Day 55 starting to look really good.

Leider kam es kurz nach beginn der Blüte wieder zu Mangelerscheinungen wodurch sicherlich noch etwas Potential liegen gelassen wurde. Stand jetzt bin ich mir noch nicht sicher was genau der Fehler war jedoch bin ich in der Hoffnung das der nächste Grow nochmals besser wird. Für meinen 2ten richtigen Grow bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Corn fed. Day 17. - The ghetto CO2 generator did it's thing! They all exploded yesterday. I fed this morning @ full strength (1mL/L) Green Buzz Organig Grow Liquid, with about 1.5tsp molasses, and 1mL of Bokashi EM Juice (not bokashi tea, but the EM inoculant). After feeding I tied up and down. Ponytails for the top fan leaves, to expose the bottom nodes. And stakes to get the bottom nodes a bit more horizontal. Super Critical was the girl who got seriously droopy after the first round of LST. I'm fairly certain I ripped a few roots. But she bounced back fast AF, and is looking sensational. I bumped up the smell in my diary to 'strong'. It's not flower smell yet, but the veg smell is reeking. A friend noticed it as soon as I opened my vent-room door. But the good news is that she said she couldn't smell anything before then. When I open the tent, it's so strong that it's dank already. Again, not a flower smell...but I've never smelled a stronger veg-oder than these. Nobody could ever convince me that yeast is futile or too much work. The growth from day 16-->17 was simply mind-blowing. I'm expecting more tomorrow, after the heavy feeding today. Day 20. So...some news. Yesterday I got the new fan. Freaking sweet- screw that clip on fan nonsense. And today, I've been busy. Non-tent related... I put together a worm farm. So I'm hoping for castings in a few months. Fed the bokashi bucket. I've had a problem with fungus flies (look like gnats, but live in soil). Elsewhere, notice that this falls under 'Non-tent related' :D. So I removed the top inch of soil in that houseplant, sprayed a soapy water mixture and covered with 1.5 inches of sand. I'm including this here, because I was terrified that those dudes would somehow find their way to my tent (on the other side of the house). But I think I've seen the last of them. Tent related... I watered with a nice castings tea that brewed for about 24 hours. I hope I didn't f*ck up. I hit GG and Strawberry Cheesecake with it before I pH'ed it down. So they got dosed at around 7.6. I went back to them and hit them with a cup of pH'ed tea (6.5). Then the light cut off, and it was their bedtime. I had to wait for LST until after their nap. But while they were on black out, I got a package. Some dope-AF smartplugs. I can now control my LED, my exhaust, and my air mover from my phone. There's a built in digital timer where I can schedule on/off's. And it *measures* my usage! :D How cool is that?! Welcome to the space age. I also got a USB microscope, which is also badass. So look for pics from that in the coming weeks... Later when the light went back on (courtesy of my new smartplug!) I went back and did LST and pics for today.

we are on the first day of week 3 and everything is looking really strong! day 18 of flower and wow the growth is accelerating so so fast! pineapple express grew 6 inches in the past 2 days. they all seem to be responding really well to the defoliation i did a couple days ago, all the lower buds seem to be catching up in size

Still growing! She started showing some hunger signs....increasing her ppm to about 1100-1200 now. Her top half seems to be about a week ahead of her bottom. I think I'm going to have to learn how to harvest in stages this time. Her lower half is just soooo far away from the light. She slowed down to only growing a half inch a day now....then....She FINALLY stopped growing (i think) Topped out at 44"! At least I hope, I have no more room LOL. I had the light as high as I could get it...then I took it off the hooks and tied it to the top tent bars. and got it a bit higher LOL She's only 2 to 3 inches away from the light now so fingers crossed she stopped growing. Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

On the outdoor rotation on the left side are my bread.F one auto photohybrids, which should be photoperiotic. They could have the potential to be fast flowering. On the right side are the crescendo r x one by ethos.And I believe the g p a and game cookie hybrid by them as well. As for the ones in my room, I think only the super lemon hayes r x three hyper died. I believe one of the autos.There is gonna die, but it's okay. That tent is to set up mother plants that I should be able to clone and grow.

Day 57, 05.06.2024 - Starting the next week of flowering which brings me up to 3 weeks until harvest - There will be watering & nutrition today. I expect the plants getting more and more yellow as they approach their lives end Day 58, 06.06.2024 Today I learned: Double-check for open vents of your tent should be mandatory! "Well, isn't that obvious?" you might ask and yes - I guess it is. But not to me :) Background: I was struggling with a) getting the humidity down and b) keeping the smell in. Turned out I forgot to close the vent behind the charcoal filter which lead to venting air from the outside to the inside & of course sucking smelly air out of the tent. However, since this issue was fixed, there is no problem with smell or humidity anymore. Others than this there was no action today. Day 59, 07.06.2024 - removed 2 yellow leafs - Another round of drinks for the girls (600ml with 4/4/4ml) - sit back and relax Day 60, 08.06.2024 No action today, but the BioBizz CalMag arrived. I will give it tomorrow to them. Day 61, 09.06.2024 A round of drinks with nutrition (4/4/4ml Grow, Bloom and TopMax) and also (first time ever) 1,2ml.of CalMag. Leafs showed signs of certain deficiencies so I decided to use it. Let's see how this turns out! Day 62, 10.06.2024 No action today. Day 63, 11.06.2024 Water & Nutrition (4/4/4ml Grow, Bloom and TopMax) for the end of the week. I am looking forward to week number 10 which should be the second to last week of this grow - I am quite excited!
