Week 2 seedling

End of Week 4 (for those following along at home) and there are trichomes everywhere! Both of these plants are putting out sugar like there is no tomorrow. Velvet Moon is smelling a lot like tropical punch drink (Holy Punch x Dosi Dos) and it’s delicious. The Black Apple has a much weaker smell which isn’t really defined for the nose yet. I stripped a few more side branches this week as things were tangling up as there was too much going on. Both look very happy and have plenty of air flowing through them now. BAH is slightly taller than VM. Both stretched approximately double their height and not much more. That may have been due to me topping the plants 3 days before flip to try and keep heights limited. It worked well as i am at the exact distance to the light i wanted to be for 100% power (50cm). BAH has has some stems go a pink/res colour but no other plant changes. It’s hot here due to summer so been running the girls at night and they sleep during the day. Looking forward to documenting the bud development over the next few weeks as these stack weight and start maturing. I think this will be a 10 week flower minimum.

This is exactly the 🇲🇦 morroccan 🇲🇦 way of sifting resin from kief. Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s. One of the last days of 2x 16 colas and 2x 4 colas mainlining 4 month growing. Jamaican Dream and Green crack potted together and the experiment was successful. Three Blue kings was stressed in vegetative period by iron excess and overwatering. This is the reason that lower buds did not developed better. Amherst Sour diesel have one of the biggest buds I have ever seen. Jamaican Dream should be developed smaller, like Green Crack, but 100% sativa genetics showed it's greatness. Green Crack was growing like Jamaican Dream in vegetative period, but in flowering period its growing was slowly and now it has become very thick and full of buds. My growing box is very cheap but I tried maximum of my budget. 600w HPS is one of the greatest lamp for indoor growing. At flowering stage I have increased 600w to Super Lumens on my digital ballast for maximum yield. Main mistake is that I have used very cheap and primitive pots and soil was not enough good too. In these days I'll cut diesel and kings tops, because they are almost ready and lower buds need 7-12 more days to be ready for harvest.

El 20 de septiembre entro en su segunda semana de flora. Ya le agregue el bud candy. Se encuentra muy bien, los cocos ya se pueden apreciar mas. Su olor es bastante fuerte.

I left the honey cream outside in a dark place, which turned out to be a big mistake. None of the branches that I trimmed and dried directly had bud rot but around 6 buds that were left outside had bud rot. The mass of this plant really put me to the test took a whole lot of time to trim every branch. In fact I still have a bunch of branches that I'm too lazy to trim right now so I'll do a dry trim someday. Although this grow had some problems it was an absolute pleasure to watch these plants grow and to now having this harvest is absolutely beautiful, a perfect strain mix. I won't ever let them grow this big again since I really don't need that much weed and I think I'll going to have more fun with some extreme LST or something like it and I guess I'll look for strains that will flower earlier and not for ones that flower fast.

Not much to say about this girl she has a nice amount of crystals and the smell coming off of her is very strong .. The plant has been dealing with my lack of compassion and care the last few weeks ,been in and out of town hard to water and take care of them . The wait to get to the end is gonna be over soon cannot wait to harvest their girl ...
