8 weeks into flower , white pistels still forming but thricombes are ready .

This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

The top buds are still fattening up but slower than last week. In the lower branches there are also many smaller buds that have started growing. I guess the plant is fattening up those as well. The flowering time of this strain is between 9 and 10 weeks, so it still has at least 2 weeks to fully mature. The top buds are looking nice and frosty, and the smell is outstanding! More pics will be added after wednesday. I lost my Sanlight dimmer key and waiting for a new one to arrive. And taking pictures with the growlight at 100% is no bueno 😐 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Allright so my dimmer is replaced and I can take more pictures of this frosty lady ✌️ The trichrome production on this plant is more than I have ever seen sofar. My microscope broke down and I'm waiting on a new one to arrive so I can inspect the trichromes more closely. We're entering the ninth week of blooming so the plant should be ready within 2 weeks.

1/29/25 oh my goodness, that heavy diesel gas smell i is really coming through on the nose right now. 1/31/25 buds are starting to get heavy and leaning a bit 2/3/25 ive got spidermites again

ladies have started to take off much more this week. I added heavy 16 finish to schedule of nutes. may be adding fire and roots also over next weeks. no huge issues this week, felt pretty dialed in for most part. using grow room glasses ive found i can get decent video of the girls under lights vs having to take them oit find ok lighting and taking a pic. noticed smell coming off the plants this week, its weak right now, but definitely starting to stink! going to top at the 3rd node once they reach 8 inches tall. after day 28, I transferred into 3 gallon fabric pots, which will be their final homes til harvest! (bottom leafs on plant #1 got some spotting, one side was windburn from earlier in grow, the other side I got a few drops of nutrient mixed water on them, and even after wiping away it left spots on leaves, its all good they are going to be removed after topping)

📅 D78 - 31/10 📜 Last week of grow. I added Ripen (aka Final Part) and the harvest is scheduled for the next Saturday. Everything is movin along some will be coming down this week a few need a little longer. I'll get some pics up a little later today These are in the middle of the flush. I started it early but they're close enough. They smell great one smells like sweet tarts.  

Day 43 12/06/2021- Beginning of week five of flower. She should be done soon, she will also get her final feeding soon. Day 45 12/08/2021- She got her final top dress today from here on out she is on her own all I will do is water with pain water PH to 6.2-6.8 when dry. Day 47 12/10/2021- She is coming along nicely. Very frosty wish she wasn't a auto so I could of clone her for sure. Today she got a nice treat as it rain in my hometown and that's the water she got. Hoping she is ready by the end of the year. I know she looks funny but she was never topped either. Day 49 12/12/2021- End of the week, nothing new.

All looking a little bit sick this week bit root bound in those tiny cups I think. I've repotted into 3.5 litre pots see if they perk up be under 600w hps next week so they shold shoot right up in no time

Well sliding into another week, I'm checking the trichomes and waiting for them to go milky, not sure if i can just check leaves for that. That's what i have been doing. I've been told i'm waiting for a portion of at least half of the hairs to go an orange/bronze color. Weird blotches become more prominent on leaves that its visible (they are just in some leaves) less than half id say around 15 - 20% and less than half of those seem pretty bad. I would like to know the cause if its nutrient lockout or a disease etc. Or perhaps its normal for late stage flowering i do not know

Fruity Pebbles autoflower in the blue planet is growing really well. She has put in a good stretching and is starting to stack. She is eating and drinking a lot. Every thing is going good at the moment. Day 43. After many thoughts what have changed since week 4 or 5, i think i found whom to blame. The only variance both tent got - molasses. I bought new brand for me and it worked wrong. Later i found same companies canna version of molasses, but i still will avoid that company in my gardens. Gave both tent epsom salt with 6.2 phed water, next watering they got Ecothrive Biosys Instant Microbe Tea, again 6.2 ph. Was checking run of, ppm is lower than in, ph 6.2 in , 6.4 out, but my normal ph for watering is 6.5-6.6, so it kinda explains swing. Everything else is just fine ! Tallest Kush on two weeks water diet before chop. She will fall first. Day 45. Tallest Kush is having water from now, till New Years morning chop. Smallest Kush still packing, Middle Kush will be lanky, airy, but a lot of nuggy nugs ;))) Girls smells undescribetly well ;))) Will push other girls till end of week 9 at least ! Could not hold it, i want to try it out, something deep inside of me whispers, thats the highway to youth memories, do it, do it NOW !!!! ;)))))) 24 hours on heater, harsh taste, but i think it worth the sin. Bottom branche, underdeveloped, too early, but smells like you are ready to kill for it ;))) Real Killer Kush !!! ;)))) Day 47. Waste of weed is impatience ;))) but ... first time i will chop girls in breeders recommended time after first ever attempt to grow, when following recommendations brought me to early harvest and far from best result. Look at Tallest Kush - she is ready , hope she will bulk up a bit in last week, but smell and trics coverage - really nice !!! Happy Growing !!!

This girl smells like gas and oranges. I supercropped one of the ends and plan to do it to the other end next week. I tied all her sites down parallel to the coco and defoliated a bit. Just wanted to expose the bud sites since the colas are so close. At the end of the week i pulled all the ties out so hopefully they fill in and grow upward. She is starting to pack on a little weight. Still some time though. Heavy koolblooom action
