This girl is coming along really nicely starting to see a bit more too her now. I have up'd the big bud nutrients this week so hopefully it "puts the big in your buds" increasing both their size and quality! It has been about 2 weeks now since I nearly snapped a branch clean off. I strapped and propped the snapped branch to the main stem as soon as it happen but when I check it the next day it had slipped I did worry as I wasn't sure how long it had been apart but I re-strapped it and hoped for the best. So far the branch still looks healthy and I haven't noticed any issues with it at all. The branch looks as if it is healing really well so hopefully she pulls through. Happy growing 🌱

Cbd plant has a nice scent to it as it’s buds are starting to get bigger and more trichromes plants need feeding more often at least once every other day still feeding with half the recommend amount.

These are the tallest and densest in the tent but there is little to no smell yet to them. Trichome production is very good for the stage so hopefully they develop a nose in the next couple of weeks. I’d hate to end up with rock hard frosty OG Kush buds with no smell 😀

My Purple Star Killer girl looks great. I am doing a lot of LST to try to keep her spread out and not get too tall. She's drinking 5 gallons a day now and I think I'll have move that up to 10 gallons soon.

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.

And here we are! The end of week 7. And these girls are basically ready. I'm gonna wait a few more days but by Tuesday I predict that I'll pluck them. They are just perfect looking. Fat buds loaded with resin. The smell is interesting. A subtile sweet sugary smell. With a hint of fuel. Very hard to pin down and will be curious with how the final product turns out. I've been ramping up the UVB 310 over these weeks. Now it's been at 4 hours for the last few days. The girls don't seem to mind. Idk if it has had an effect or not at this moment but I plan on continuing it in the future. Watering every day or two. Not giving them as much now tho. Letting them dry out a little more.
