Put on a bit of size this week Water res dropping at least 8 litres every 4-5 days spiking ppm , warm temps 30 -35 degree during day , seems to be coping propped lid up and angled plant to give other bud sites some light , will def do lst scrog next time around

Gorilla cookies is extremely easy to grow, it does good all on its own, minimal trimming or training. I'd definitely recommend it as a first grow.

We had a mega load of rain over the last few days and sadly I lost a huge NYD to stem rot. Anyways I new February in Durban was going to be a challenge. The soil doesn't drain very well where I live and unfortunately it just got too wet for too long. All the other plants are looking healthy and I did do treatments around their crowns with some peroxide followed by fungicide (organic oils). The haze x cheese is looking epic this week, buds are getting really big. Spotted some PM on some lower branches so I cleared out some undergrowth and have been pulling the odd leaves I see. Nothing too bad. Humidity has been 100% at points. Getting awesome hints of limone as I walk through the garden. Can't wait!

Esta noche se ven creciendo con gran vigorosidad estas cepas Chilenas Pure Inferno y Bloodnana, actualmente esta finalizando su 3era semana y entrando a la 4ta., desde sus 2 hojas reales. las nenas se alimentas bien y se ven felices actualmente se da alimenta con fertilizante Advance nutrients. comenzando la floracion estan bastante grandes. en riego, se da una ves por semana advance nutriens y 2 solo agua sola. penultima semana con big bud. PH:6.3 EC:1220

We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

Into week 7 and all is good. All are in flower and swelling out very nicely. Ethos OG Kush is frosty and smells like a citrus grove. Barney's Purple is an absolute beast. Her stretch was impressive for an autoflower and she is almost 48in high. Her flowers are swelling nice and she has become much more fragrant in the last week. Fastbuds Zkittlez is frosty and swelling nice. She is also very fragrant, smelling like sweet candy. Seedsman Pink Kush CBD is doing well, beautiful dark purple flowers and leaves. Lights are still 18/6. No nutes. Monitoring trichomes daily looking for changes in color and clarity in preparation for harvest.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Привет друзья, всем тем, кто следит за мной. Вновь обновляю свои дневники. Если вы следите за мной, то знаете, что на протяжение всей прошлой недели я брал клоны от своих растений. Вы можете следить за их развитием в соседнем моём дневнике. После того как я взял достаточное количество клонов, я сломал привычку растений выращивать один центральный стебель. Теперь я дам им немного покоя и буду наблюдать, как их внешний вид восстановиться после жёстких тренировок. Я даю растением небольшое питание, в основном из витаминов, гуминовых кислот и бактерий. Когда мои 50 клонов будут готовы к пересадке, я переставлю материнские растения в палатку поменьше и буду дальше экспериментировать над ними. 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it.
