Last week of veg, slowly settling into the new schedule of automated feeding and the warming weather. I am in desperate need of an accurate and efficient temp controller, the ones I have are a simple on/off thermostat and the changes in speed are too dramatic.

expanded the pot patch to include some companion planting and cover crop this year. Added 2 yards of grow max composted soil mix from the local garden centre. now 18" deep and I will be adding some leaf mould, myco and a super microbe tea to kickstart things. ************UPDATE************* due to the shit weather in Canada this year I have decided to NOT plant an outdoor crop this year, due to late season start and big el nino which means lower than norm temps and lots of rain for us which = issues growing.

Good week let's go for blooming

Hi Growers, This week, every plant received its first and only topping, followed by more LST. They handled the training extremely well, recovered quickly, and are looking healthy with a nice, even structure. The plants are already starting to develop a noticeable aroma, and rubbing the stems releases an incredibly strong scent. I have a feeling we're in for something special. Next week will be the final week of vegetation. Performed the "back building" technique this week to help bulk up the top cola. Watering the soil when dry, and defoliating the dry-dying fan leaves.

I’m waiting for a humidifier to set the perfect humidity level for my plants so the first week will be a little bit difficult for them but they will be happy afterwards

Ths is the last update. Strawberry cheesecake is going into darkness for 48 hours and I will upload my harvest video here. It did fox tail a lot. Scratch what I said at the end of last week pests are still around just had some bug fly at me and bite/sting me on the neck now a got a welt on my neck smh, not sure what the heck it was it was some sort of black bug maybe a thrip but I honestly have no idea, did another neem oil drench on the medium only and tomorrow I'm going to use a hydrogen peroxide mixture again that way I can also use it on the tops and undersides of the leaves as well. Some of the roots started to become exposed on the top soil so I added more an inch or two coco to cover the exposed roots.
