Hello growers! Week 13 is here, a little cal mag issue but i’m On it 👌🏻 I had some issues with the night temperatures, but I have fixed that with a heater in my grow room. Thanks to the people that pointed out that would slow the growth of the girls. But yeah other than that the buds are mad frosty and smelling super dank, i’m Just waiting for them to fatten up now 👌🏻 Good growing everyone!

2.17.2024: Start of week 5, day 29 from seed, day 25 from sprout. Plant is healthy from what i can tell. Top of the plant's leaves all have slight white tips from what i'm assuming is light stress? Light is 16 inches from top of plant at 112 watts. I've let it pretty much do its thing so far. Branches are rather short making any sort of LST hard. Pistils are clearly visible so i'm assuming we're entering the flowering stage. Wouldn't be surprised to see the first signs of bud growth by the end of the week. Still no nutrients given. The fan leaves are large and blocking bud sites so perhaps i'll clip soon? Will upload pics today. 2.18.2024: Plant is responding well to the increase in light intensity. Still can't bring myself to take the large fan leaves off. 2.19.2024: Day 31 from seed. Plant is drinking more. Gave 64oz at 6.4ph. Run off ppm was 1450 at 6.6ph. Essentially 4 full weeks from seed before i need to start feeding. Next watering will contain nutrients. 2.20.2024: Humming along. Now firmly in the preflower/early flower stage. Growing 1/2 to 1 inch a day. If anyone is reading this, please tell me its ok to chop the big fan leaves blocking bud sites! 2.21.2024: Day 33 from seed, 29 from sprout. Picked up the pot this morning and it was very lite so i gave it another 64oz at 6.3ph. No run off this time which tells me they are starting to need more water or i need to up the frequency. Still no nutes in 33 days! 2.22.2024: Besides white tips on top growth, steady as she goes. I'll post a pic of the white tips. No idea how to solve. Plant is totally in flower but since we're almost at the end of week 5 from seed, i'll keep the diary in "flower." 14.5 inches from soil to top. Would love to see these get to 24 inches by the end. 2.23.2024: Upped water to 96oz at 6.4ph. About 2 cups of run off at 6.6ph and 1130ppm. Original soil still has nutes to offer at day 35 from seed.

Build a soil kind of drys out fast to me so I started to use the barley straw to help with moisture but so far it seems good to go haven’t ph the water yet think imma start next week been using RO water and I’ve used spring deer park water couple times

a week or so and you could never tell there were two plants in the tent ! she has taken over the entire space now. Increased all the good stuff up a notch because she has never got any burnt tips or anything, she just drinks and drinks. Every 24 hours, 4 litres of nute water (with about 400ml runoff). I mean I never thought a plant would drink that much ??? I am questioning the feeding method, this is very binding... an irrigation system perhaps? Meanwhile off she goes, no fucks given

Week 4 begins for Mandarin dreams and Divine storm. Both ladies are looking happy and I increased their feed by 1 liter each. Day 71: The left plant is starting to show some of the same problems I see on the right plant so I am going to flush her too tomorrow. I think that it is mostly due to the light stress from before, it is just showing now, but to be safe she gets a flush too @5.8 ph Day 73: Hmmmm... It is difficult to see if the problem persists, or its just the affected leaves that will not recover. Should I remove these "sick" leaves? - They seem to be happy abut the new light intensity as some of the problems is defiantly improving like the leaves are praying, and the sides of the leaves does not seem to bend as much. I have been very gentle with the feeding, after having done 3 flushes (15L at 5.8 ph) and have updated my feed schema above Day 75: I am sure that I had some light-stress, and it is over now, but I don't think I see a full recovery.... I think I see the leaves to get more yellow but it might just be as mentioned before, that the sick leaves won't recover but I do not know what to do from here. Should I just leave them, or do you growmies have any suggestions? The grow has, and is, very slow in my opinion but I still see progress UPDATE: I decided to doe some heavily defoliation. It might have been too much for the left one. I haven't done much defoliation, but they where so bushy, that I thought it was necessary to get light on all my buds. Also I wanted to get rid of those "sick" leaves. I think I am on the right track, and the symptoms I see are old problems now

