Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! Diese Woche brachte sehr viel Regen, stehende Luft und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Um die Schimmelgefahr zu minmieren habe ich einen Ventilator in das Folienzelt gehängt. Hoffentlich wirkt er. Wäre schade wenn die Bubatz vom Schimmel betroffen würde. Ansonsten verdicken und verfestigen sich ihre Buds, der Leittrieb wird immer dicker. Der Test der selbstangesetzten Jauchen geht in eine weitere Woche, Demnächst kommt noch Beinwelljauche hinzu. Ein paar Blätter wurden entfernt. Aber um es klar zu sagen, bei dem Wetter, das zur Zeit hier herrscht, ist ein erfolgreiches Anbauen der Auto Candy Bubatz XL in den letzten Blütenwochen im Freien ohne Regenschutz nicht möglich. --- This week brought a lot of rain, stagnant air, and high humidity. To minimize the risk of mold, I hung a fan in the foil tent. Hopefully it will work. It would be a shame if the Bubatz were affected by mold. Otherwise, their buds are thickening and hardening, and the main shoot is getting thicker and thicker. The test of the homemade manure will continue for another week, and comfrey manure will be added soon. A few leaves were removed. WEEK 10 - 25/9/2021 - 1/10/2021 30/9/2021 - No major issues these past week. Plant 1,2 and 3 responding really well to scrogging. The original purpose of the net was to support the buds actually. But since the net is in place, I thought it would make more sense  to use the opportunity to bring the 3 plants to the same level as plant 4. Despite that, plant 4 still has trouble catching up and plant 1-3 just stretched like crazy. Plant 1-3 have started flowering and stretching. Not plant 4 though. No signs of stigmas yet. Weird genetics. Been having issues since germination. Major defoliation done for all plants. Sucker branches removed and LST readjusted. Complete res change done. 30 gallons of water mixed with the following: Liquid Silicon - 1ml/gal - 30ml Cal-Mag - 2.5ml/gal - 75ml Micro - 3.5ml/gal - 105ml Gro - 2.5ml/gal - 75ml Bloom - 3.5ml/gal - 105ml Hydroguard - 2ml/gal - 60ml pH - 6.12 EC - 1.21 mS/cm T - 24.5

Really packing it on now! Buds are really gaining character. Nice round structre and the trichomes are piling on giving her a nice shine. She stayed squat compared to the rest of the tent. I might jack her up on something to get her higher up into the canopy. Really loving these genetics. So imma make another diary of a clone from this plant. Be able to take better media of it aswell. So it'll be bomb. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as this lady is booming with flowers. Until next update. Hello everyone. We are in the 7th week of flowering and this is my first session with cuttings. I had a lot of trouble managing the humidity in the growth room this winter but I managed to see 20 cuttings in root with perseverance. I made a selection at the start and kept 16 cuttings. Coming along nicely this week, hoping to see them explode in the next 2-3weeks. All are very healthy and have responded just how I like to LST. Purpinator is bringing out the smells in there definately and they are all smelling good in their own way. I recommend all the products I have used in this diary highly as they haven't failed me in the past(yield and quality). The only new product I am using is green planet purpinator, so I will let you know if I recommend this too when all is finished. I'll upload daily or every couple of days. To clarify I have 6x 55litre buckets with 3 plants of the same strain in each. I have used coco substrate and grown all of them from seed(courtesy of barney's farm) Thanks for looking.

Started week 1 and we placed these girls in a 7 liter pot, they are now growing with 1x Marshydro TS1000 but im adding another TS1000 in 2 weeks when they start flowering

Day 128 it’s good smells sweet and every time I walk into my room it smells like gas Even though quantity is lower then I expected, the trichomes are crazy

Sticky sticky and smelly smelly, can't say much more. Buds are densing up quite nicely and theres a lot o resin production. I always find the strain names quite dumb, but this actually has hints of coke in it's smell. Very sweet and fresh. I raised the EC to 0.95 considering my water was on 0.25, so plus 0.7 of nutrients and the light is at 100%, putting roughly 750 ppf average. See you guys next week and good grows.

In to week 7 now starting to flush!! Very impressed with this run 💚🌱💚🌱 I’m now running the Futur vert 30 W uv led for 5 hours of the 12/12 with the Futur vert flora max series

Me hubiera gustado tener un cultivo mas regular, pero al menos una de ellas me dio una muy generosa cosecha. Espero si o si poder plantarla en otra oportunidad.
