RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

Week 6 for Moby Dick, She was moved outdoors at the start of the week, shes been adjusting well besides the fact shes been having issues with aphids 😥 But shes been getting sprayed water every sun rise to keep them under control as well as me going in there & killing them when i can spot them every morning & evenings. Trying to get my hands on some pyrol products to clean her up nicely as well as clean up the outdoor space. But wow look at her size... really looking forward to her coming out with some flowers😍

Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!

At the end of week 10 I harvested all plants. I cut off all big fan-leaves and all other leaves that are bigger than my thumbnail and then cut the whole plant at the stem and hang them as a whole upside down in my tent. After 2 weeks of drying I try to bend a side-branch and if it breaks with a hearable sound, the buds are dry enough to put them into glass-pots for curing. After trimming the dried buds I put the two sides separately on the scale. One main cola of the LUMATEK side (=left side in tent) had bud-rot and had to be thrown out (=appr. 20 gram). The rest of the left side harvested 862 grams of dried buds. Divide the total (=882 gram) by the 600 Watt of power used by the ZEUS 600W PRO, the LUMATEK side yielded 1,47 GRAM PER WATT for this cycle. The right side with the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 lamps used 460 Watts of power (=including the dimming) and harvested 880 gram of dried bud, that is an EXCELLENT YIELD OF 1,91 GRAM PER WATT. Therefore I conclude my comparative LED-grow with a CLEAR VICTORY for the SANlight LEDs over LUMATEK! 👍😎 The SANlight achieved 0,44 GRAM PER WATT MORE THAN the Lumatek!

The whole theme of this indoor grow was how to cope with the ups and downs of growing your medicine in a unfinished basement .The plant loved her environment in the first week but do to my soil being hot she soon developed yellowing of the leaves and was about to kill her off . Then with some adjustments to her enviroment she really took off and grew up .This has and continues to be a great strain to grow and the team at fastbuds always has those bomb genetics ...she never has issues with feeding and drank very well this whole trip . I would recommend this strain to anyone to try doesn't matter of your a hobbies or first time growing.. cheers canna family ...

goodday growmies, Fire is burning like hell! maybe its bc its very hot here at the moment lately..( can get almost 40C) last night and this morning it was raining so she was in safehouse She is a bit slower than my Candyshop .. i hardly see any trichomes yet But cannot compair.. It can go very fast when ur not looking and suddenly she is done!!(but i dont expect that very soon yet..) Its a very big plant.. but next time i am gonna do some topping and some LST I did not do that this time to just see but now i see, it would have been better if i did .. doesnt matter,..i know she will give me fire buds anyway! 😎👌 Happy growing for all ✊

Added video on may 16 for a good look May 11 We are now almost at the end and I must say it sparkles more than anything else I have had so far I specifically took photos and the video using only the light from my phone. Despite the burn marks, she's a real sight to behold. She makes it difficult for me to take photos with a flash because she's covered in trichomes that simply bounce the light back. The buds look great and healthy and are now in their final stages of ripening. I hope everyone enjoyed this cup. This plant was grown in pure coco with 30% perlite, one watering a day untill runoff, at the mid flowering i water once every 12hours. She does get very bushy and puts on all the weight at the end of flowering so i was a bit worried first but she blew up