And she is definitely on the run with her sister, she is growing , i mean growing so fast that is just crazy, her structure is getting better but still looks very fragile wen compared with any other girl on these tent, but these in the end means nothing so lets keep giving her love and all the attention she deserves. This week has been all about new beginnings and meticulous care, as we continue to nurture these beauties towards their full potential. Let’s dive in! New Home, Sweet Home This week, our P.C.R.s made the big move to their new 3x3 tent, and boy, do they love it! Under the bright and consistent light of the ViparSpectra P2000, these plants are set to thrive. The P2000 is a game-changer, offering a full spectrum that mimics natural sunlight, ensuring our plants get the best light for every stage of their growth. It’s like bringing a slice of the sun indoors! Leaf Love and Clones We also took some leaves and cuts this week to encourage bushier growth and to propagate new plants. Each cut was carefully treated with Clonex Gel, a rooting hormone that gives our clones the best start. Think of it as a nutrient-packed smoothie for our cuttings, providing all they need to develop strong, healthy roots. To keep our new clones happy and hydrated, we used Clonex Mist, which is like a gentle rain shower, supplying essential nutrients and promoting robust root development. It’s all about giving them the TLC they need to become the next generation of thriving plants. TLC and Maintenance With the move, I made sure to maintain the optimal environment inside the tent. Our TDS is holding steady at 410, with a pH of 5.8 and a temperature of 21°C for watering. These parameters are crucial for nutrient uptake and overall plant health, ensuring our P.C.R.s have everything they need to flourish. Why We Do What We Do Understanding the importance of each step is key. First 12 hour dark period begins at 5 a.m. on the morning of 04/26. I would say 70-75% of the first screen has been filled. ½ strength nutrient feeding today. Tap water: 220ppm, 8.2 pH, 70℉ + FF Grow Big: 5ml/gallon = 45ml/9 gallons + FF Big Bloom: 7.5ml/gallon = 75.5ml/9 gallons + FF Tiger Bloom: 5ml/gallon = 45ml/9 gallons + FF Cal-Mag: 2.5ml/gallon = 22.5ml/9 gallons + Fish Shit: 2ml/gallon = 18ml/9 gallons + HydroGuard: 1ml/gallon = 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 14ml (6.5 pH before adding) Mixture: 910ppm, 6.1 pH, 70℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1510ppm/600ppm, 5.8 pH JB#2 - 1530ppm/620ppm, 5.7 pH AP#1 - 2500ppm/1590ppm, 5.7 pH AP#2 - 2260ppm/1350ppm, 5.8 pH GC#1 - 2490ppm/1580ppm, 5.8 pH GC#2 - 2510ppm/1600ppm, 5.7 pH ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 71 (Week 1, Day 5 - FLOWER): 04/29/2021 Watered plants today. Glookies #1 gave off a really high ppm reading. Don’t think it was accurate. Tap water: 220ppm, 8.7 pH + HydroGuard: 1ml/gallon = 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 28ml Mixture: 230ppm, 6.2 pH, 68℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1: 1320ppm/1090ppm, 6.7 pH JB#2: 1115ppm/885ppm, 6.5 pH GC#1: 3540ppm (seems too high) GC#2: 2270ppm/2040ppm, pH 6.5 AP#1: 2410ppm/2180ppm, 6.4 pH AP#2: 1600ppm/1370ppm, pH 6.6 Well, the first week of flower is in the books. All but one plant is starting to grow pistils. These plants are getting a little out of control being cramped in this 4x4. I defoliated just before flipping to flower, and they needed another touch-up. I'm a little worried this will cause me to have to do frequent touch-ups or kill one or two plants and create some space. I'm leaning more toward killing 1 or 2 plants, rather than risk all of them getting overly stressed from too many defoliations. I completely underestimated how much these Cannabis plants would grow, especially once they started to stretch. I'm going to start saving the water that is collected through the dehumidifier. 23.08.24: I've done considerable defoliation. Also, FBP1 and FBP3 have grown all over the place. The stems are also relatively weaker as they've grown so much. (Photos above). Being as the plants were looking a bit delicate, I added some string and tied the side branches lightly to keep them a bit more compact. Additionally, FBP2 has a considerable amount of buds on the main cola. So I've added a plant stake, and I just tied string around the stake and the main stalk. The humidity has been able to stay under 53%. That's with 3 dehumidifiers. So I'm pretty sure that's about as good as it will probably be. I've had to lower the watering frequency on FBP3, as I overwatered only this plant. and also added too much Nitrogen in. As a result all the leaves are looking droopy. I'm really not sure how this will pan out, as they all still look like they're weeks away from harvest. Anyway, I'll update throughout the week. 25.8.24: I was tending to the garden a majority of the day, and realised that a branch had broken on FBP2. I acted quickly to insert plant stakes, to provide the heavily laden branches additional support. See photos above. The branch was bent or snapped, but still in one piece. I used duct tape to carefully put it back together. Before making a stake for it. Silica, apparently wasn't quite enough to get the FBP2 through the whole way. The flowers are very heavy and dense. I have also given the plants water yesterday with concentrations of the following nutrients, per plant. ● 9ltr of dechlorinated tap water with 6ml of cal-mag, 3ml of Ecothrive Flourish, 6ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. I have also added cinnamon top dress after watering, as I have noticed some fungus gnats. I checked the trichomes through one of my loupes yesterday too, and nearly all are still glass like in appearance, with some cloudy here and there. I'm definitely going to have some time left on these girls. I did check the PH if my soil on all plants as I was concerned about nutrient lock out on FBP3. All pots tested out at 7.0 Ph exactly, before and after watering. Thanks for reading my diary 😊
