Heavy defoliation to get some light and air in to developing buds. Currently feed every 3 hours during light on with 1 feed just before lights on because they dry out to much if I don’t feed once overnight. Tricombs showed up as well as more smell. Also got a new batch in from seedsman. With some going in paper towels tonight.

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

So missed a lot of weeks in between here and now as life got busy, its ok, shit happens. Gotta focus on the real world and no so much diaries on a site for free... Plants are doing well. had a bit of a issue with some PH in the medium, it got out of wack, or something in the fertilizer reacting with something in the sprayer chamber, noticed before when adding the nutrient solution into the sprayer there was some steam/mist/vapour coming off of it. During this I accidentally over used PH down and then used some PH up to fix it, but I think it did not like this. The result was some leaf burning on all the plants, it did not like that. So now I know to toss it out and start again if I can. I also bleached out the sprayer at beginning but thought I rinsed out all the remaining bleach, even ran a Vit C through it as it will neutralize bleach but I might have missed the lip of the sprayer or part of its manual air pump handle mechanism. Also noticed I was underfeeding them a fair bit in veg weeks, was so scared of stressing them out into early flower it happened anyway. I increase feeding to aorund 700ppm on my pen or aorund 1.4EC, ideally I'll stay at 1.2-1.4 EC for the rest of the grow unless they showing they really want more. The runoff has been stable on PH and about 200PPM different from whats going in, meaning they are eating when I am giving them and they may want more. at least some of them. I have a feeling a small amount of burn will happen on the smaller ones at 1.4EC. Well see how it goes.

I upped the nutes to 4ml/l but started seeing purple discolouring on the lower fan leaves so I think I'll use less bio grow. It is quite weird because my other plant doesn't have this problem. I wasn't able to inspect the trichomes as good so I'll also do it tomorrow. The smell of this lady is a bit less strong than the purple lemonade but still very pleasant.

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. These ladies are beautiful starting to show signs of their pistols and all of them so it will be flowering very soon by the next 2 weeks or so. Cutting back the big fan leaves for more light and airflow as she reaches more to the sky 💚🌱🌿

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. Im a pig in shit Thanks for looking, I dont want to hear your opinion on defo or schawazze, unless youre SBG

Week 8 Day 5 Hello GD Fam 🖐️🏻 Plants are looking SWELL They have packed on a lot of weight and some pistils are turning but there is still a lot of new white pistils. Trichs are still pretty clear too. Was going to use Dragon Force in week 9 and flush with plain water for week 10 but now I'm wondering whether to push an extra week through them, what do you think GD community? How do you all predict when to prepare for flush? I find it difficult, it's easy enough to spot a plant that's ready based on trichs and pistils etc but how do you predict it 2 weeks early to know when to start using your final additives followed by just water in the final week? I know dragon force and similar products push the plant to do so but if I can get more weeks out of a plant then I shouldn't I do so for a benefit to yield? Au 63e jour, tout semble se dérouler sans accroc, à l'exception d'une de nos gorillas qui, de manière inattendue, a vu ses feuilles jaunir et se flétrir en seulement trois jours. Cet incident mystérieux reste inexpliqué, surtout que sa consœur, bénéficiant exactement du même traitement, prospère sans le moindre signe de mécontentement. Heureusement, notre protagoniste végétal se décide enfin à concentrer ses efforts sur le développement de ses précieuses têtes, marquant le terrain avec l'apparition des premiers trichomes. Cette attente, teintée d'impatience, ouvre déjà les portes à une nouvelle aventure qui se profile à l'horizon d'ici, je l'espère, 2 semaines. Remarque : engrais au 3/4 de la dose recommandée. Une gorilla a vu toutes ses feuilles jaunir rapidement que j'ai defolié. L'autre se porte très bien. Peut être un champignon 🍄 Arrosage a l'eau claire pour voir le comportement des 2 par la suite.

Finally I discovered why is my critical girl and my blue cheese having such a hard time is because we have more gardening in this property tomatoes and other vegetables and my brother decided to add bat guano to all of the plants including the cannabis plant this happened a few months ago without me knowing so I continue to feed liquid nutrients without realizing they was already food in it and not any food slow-release fertilizer so after seeing my critical going south I was worried for the blue cheese cookies but they seem to be more resilient to higher doses of nutrient nevertheless I was scratching my head trying to figure out where she's getting nutrients from and boom that my brother told me by the way I add bat guano to all of the plans some months ago and I guess now is becoming available to the plans and causing all sort of problems hopefully with water only she can make it through to the end of the season but she is actually holding on pretty good still stretching and still growing .so for everybody out there please do not mix slow-release fertilizer with liquid fertilizer because you going to cause yourself so much headache and problems because there is no way to control what is in the soil. And the reason you use Liquid Fertilizer its to have complete control in their intake of nutrients and customize it to their need something my brother does not understand yet thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

“The Thrown” which is my tallest plant gave me some issues this week due to the fact that I had to suppress the plant because of the height. Broke a few branches that I had to tape up which is not a problem. I break branches on the regular around here purposely for growth 😈. Heavy rain this week, so I had to watch out for humidity issues, which I took care of. On top of that my basement flooded, had to break out the water pump. This transition week i’m glad I was able to have more time at home to monitor my plants. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters.
