🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. 💩Holy Crap💩 That was so much fun , it's full on winter where I am and it kept me busy , and come on there's nothing like growing your own stuff. I had a blast as it's been at least over 10 years since my last indoor grow , and it was fun , I had used all of my old techniques and equipment and it worked out just fine , so I was glad I had a ruff idea of what to expect...... Final thoughts Gonna be honest about that grow , it should me just how far Genetics have come, 10 plus years ago before I stopped growing indoors , all we had was like lowrider auto and greenomatic auto and maybe few others but they were horrible...... but this auto produced quite well as expected it should with the size of my medium and my soil base and very little nutrients, which is what I had hoped for from the start , cause I didn't really know where to start in terms of Genetics as I have been out the game for awhile but I'm super glad with the results and some gratitude needs to be sent to CanukSeeds , they came through as it always starts and ends with elite Genetics👌 ........... I can't wait to start my next grow diary, so keep an eye out , there's gonna be more to come , I'm going to try some really interesting cultivars........ PS. I'm really happy with the gas tax x obama runtz plant is doing. It started out so small, I wasn't sure if it was gonna make it. But lately it's taken off. The leaves are a lot bigger and the colors are so vibrant. I can tell it's happy and healthy now. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

So, as of now, my plants might be thriving... or they might as well be toast. We’ll just have to wait and see. These nutrients aren’t on the shelves for the public yet, so I’m really curious to see how they help my plants handle the extra CALMAG. New week for the Fast bud 420 The CBD crack the cheese and purple lemonade are a couple days further into the stretch and getting tall. The rest definitely have some stretching to go. I come to realize tho and i already semi knew it that this is probably gone be the only autoflower run i will do The strains that have 35 of veg and 30 to 40 flowering are perfect as auto flower quick turnaround On the other hand tho auto flower that take 65 to 70 of Flowering are not in my opinion this is as long as normal photoperiod plant and that gets way bigger more yield etc . Auto looks done. Pakistan Valleys look almost done. Candy may need another couple weeks. What do u think i should do guys? Should i wait and harvest all together? Or harvest the auto now, then the kush and lastly the Candy? What's the best way. Also i had been planning to dry them all in my tent. If I do a staggered harvest, i have to build a box or empty out a closet to try and dry them in 😫

This is really the day when I am cutting the plants down. I don't want to fill out the harvest section until I have all the info needed to do it. I find the way it is set up on here to be kind of silly... Today is day 95 since these girls popped and stuck their heads out of the soil. I'm blown away with the size of these plants considering their age. I'm going to contribute the majority of this success to the CO2 gas I use. I filled out my tank 4 times for a total of 100 dollars .. the 4th tank I bought is still full and I'll be able to use it on my next grow. These buds and colas are extremely dense and packed with resin. They are giving off a really deep and complex smell. Kind of like a fruity earth mixed with skunk. I plan on drying at temperatures between 62 and 68 deg. fahrenheit with humidity about 55%. Once the smaller branches snap completely and the buds don't come off 'stringy' then I will move on to the next step of curing. For this I use Grove bags and boveda humidity packs (62% RH). I'm expecting at least 8 oz off of each plant and I do intend to press some with my resin press
