Thank you 😎🙏 🏆FastBuds California Snow🏆 My Setup: Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with de-chlorinated water with SuperThrive added then ph'd to 6.0 @ 80℉ where it took 3 days for her to break ground. Grown 100% organic in 4g fabric pot by Gronest filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with (my 'Secret Recipe): 2tbs/g of Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g of Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Bat Guano, 3/4 cup of Down To Earth Azomite and 1 tsp/g Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal. 24hr light cycle during Germination / 19/5 light cycle for the remainder of the run under UnitFarm's UF-4000 and UFS3000 LED's which I have to say just blew me away with the results they gave!!! If you're on a budget and want a light that is about as low profile and cool running as they get you really need to check out UnitFarms lights. Believe me... I run a pair of HLG 650R's and a HLG 225 in my 4x8 so I'm no stranger to 'high end' lights but lemme tell ya, these two UnitFarm lights absolutely blowup my 4x4 and don't overheat the tent! She received straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's for the entire grow which is one of the beauty's of growing 100% organic, you establish a microbial colony in your medium, then feed the microbes every 3-4 weeks keeping them fat and happy... They, in turn, through their life processes take care of feeding the plant. Pretty freaking cool if I may say so, and there's no simpler way to grow IMHO. This Cali Snow's structure was perfect didn't require me to top or LST this plant, only tucking shade leaves that were blocking light penetration. She grew tall with wide node spacing allowing for excellent light penetration making her a growers dream, low maintenance, extremely tolerant of temperatures and disease/pests ) and a healthy yield of some FANTASTIC smoke...What more could you ask for? 😍💖 All in all, this strain has made it's way onto my 'list' and you'll be seeing it run again by me for sure as she's a hard one to stay away from! I highly recommend this one... Go grab some and put a huge smile on your face too! 😁

The plants look nice and healthy but they are not going to be monster plants. I gave the plant which is ahead in development some low dose nutrients this week to try and prolong its flowering a bit. I also defoliated a little bit as the fan leaves were blocking light access to some of the buds. Not sure whether it was a mistake.. let’s see 😀 I increased the light intensity to ca 640 umol/m2/s and raised the lights a bit to provide more even light to the canopy. The trichomes are already cloudy so I estimate that I can harvest in ca. 2 weeks. Hope the buds will still fatten up a bit.

Her roots started coming out of the pot and was going into the gravity fed system about 5-6 days ago, trimmed her roots with a scissors slightly and elevated the pot for a few hours to air prune and is showing no signs of stress! Did a feeding today, I will be giving her 2 feeding a week for a few weeks during the beginning of flowering.

So far this plant is looking good - it sprouted up nicely and now it’s starting to level off and put some growth into the first leaves! Just some info on the grow - I am growing in organic living soil. For the most part I use plain filtered water for my soil. There are somewhere between 300 -500 worms in the bed helping to keep things nice and happy! I also will plant a cover crop after I get my mainline built - I’ll let that cover crop get about six to eight inches tall and then I’ll smother that with straw which will give the worms and microbes in the soil a lot of yummy material to work with! The plants are lit up with a sweet COBB LED built by Timber Grow Lights - they’re the 3VL model which is 600 watts and dimmable from 10-100%. I currently have it set to about 20% and will ramp up later as I get towards flower. I’ll be keeping this updated - excited to log and share the process this time around!

Buds starting to get really fat and frosty. One of the blueberries have a distinct smell of sweet berries. Too bad its an auto or i would have monster cropped it (clone). Looks like i will get a descent and potent yield.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2205 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2205 girls and they're on a roll! 😍 When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and I'm thinking over topping them in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped the #2 Tester #2205 taking off the 5th leaf set. Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. I left the #1 alone as she's not quite as vigorous as the #2. I may not top the #1 as a sort of comparison to see how each grows out. Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! 5/1 Plants are being rock stars. The event horizons and toasted toffy have been lollipopped abd it looks like lsted. I need to tie down the branches. The one sherb pie looks like it has a little bit of light burn but everything else is doing awesome. 5/2 Didn't write anything I forgot. 5/3 Plants are still doing great. The event horizon is coming out of reveg and isn't so twisty. It's time to start LSTing. I just haven't had time. I'm planning to put some work in today. Soil still seemed a little wet. I FIMed a GMO. I'll wait to see how that turns out before I do the rest. After today I'll have more time. Plants still aren't DIRECTLY under the light. I want to turn on both switches but I'm afraid they'll burn. 5/4 Still going strong. Watered today. Used approximately 3 Gatorade bottles. I tried to split one bottle between 3 plants. I want the roots searching for water. I want these 1 gallons to be full of roots before the transplant. I'm thinking I may do some lsting today as well as some topping or FIM. I'll update. Seedlings seem to come out of that stall. Didn't think they'd make it. 5/5 When I arrived I realized I had left the light OFF from the morning before when I was watering and inspecting things. Hooe this doesn't mess things up to bad. I've got one event horizon that's having trouble coming out of reveg. Everything else looks good. Those stunted auto seeds are coming up with their Second set of leaves. Definately took long enough. 5/6 I got close and inspected every plant. I really want to flip the bloom switch on too. I turned it on for a minute and it's bright as fuck. I think if I could find a way to raise the light higher (I'm working on a theory) I might be able to flip both switches. However I'm noticing what looks like light burn or light stress on some of them. It's not the too of the plant though. It's like the serated leaves are turning in on themselves. The 2 that I think reveged are turning their leaves inside out. Not sure if it's a reveg thing or has something to do with the light. I raised the light at noon. I'll see if this has a positive effect. The shades only partially block direct sunlight so I may need to make sure that's what's not causing this. The 4 gmo show no signs. I moved one almost directly under the light to see if it had an effect or if it's strain dependent. I'm definitely need to learn how to use l.e.d's better. Oh well. They'll go outside in less than a month. 5/7 I'm hoping leaving that light off didn't fuck with the clones that revegged. Raisingcthe light was a good idea. I can raise it higher and I'd like to hit the other switch. It's so much brighter and the gmos don't have any burns. They'll be going outside in a few weeks anyway. I was going to but a parmeter and I still might. The auto seeds are coming up pretty good. It's in the 60s today. I might bring the girls outside on the covered porch and see how they do.
