~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since these pretty ladies popped out of the ground and they're both looking perfect and have pistils popping out everywhere! Their fabric pots were still heavy when lifted, and they looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check them tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, they have two new shoots that are emerging and looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! The #1 is now at 7" tall and the #2 a bit taller at 8". 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since they were planted in their amended medium and it's time to give their microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide them with all the macro and micro nutrients they need so, yesterday they got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered them from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- They have both been doing really well getting watered every other day and yesterday they received 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. They're both doing fantastic but were really beginning to get choked up with growth so I went in and selectively removed a few shade leaves from both to get some light penetration down into their canopies to give that lower growth some much needed light. While I was doing that I also did a little more LST on both to also increase light penetration. Sorry for brevity we have been going non-stop trying to get all the produce harvested ahead of the freeze. Well she did her best in a difficult growing season, cold and the lack of sunshine had its effects we could not get around, Still she produced and that in the end is what is important. Next year we will do better :) Now for Zombie Quasimodo - she had to be harvested ahead for the freeze tonight and yielded 51g wet, Nice considering we already harvested this plant for few ounces weeks ago and we just noticed green in the compost heap... not including her in the total as she was an experiment and proof that if the germination rates were good this strain would be fantastic. 54 grams dry almost and I mean almost lost the main bud to bud rot, one more day or two and it would have been worthless. As it was lost a few grams like all the outdoor plants. crap hides from you

Blue Dream'Matic is looking beautiful. The buds are getting fat and frosty 👍 She is a bit smaller than I expected since she is advertised as "XXL" but, I don't really care. These buds look tasty as hell!! I'll take quality over quantity any day. Blue Dream'Matic is back-left in the group pics.

Watering with small amounts about every other day. Removed the first node and lower foliage. The plant is starting to throw pistils at the end of week 3 😀

Day 83 she’s looking beautiful and bulking so fast. The time is coming soon. I can’t wait. She is looking fabulous. Just keeps chugging along. She will begin the ice flushing process soon and she’s so damn heavy she’s being held up.

Day 15 since seed touched soil. BAMs are growing like BAM !!!!! Great strain from start. Sometimes i have rh drops to 40%, sometimes nights go as low as 16, no additives and girls are still in great shape for time they used. Thinking to spice roots with BioSys and Great White today before watering. After lights will go off they will get BioBizz Leaf Coat shower too. Friday morning those 3 are out to the woods ! This strain has potential for champions, no doubts ! Day 19. Girls are in final place, now race with the weather and summer starts !!! Hope they will make it, have really good impression till now about this strain . Happy Growing !!!

Water week8.1

Top strain, very easy 2 grow with amazing results in the end. Didn't try it yet, but when I hit it , I will definitely update on here. Smells are super nice. So final results are 340gr of quality solid buds🤩✔️ that's not include the bottom trim and small buds. Total weight of harvest 54 trees is 5kg rock solid premium buds, and around 2kg of small bottom buds

9/11/24 sadly the sun isnt hitting these girls as much as i wish. theyve got a decent smell and some decent trichome coverage for only being the begining of week 4. hopefully they chunk up and arent too far behind because of the lack of sun/ light penetration. ive had half a mind to move them indoors to finish

Transplanted from red solo cup to 2 gallon pot mid week. Trying to build solid roots that are slightly bound. Intention is to train the roots horizontally and vertically in their final 7 Gallon cloth pots. I have reduced my plants from 3 to 2 plants. I feel 2 plants work better for a Scrog in a 2x4 tent. I am watering (200ppm, 6.7ph) with a 2ml solution of Seaweed Extract roughly 2.5 times per week. I am also applying it as a foliage spray using a pesticide sprayer.(brand new, so clean) Runoff water PPM 750(due to FF Ocean Soil) Ph 5.8. Same day of transplant I put my plants under my Mars Hydro Tsl2000 on full power 40 inches from the plant. Following day: 25 inches Following day: 16 inches (best recommend distance by cocoforcannabis.com) helpful site for tested lights. Currently both plants have 4 nodes. I intend to top above the 2nd node once 5 nodes appear. I intend to scrog in an X pattern with the 4 main colas that should develop.

Day 93 - Fattened up good, getting really heavy....posted pic of test bud.... vid of the led uv globe i got on ebay... works awesome.... highly recommend...... 😎 maybe 1 more week.... they smell delicious, not very strong smell.... just normal water in bottom drip tray, dutch master one gold ....next week, flush em and next sunday pull em..... idk.... Day 95 - had a good look at both girls and worked out a harvest plan...... i've started flushing/watering on the smaller one, and sunday (day 100) will be her last. i'll leave the larger one (she's still quiet white) for another week and re evaluate her fate next week. Day 97 - 4 vids .... looks good 😎 getting a 1600x Camera Endoscope USB Digital Microscope from ebay, see if it will help with harvest........ 😎

It’s about week 8! A few weeks into flower now. So far this is looking like the most successful indoor grow to date, but it is early of course. She’s filling the tent perfectly — flowering exactly at the right time — nice even canopy. These genetics have responded very well to scrogg. I am endlessly impressed by canuk genetics. She’s smelling stronger this week and buds are starting to form. Vertical growth is slowing down — some stretching still.

Started a liquid supplement because my dry amendments aren’ didn’t activate my last grow. Maybe I didn’t mix them deep enough or keep the top layer wet enough but i know its the end of my first run & my girls have been STARVING . So even though I did top dress a few weeks ago I still started her on liquid amendments like my oldest girls & she’s handled all the feedings brilliantly. She has pre flower pistals showing but only sparsely so we’re still vegging out. She’s a beast & that’s an understatement. Definitely the biggest & most vigorous auto I’ve ever grown. Liquid amendments I’ve been feeding are still indeed organic so no worries.
