Decided to give them a break from nutrients this week and gave them a good watering without any nutrients to clear out the soil, will start feeding again with next feed. The girls are growing well. I keep thinking the Candy Kush plant 2 is going to be ready in a week then deciding to leave her for another couple of weeks. I'm hoping she'll be ready this coming Monday, she'll be 78 days and I'm running out. The other girls look like then need another 3 weeks at least. The buds are getting fatter every day :D These last few weeks test my patience so much.

papaya cookies has now completed her stretch. typical for papaya, she develops purple/pink pistils. such a beauty. hopefully the weather will stay good enough for her bulk.

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

The day of harvest has arrived! Even though it always feels like a big day - at least for growing, lol - there isn’t actually much to be done. I always hang the plants as a whole and only trim enough to make sure there are no air pockets during the drying process. I know it might spark some controversy, but I dry by VPD, which also lets me adjust the humidity according to the temperature. Each plant came in at around 200g wet weight, which is rather small - but honestly, if the quality is high, I don’t mind. I have to admit though, they are very small 😜. The smell is as expected: like you put your head in cookie dough! Until next time!

I topped the 2 last plants and started LST on all of them without any problem. The growth was pretty impressive this week, especially for the Wedding Cheesecake which is clearly bigger then the others. I had to add some supports to compensate the height difference between the plants. I removed some leaflets here and there during the week to give some light to the lower branches without removing too much leaves. I increased the light power to 75%. I will probably give them another week and then switch to the 12h/12h schedule. What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. Vamos al lío, las plantas se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 Litros, con tierra top crop y plagron mezclada con un poco de coco. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 70% de potencia.
