not incredibly strong but i imagine that will change after a bit of cure. Super happy with the way she turned out. Dry weight coming soon. will definitely be growing this one again soon.

Final week update I am trimming the plants as they get ripe leaving them under the lights for a few days before I chop them. My theory is that trimming them makes them think they are being attacked by something and what are the plants defense 🤔 to get sticky and stinky 🤔 I do see a difference after a couple days, some more than others but all of them add terpenes and trichomes ❄️🔥❄️🔥 Thank you all for visiting and following along with me... Hope yall had a good week! The girls sure did. Everyday I take a peek and do my daily watering and they're bigger than the day before. Upped the PPM's to ~400 this week, kept the pH at 6.0, and upped the Calmag. Also picked up "B-52" for some root health. Gonna use it on some other plants in the house as well (I grow veggies hydroponically year round). The plants are starting to give off an odor if you smell them up close, pretty neat. Work was a bitch this week so I missed one day of watering, flushed the plants and seems no damage done. Don't wanna make many mistakes like that but its bound to happen. Here's my boring daily notes for those interested. 4/6/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 1- Last week in VEG, They are all looking amazing and no worry about stretch when I flip Next Saturday they are indica and I have more than 50% of distance from the top of the plant to the lights with a little more I can raise the lights if necessary. So going to really just enjoy this last week of VEG, and get my Cloning equipment ready. I will be taking 2 cuts for each this is also a PHENO hunt for HWG and he not only has the prize for the winner but he also has an additional bounty on a cut of the winner. I did have to take some from around the edges to keep them from touching. 4/7/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 2- Didn't do anything today but watch them grow.. They will be getting a really good flip trim and clean up for clone material on Friday/ Saturday. 4/8/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 3- Couldn't even get a picture of the #1 at first too much Foliage throughout.. So I had to clean that up and make sure they all still have some separation before flip. 4/9/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 4- Huston we almost had an issue.. I looked at my Res and she was in desperate need of 10 gallons to get her through until next water change on Saturday. So I added 10 gallons and the Nutes. The interesting things is even though this is an Indica Strain, I might have to super crop just to keep them off the lights. The joys and sorrows of RDWC and timing. 4/11/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 6- Even though Flipping in Two days almost wish I would have gone at Week 7. I am really worried about #3, #1 and #2 are huge and when I put them in flower they are going to stretch out 4/12/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 7- Day of Work.. Lots of Work.. I gave all three a Cloning/Flower cleaning.. all three got cleaned up top Inside and bottom, I took 2 cuts of each to see which one come out on top then I will kill off the other cuts once I have a winner in flower. I clean up this thoroughly before I flip because it reduces the work load on the next major clean up I do on Week 4 of Flower.and they are so much taller that it is going to be a pain in the ass to maintain canopy space for #3, we will see how it goes and adjust as necessary..

This week has been sunny, hot and wet. I have not done a thing except to keep an eye on Miss Dancing Dosidos. It has been a hot and rainy week and I did not feed this plant this week. That is why I did not record Ph levels and PPM, etc this week. I have really wanted to give this diary an honest, straight up review of Miss Dancing Dosidos growing in whatever Mother Nature threw her way. We have braved the elements of nature thus far. She is tall and thin but has a lot of bud growth. I am eager to see how big her buds will get. One thing that I have not been super pleased with is using Miracle Grow as a nutrient. This outside grow was an experiment using Miracle and not my typical Fox Farm nutrients. At this point in my grow, Miracle Grow needs to remain for garden vegetables and flowers NOT cannibas. As a result, I have made an Executive Decision and will going add some @Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the remainder this grow. Stay tuned to next week and comments are always welcome.
