Incredible smell nincrediable test smoke even witha 2 day dry likly cutting the plant Saturday

(UPDATE- Apple Strudel got the chop on Day 72) Week 10 starts on Thursday so I'm jumping the gun by a couple of days in terms of uploading as I'm going away. Things are coming along nicely with the Apple Strudel, I can just smell sweet creamy scent with a bit of apple and funnily enough it smells a bit like the old cheese strain from about 20 years ago, very unique, I like it .😁👌🏻 Some purple colours are starting to show too, trichomes are 80/20 cloudy/clear. I'm going to give her another week then she's getting the chop. Will update further once harvested and dried. Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

Amazing Colours! As you can see the colours on this plant at the end of its run are absolutely amazing. The buds didnt out as dense as I had hoped but I think thats just this pheno and we are busy hunting a denser pheno atm. what a great strain to grow though. no problems during the cycle of the plant and the colours make it so rewarding to grow! I would definitely recommend this strain to people who like fruity and colourful plants. Barneys never disappoints really;)

Week 6 here and I'm having problems with stems leaning already. I went back to my normal feeding levels. I'll probably start removing the macro in a couple of weeks. I'm also thinking about doing another small defoliation to help with airflow. This tent is jammed packed and I regret not flipping a week sooner than I did. Thanks for checking out my diary.

Overall happy with the grow, I will try this strain again outdoors when I get the opportunity. A very good all day smoke that doesn't get boring 😁

Day 29 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 32 04/08/24 Sunday 300ml De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with Plagron PK13-14 and power buds. All plants doing really well! Had an infestation of leaf minors this week, no idea how, but they are treated and I'll check every 48 hrs on progress of pets. All of them have shot up this week 💚 Day 34 06/08/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag only. Pre flower stretch initiated, pre flower female sex pistils forming 😍 All happy and healthy!

~ FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla Autoflower Harvest Report ~ The Setup: • AC Infinity 4x4 tent •AC Infinity Cloudline T6 Exhaust Fan w/ Controller 67 •HLG 650R w/UVA Bar *** For some reason GD does NOT have a listing for the USA version of the 650R so I selected the closest match to it. •AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow 6 pot System •TrolMaster Hydro-X Controller for light •AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller fed by a 50# tank •16" Hurricane oscillating fan and 8" floor fan •Tent cooling via filtered outside air delivered by AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan •BlueLab instruments: PH Pen and Truncheon Nutrient Meter ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here we go fam!...after 13 exciting weeks this run of three FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla Autoflowers has come to an end and, despite some hiccups along the way, all three of this phenomenal cultivar delivered the goods! This was my first attempt at 'hydroponic' growing and honestly I made some mistakes along the way. In hindsight, I ran too many feed cycles in a 24hr period which did not allow the medium and fabric pots dry out enough which led to a Fungus Gnat infestation which wasn't caught until late into flower. I also think I had the nutrient level set too high which may have kept the upper portion of the medium too wet. Other than those issues the only other hindrances were related to the actual ebb/flow system itself and beyond my immediate control such as plant spacing, solution temperature etc. I will say that when using this AirCube system I found out the hard way that you really need to have all of your plants starting at the same time, and preferably of the same strain unless you're using a trellis net to control the canopy height. Lastly, I will say that the GrowAce AirCube system was very well built, used quality materials, is expandable, and was very easy to setup and get running. Now to the plants... All three Strawberry Gorilla's were germinated together and sprouted within 24hrs of one another. I did very minimal training on them consisting of leaf tucking and gentle bending of branches, then some LST using horticulture wire starting in Week 1 of flower, which all three responded well to. All three pheno's began to flower right around Day 24 from seed and continued for another 10 weeks. I kept the tent temperatures during veg and early flower between 76-80℉ with the light on, and 70-72℉ with the light off and the RH at 60-70%. Once in flower, I gradually lowered the 'light on' temperature to 72-75℉ and 65℉ during the dark period. I also lowered the RH down to 35-40% during late flower. The entire run they were fed Plagron nutrients exclusively, using their Cocos 'A' and Cocos 'B' along with Green Sensation. Power Roots and Royal Rush. I had nothing but great results from this lineup from Plagron and highly recommend their entire product line! I ended up with three distinct phenotypes, two of which leaning more to the fruity/strawberry side. The third pheno was Glue all the way, with a pungent, chem-like aroma that will make your eyes water! The #1 and #2 phenotypes took on some beautiful coloration through late flower, expressing shades of purple, pinks and lavender. Both of them also had a very fruity/sweet aroma that grew extremely strong during late flower. The #3 phenotype struggled a little bit during the run and was affected the most by the Fungus Gnats (which I'm sure affected her yield) but incredibly ended up not only being the most aromatic of the bunch, but also the frostiest! The #3's flowers were a lime green with hints of pink and lavender on some, all were covered in large headed trichomes! Once the Strawberry Gorilla's reached Week 8 of flower I began regular checks of their trichomes and once they had reached a ratio of 90% milky/10% amber I placed all three plants in darkness for 72hrs in the 4x4, keeping the temperature at 64℉ and a RH of 35%. After three days in the dark I chopped and hung the plants whole in the 4x4 suspended by a wire I ran across the tent. I kept gentle air circulation going in the tent and maintained a temperature of 55-60℉ and monitored the RH, keeping it at 50% for the first 24hrs, then 60% for the remainder of the hanging time. The first plant was ready to trim in 9 days, with the other two 10 & 11 days respectively. All three were trimmed and their flowers placed in Mason jars with a hygrometer inside to begin the curing process. The beautiful 'sugar trim' was sifted on my 24"x24" four screen setup which I did outside on my porch on a calm day that was only 38-40℉. I got a tremendous return of 42g of some beautiful 90u sift that I can't wait to press into rosin! All in all, having cultivated this strain previously I can say that the results could have been a whole lot better, but... taking into consideration my level of expertise with hydroponic growing and the stresses that the Strawberry Gorilla's had to contend with, I'd say that it was a win and a testimony to how resilient and strong this strain from FastBuds is... It's no wonder that Strawberry Gorilla Auto is a trophy winner!🏆

mixed up feed in a 15 litre bucket moved them onto ten ml ph perfect a and b also 5ml B.52 and 10 ml voodoo juice noticed the clones have really started to grow new leafs produce new roots and showing healthy new growth be intrested to see how these do in veg has intend to plant these outside in uk and look forward to see how these develope

Stackn n gettn stinky. Every strain has sum kinda fruity note. The gorilla blue has the most distinct blueberry smell that Ive come across so far. The D has a fruity/floral thing goin on. The wedding cake is given me a fruit cocktail smell and so on amd so on. Started to see fungas gnats. Got cocky from last run amd didnt get nematodes, so mosquito dunks it is. Think im gonna top dress with some of the leftover dirt still in the tote this week and being done with it. Water n recharge til its done.

Sometimes the Blumat was set to give too much water or too little. Unfortunately, I always had problems with the Blumat indoors. Weeks 3 Think different is in need of some NPK in Higher amounts due to the offset in planting it is ahead by 3 weeks from the blue dream that is now in the tent. I have some bottom leaf die off so i will have to feed them differently the other 4 will get a 200 ppm feeding until the catch up in the veg stage Think Different got a 460ppm feeding today at a PH of 5.8 1 gallon of harvested rain water. I am gonna let them dry out for a few days let the roots dig to the bottom and keep an eye on the color they have got plenty of food and water. I might have over done it. I think looking at your Garden every day routinely will help you catch things before they get to far out of whack.
