* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. 08/21/2018 Day 1 week 2 of flower. Last bit of supercropping, keep the canopy low as possible 08/22/2018 #5 is the only 9 fingered leaves plant, all other GTH plants have 5 & 7 finger leaves, #5 took 3 clones she's my keeper of this batch. She is very diesely citrus,musky smell.can smell her at 90". #4 similar smell not as much stink. #3 minty chlorophyll smell. #2 orange,citrusy,mint. Ps. Gonna hit a selected branch or 2 of GTH #5 with mystery cookie males pollen I saved from earlier pollen harves. (week 19 mystery cookie grow) & some 2017 cherry pie pollen.( See Breeding Project, pollen test)@growdiary. #1 most similar to #2.rubs Smells from stem rubs on #1#2#3#4 , #5 no stem rubs needed she straight up stinks.👊🔥🚀⛽♨️

Flower Week2 (Week8) starts today 🙌 Extremely bad weather with few days of constant rain affecting the humidity levels. I’m having a massive issue to lower it below 70% with humidifier, fans and outtake with carbon filter constantly on. Fingers crossed 🤞 Stay tuned! Update day 5 Still battling the humidity levels but it’s way better than the start of the week. LemonWalker is definitely looking as the first to finish from those 2 They getting around 3 litres of water (food) straight after lights are on - EC 1.9 / pH 5.8 In two days with a a start of week3 I will be dropping CalMag extra and Roots excelurator as they won’t be needing it anymore. Absolutely can’t wait till the end 😍

Realized just how intense manual feeding for coco is. Takes up to 3 hours to mix the nutrients, water, and wait to empty the saucers. And I'm just doing this once a day, imagine the experienced growers feeding 3+ times a day. Definitely would be ideal to have a drip/drain system installed in the future. Pheno 2 got so lanky and heavy it fell over! A scrog and bamboo sticks would've helped a ton. Placed a peony cage to support the branches but it's hard to get it angled properly with the branches grown out. Boosted the PK again this week and halved the Bloom Nutes.

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

11-05 Still falling behind, I haven't really been paying much attention to this Lil runt girl, but I'm still feeding her and semi attending to her 11-08 She seems to be coming along a bit more, buds developing slowly Bure surely, smell is getting stronger. Still a bit dark in color but she's been a weird one the whole time. 11-11 Flushed 11-09, still struggling to fully form but she's trying!

Had a canny stressful week with the ph levels, got them back up now need to start flowering from tomorrow getting to big now never mind the stretch to come. 😀 Happy growing ✌️

Plant is recovering well from defoliation. No pistles yet but looks like beginning of flowers forming. Going to call this first week of flowers. Plant doesn't seem to be getting any taller this is a genetic issue I think. Going to a different breeder next run. I think they are white label genetics which can be hit or miss.

Bud development has begun to form on all plants now including the focus plant so I did some medium defoliation to start out the week. (Despite my attempts to slow the focus plant down with the she stretched through it anyway!) 12/15 Reservoir Swap on the 2 non-focus plants. They received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, because they hate nitrogen and get nutrient burn easily. Of course all of the PHs have been adjusted to 5.8 like done daily. 12/16 Reservoir Swap on the Focus plant. Shes received only Bloom+Calmag+hydroguard for week 6, again because they hate nitrogen. All plants received an updated LST and a PH adjustment to 5.6, because its been climbing day to day. 12/17 I rotated the plants some to give a better stretch then adjusted the PH of all the reservoirs between 5.8 and 6. A small update to the LST and I maximized the height of the light so its not going up anymore. Topped off the reservoirs. 12/18 All reservoirs had their PH adjusted to 5.8 and I did an LST update like everyday. I am getting close to running out of PH test drops so I ordered more yesterday I might have to reservoir swap daily to maintain PH without being able to test it. yikes 12/19 The plants are looking healthy and the smallest plant has decided to start stretching more so that's good. The non-focus plants are clearly showing their purple phenotypes, but the focus plant is being stubborn.. or not purple. 12/20 Topped off and PHed Reservoirs to 5.8. I used my last drops of the PH testing fluid so I will be doing a reservoir swap tomorrow, really earlier, because I know the PH of my tap+nutrients. Then the PH testing fluid arrives the following day so we will be fine. Don't forget to reup your essentials! Week 6 was a fantastic week of growth for the Focus plant especially. The other plants have really began to show their purple while our timelapse buddy is just a happy ol'e green plant. Perhaps this will change later in the flowering cycle. WE GOT A POLARIZED LENS just in time for us to increase the light to 750w, So now we can do the timelapse with a higher wattage of light and not get weird lines in the video! Overall this week was an 8/10 in terms of growth.😎

It's week three of Vegi, and all three Lemon Ladies are developing very nicely. They should be ready to flower in about 14 days. ☀️☀️☀️💚💚💚

Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. If it doesn't fall off, I'll do it myself. Thanks for stopping by! 🥦

Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

They're surviving, and the flowers are perfects, only the plant is suffering now, but I think that the bio-bloom will do his work. We noticed some peaks where mold had developed, due to the very high humidity of the last few days, so we removed the infected part.

Hello friends, I planted this plant as an experiment as you can see but today in day 17 from seed i decided to share this growth here coz it surprised me with the so far growth. Sorry for lacking photos from week 1 but i didnt take pictures.. she is under the sun whole day and 4 hours 250w HPS... and as you can see some leaves curled in coz she is too young for 250W hps 25 cm from her.. So far I foliar fed her and regularly watered, dilluted 2ml/L of B-52, 2 ml/L fitobacillus (essential bacterias and enzymes) and foliar sprayed her. With every watering so far i put 2ml/l fitobacillus and 2ml/ B-52 and mycorhizae in the very first and second watering. As you can see her main stem is already fatter than average for that time of growth and the root mass is so dense and thick, also many many hairs ready to absorb some nutes so tmrw will be her first nutes dosage, day 18 that will be from seed. I am hoping only that the pot size will not restrict her growth, as the roots already reached the bottom and started to curl back in.. but their colour is bright white and i have no worries bout rot or similar, at least so far so good :D Stay tuned brothers and sisters, all my grows are for you in order to learn ultra fast all the interesting and mind intriguing stuff by following only one grower. @James drop an eye here, you did a good job with genetics on this one.. Today i applied some more lst to maximally expose side branches to the sun. You will see some interesting pics and vids explaining my low stress training technique. I blv this plant's main goal in life to be LST'd. Dont be afraid, side branches will be thankfull and your harvest will be thankfull.. You can se some lst with side branches and how i tucked the leaves and made sure they stay there using the green wire and forming that shape on the pic. Today i also noticed a white hair showing up, still not sure if it is starting to flower in her DAY 19 from seed, or is it just "stress defending mechanism". Seems to me i will find out soon :)
