Week 5, now we are talking, she is stretching and the roots are growing at a really nice rate. Feeding is almost at the recommended max without her showing signs of overfeeding, I always increase and try to push the plant but you need to go slow, step by step and see how she reacts, always give her 48 hours to see how she copes with the new dose, If she looks healthy stick to dose for the week and increase the following. A good trick to see if you plant wants more of less fertilizer is reading the ppm and check when the res level is lower after 3 days or so, if the ppm rises but the water level doesn't go down quick she has to much feeding. If the PPM stay the same or drop with quick water intake means she takes it in very happy and maybe can take more. Will continue to rise the dose till we reach the recommended max of 2.5ml/l, might play with the ratio later on.

Hey Growers Darkness days are upon us. They’re done and ready to sit for a couple days, then I’ll chop them. Things have gone really well and I’m happy with what I see. I’m thinking this will be a huge haul for a 4x4 tent. The buds are beasts with hard nugs and have that Kush fox tail characteristic. The stink is magical and the trichomes are super gritty. The Cali Kush are so fat they’re laying down in the back. I’m very happy with the results. Happy Growing 🌱

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

I been away from grow diaries several weeks now, quick video for documentation, mute sound in video please, Andie Capp is looking so tired between 11am-1pm. As well am feeding as needed. 2-3 ounces 4-5 times a day for Yao, and 0.5 - 1 ounce 2-3 times a day for Andie.

We have unfortunately lost the Black Opium in this line up but the other three are doing well. We have some albinism throughout the White Widow and she looks lovely to say the least, Kabul is well on her way and doing great along with the Purple Opium. Hopefully we have a great week and these girls keep in their groove!

Day 14 flowering: The little ladies have had a good weeknof stretching this week with the Herz O.g showing the way to the other 2. Herz.og has now been in flower for 14 days and is well into her stretch period. She has quite wide node lengths so no donkey dicks for her I think. seeing other grows , they donproduce very nice buds somlets see how she progresses with her bud building. looks healthy and happy enough and feeding with no issues so far. Strawberry Cola is now in flower proper and can say 7 days flowering for her now. she is stretching nicely with some good looking nodes around her frame. I will make sure I don't let her get too bushy to keep all her tips and budlets getting light. i took a good amount of small and pointless lower growth out to open her up more now. She looks the better for it now. Monster Mash has also had a good stretch the last few days but not as much as her rivals. she has enough nice budlets to work with on her limbs and should start stacking them up soon. All three are looking very healthy and a good size now. soon they can go into a better position under the light as I harvest the other strains in the run. In the home stright now, a few milky trichomes on each plant, just ph’d water for the next 1-2 weeks. The smell from these two is phenomenal, its actually making it through my carbon filter.

I did a slight defoliation of the skinniest branches, changed up the nutrients a bit, and dropped the light schedule to 12/12 today on 5/31 Canopy is clearly wall to wall, pretty level. May add a second support net during/after stretch. 5/1 noticed a bit of potassium deficiency in some older lower fans, so I added more trio bloom. 5/4 update: The plants are now 33in tall, and showing some N deficiency. My runoff is 1500ppm, which is about double my inflow, so I'm increasing fertigation events, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, I'll be lowing the ppm of my solution.

Another solid week! I decided not to do a "hard" LST with these two.... I'll do some to open them up a bit but I'm going to let another grow go more naturally! They both grew a lot this week.... Chloe is 10 inches tall and Sofie is 8 inches tall... I watered them twice this week with 1.5 cups of water each time... I'll be moving them into the 4X4 flowering tent during this next week... I'm about to sow 2 Fast Buds Bruce Banner seeds... This will be the third and last grow in the start of my perpetual garden... State law dictates only 6 plants at a time... Did a medium defoliation in the middle of week 4 prob around day 25. Everything is going smooth and I will most likely add another layer of trellis once they start packing on more weight.

Day 15: Steppin' up the game with the light at 25%, now hittin' 470 PPFD from just 30cm away, bumpin' up the DLI to 40 over 24 hours. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. Today I trimmed the dried harvest! Funny enough, the smallest plant actually produced the most beautiful buds – nice and compact with a gorgeous purple color. The aroma is intense and the buds are super sticky. In total, I ended up with 244 grams dry weight from three plants, which I’m really happy with for my first indoor grow. The next run has already started – can’t wait to see how it goes this time!
