Tropicana had to go back indoor because the temperature outside is the opposite of tropical. I took off two leafs and gave her time to relax after. Everything is fine and I can already smell something when I‘m near to her. 🤭☺️ Where is the sun? Preparing for sun storm!

Not a bad week. Left unattended with nutrient feed. One got slightly over watered ,so I removed water line for a day or two to let it dry down. PH perfect nutrients really make it easy to have a low maintenance grow. Going to let them be for another week while I decided if I want to top or just tie down. Will update pictures and such as the week progresses.

Buds should be dried at 20 degrees in the dark at 40% humidity

This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

She has got about as fat as she will get now. Now flushing ready to be chopped in a few days or so. Giving off a very nice smell. Really can't wait to smoke this.

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

i normally dont do this of changing to 11/13 and in the same week full and hard defoliation like i did, but i was seeing my space getting short so , it is what it is and lets have faith that they will still feet in there lol i mean i still have a bit of space to bring up the LEDs but is just not that much so i better safe than sorry , i prefer to stress the “stretch” by defoliating and with this i hope for a smaller one , lets see. I mean they are completely recovered to a point i am thinking in changing the diary name and all since its not an SOS thing at all any more lol Started my fruit stimulator and my P supplement to help them realize is time for changing and off they are to what i believe will be a interesting Grow journey. We are nearing the end and she looks beautiful. I will flush with plain RO water the next week or two while she ripens. I didn’t do any training to her. I have a clone from her and I cut a few leaves from the top of the meristem when she was vegging and she responded with 6-8 branches catching up with the top.

This week I did a compost tea which they really liked. I just watered them with water. Ph 6.3. They’re still growing slowly but I think l figured out why. I had a light coming off of my extension chord that was in the tent. I didn’t realize it till last night & thank goodness I did.
