♡ December 7/2020 ♡ Flipped to flower 12/12 yesterday, so they had their first full day and are soooo happy. This has been a weird week for them, I really have to keep an eye on them because they get so fkn thirsty. ♡ I fed 6ml M/G/B on Thursday and molasses, then by Saturday they were dry and droopy, so kicked it to 8ml M/G/B , 4L total water for the 3 girls. ♡ I'm trying really hard to stick to this schedule and hope that my results will be worth it. ♡ Anyways, that's all from me! 13th - Checked the power usage data from the AC unit and the Smart logs: around the time heat stress on #1 occurred the AC barely turned on. New zigbee sensor is working well it seems! CO2 tank is almost completely empty. I lost a fair bit from a few incidents I suppose, maybe a lot more than I thought!?.. ..want to look into stopping CO2 when AC is running with smart power switch and app. 14th - CO2 tank depleted. Setup smart plug on CO2 regulator, works fairly well. Occasionally stays on for a bit more than it should, but then self corrects. I can take that as an improvement.. 15th 16th - Replenished water tank - TDS 650 , gave both a good soak, runoff was 1200 initially and eventually down to 800. 17th - Concerned about density - have clipped several sappy buds growing into already thick areas - hoping to improve ventilation within the canopy. Rotated the pots a bit and adjusted the tie downs.

Royal Gorilla took 63 to harvest from 12/12 switch Very Sticky while trimming The buds I hung last night totalled 223 grams The trimmings totalled 35 grams I will update next week when things are dry and going into mason jars

Lovey is setting up nicely and I am keeping her fairly clean. There is powdery mildew and she has been sprayed with a fungicide. She is at least 5” tall now, I may not great with the diary logging but she is great at the growing! Such a language she speaks!

02/10/2021 I supper cropped the top 4" down toward lower level to promote auxins to redistribute, also starting 12-12 light cycle should be 8-9 weeks of flowering🙏 if she more than doubles in stretch,then I will need to switch to LED lights to finish

It's amazing how quickly the weather can change. Just a few weeks ago we were bundled up in our warmest coats, and now it's finally starting to feel like springtime. With temps in the 40s and 50s, it's the perfect time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. My pound cake plant is finally getting somewhere. It's totally weird, because the stems turned this super cool purple color. Soon it's going to be covered in pound cake buds that'll be ready to eat. I'm thinking fancy frosting might be the way to go, but I'm also considering something fruity on top.

*increased PPM to 750 lets see if it doesn’t give them more tip burn. *Humidity seems to spike all the way to 80% hopefully it causes no issues. *Couldnt see any male parts on the plants maybe it was just calys sites. *NO Smell yet

Sorry for the late weekly update. Took a quick family trip. 2 out of the 3 have been chopped and this one i was giving a couple more days before it's finished. The color and smell is wild on this strain. Almost a reddish purple in color. All in all Happy Growing.

She’s a little shorter than the rest only by a couple of inches! I’ve opened her up by defoliating the bigger fan leaves and letting light get to the lower bud sites allowing better quality buds (non airy/popcorns) humidity hit between 50 and 56% and that’s perfect! Will lower in the last 2 weeks to 40% and hold during flush! Thanks for stopping by!

I don’t think I ever had white powdery mildew and I was just noid of every little dust particle that came around. All good. I’m now battling high temps as we don’t have central air and it’s mid 90s outside. Most likely about to buy an ac unit. LST seemed to go ok but we shall see. Overall very pleased w my results so far. This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. FBT 2401 is flowering nicely. She has a very perfume smell at the moment. Lots of trichromes forming. She is just starting to bulk as well. Nothing else to report.
