Despite the small yield, this appears to be some of the best weed I've ever grown, smoked, or even seen in my entire life. The smell, taste, and potency are all ridiculous, along with the bag appeal. Unfortunately the size of the plant wasn't great, would've loved to have grown her out for longer.

The snow is really coming down out there. Big fat flakes are piling up on the ground, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I guess that means no outdoor plans for today. Might be the perfect day to get cozy inside with a warm drink and a good book The pound cake auto plant is growing like crazy! I'm so happy to see all the progress we've made. Yesterday, I finally got around to tying it down – it's amazing how much more stable it feels now. I can't wait to see what this plant looks like in a few more weeks.

Week 2: Light Struggles, First Adjustments & the Patience Test Update: 14.03.25 Good morning, grow fam! Week 2 of my photoperiod journey is running – a mix of challenges and small wins. Here’s a look at the early days of my Blueberry and Durban Poison seedlings. Current Observations: Light Deficiency & Stretching Stems The first days post-germination were intense: The seedlings developed extremely long, thin stems (check the photos!), a clear sign of insufficient light. Since I’m intentionally avoiding extra lighting to save resources, I had to improvise: - Tray Rotation: I rotate the seedling tray multiple times a day to ensure even exposure to the weak March sunlight. - DIY Support: For the most stretched seedlings, a bent wire acts as a crutch to prevent them from collapsing. Interestingly, the tomato and cucumber plants in the same tray show no issues – their stems stay compact. Seems like veggies are better adapted to low-light conditions than cannabis! Nutrients & Alfa Boost: An Experiment Even though my Biobizz Lightmix should provide enough nutrients for the first weeks, I tested a sample of Alfa Boost (freebie from the grow shop) during watering. The product claims to boost roots and stress resistance – perfect for my light-stressed babies. So far, no negative reactions, but no explosive growth either. Slow Growth – No Cause for Concern The plants are growing just millimeters per day, but that’s okay. My focus is on building sturdy, resilient plants, not speed. Once days get longer and sunnier, growth should pick up. They’ll stay indoors until mid-May anyway – plenty of time to bulk up. Next Steps & Tweaks - Transplanting in 1–2 Weeks: Once the first true leaf pairs emerge, they’ll move to small pots with my Biobizz All-Mix blend. - First Topping Soon: Once the plants hit 4–5 nodes, I’ll top them to encourage bushier growth. Week 2 Takeaway: Patience is key! Even in suboptimal conditions, I trust Dutch Passion’s resilient genetics. Fingers crossed for greener progress next week. End of the third week of transition and the hot mess is rounding out nicely👌. We’ve got an extra pots worth of space freed up so we spread em out a little and tied the super tops back down again. Probably for the last time as we wait for em to bulk up through mid flower. Per the video - we kept as much foliage as we could and we’ll move to straight maintenance and pruning from here on out. What’s interesting is that every single one of these clones is perfectly healthy. This is in stark contrast to the mothers growing out seed in the tent next door. Half of those are showing deficiencies of some kind. A telling comparative between to different hydro methods. Coco is an imperfect method imo and every plant always seems to react a little differently. Dutchies, well…. They speak for themselves😉👌. I expect yield will be much heavier on this run than originally anticipated. This is the way👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

Flowering described earlier than I expected, more than 1 week after the vegetation phase would be bigger and more beautiful, has an effect with pleasant sensations and euphoric as the sativa dominant is accustomed to the aroma of lemon and citrus.

Der ec wurde die Woche auf 1,2 verringert außerdem wurde PK13/14 hinzugefügt ph pendelt immer von 5,8 bis maximal 6,2 der Geruch wird jeden Tag stärker der 2 Topf ist mittlerweile auch schon recht stark bewurzelt die nächsten Wochen wird drauf geachtet die Temperatur nicht über 25 grad steigen zu lassen um die Terpene zu schonen. Die Blüten sind komplett mit Trichomen überzogen sogar größere fächerblätter sind komplett besetzt die Harzproduktion hat jetzt richtig zugelegt

DWC stripped to the wood no suckers only AAAA quality buds I’m looking for especially if she’s a leafier bud. It’ll be a challenge keeping her in Veg any longer but still looking at minimum two week before she sees the flower tent. Week 7 Flower, frosty, smells great, she really puts on the weight late flower so it’ll be interesting to see where she stops.

Cruising right along. This is technically day 6 of week one and they are performing as I had hoped they would. Already splitting off and I upped my nutes to try and get as much as I can in the vegetative weeks as possible. I know it’s pushing it but no guts no glory as I’m running 1064ppm. Added some photos from day 10. What a change.

11/16/23 - Day 10 - Here we are on day 10 and she had a root hit the water over night. About 8 hrs later she had two roots in the water and her leaves are starting to perk up. From here on out I expect a rocket ship. Shes getting access to all the nutes now. 11/18/23 - Day 12 - The roots are going about as I expected in this Leaf Box. Shes always sad until her roots hit the water, then the fuse has been lit! There is no going back. When I looked at the water today there was one root that was floating about 7 - 8 in long that surprised me. Yesterday it was long maybe 4" but today it's at least doubled. 😀 Its so much fun growing in this Leaf Box. You really get to experience the joy in it, rather than the stress of trying to figure out some technical issue. Here the techical issues are close to none. I really get to focus on the training part. It also allows me to be more observant and I get more time to think about the little changes that I see. Usually my mind is so clouded with some engineering issue with her life support that I dont usually get the time to really focus on the plant. Its a whole different feel growing in the Leaf box. I posted a video up top. If you watch it you'll understand my above statement. Choosing the option to move to the next phase in the software is about as hard as it will ever get (aside from harvest, thats ALWAYS a bitch) Watch the video and if your feeling some kind of way let me know what you think.

I would recommend more stability in the pack I got all 3 was different phenos but terp wise both was home runs there making moves with flavor the size was always the biggest autos out there it was the terps that was missing but I believe that's changed now both #6 #10 are full of flavor u wont be dissatisfied 100% if u hit that one SHE WILL GET BIG buds were really dence on these but the FRUITYNESS is wat will make this a top strain to come✍️✍️✍️✍️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Things went very very well for me. The buds didnt quite turn purple but very distinct shape to the buds that reminds me of the original purple punch that I ran. She smell is incredibly fruity of fresh bananas. I promise to update better photos in the smoke report!!!! & remember its 4:20 somewhere!

She took topping early on like it was nothing and completely dominated the grow space. Down the final stretch, her main colas turned rock-hard, coated in a thick, sticky layer of resin, and she put on a stunning "autumn fade" showing off gorgeous purple and yellow fan leaves. ​She thrived on the Bio-Bloom, Top-Max, and PK 13-14 combo, drinking up everything I gave her without a single complaint. The aroma is out of this world a heavy, sweet tropical pineapple scent that just takes over. For a 100W setup, the bud density and structure she produced are mind-blowing. Now she's hanging to dry, and I can already tell this is going to be top-shelf smoke.
