Quick update just to upload some photos, but unfortunately I don't have many relevant news to report. Leaves are yellowing, but I can't understand if it's senescence or lack of nutrients. Since she's not gonna finish within the next 2 weeks, next week I'll add some nutrients in low dosage, which shouldn't be a problem since the runoff is more or less 250 PPMs. This week there are some videos too! 🎥 Day 136: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.8, 256 PPMs. Day 139: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.7, 245 PPMs.

Plant are now growing well after topping stress, I've made a Lil defoliation, I think I'll switch in flowering in 1 week, they seem like their nutrients

91Grapes day 72. Should have been harvested by now, she was a 65 day +/- from sprout and has two more weeks left, fuc . I think something is wrong with a nutrient imbalance as her leaves continue to lose their vibrant green color. Indications of a mag. Deficiency was evident so added epsom salts 1 tsp per gallon. Problem persisted so went with some bloom nutrients with a little nitrogen if that doesn’t help it might have to just except it and drive on. Flowers are fatter so if that continues then all is well, after all isn’t it the flowers we are growing anyway.

Frosty Frosty Frosty! To be a bunch of bag seeds I am beyond happy so far! Have not had very many problems, they have been great with LST and defoliation!

Week 4: look at het flapping her wings. A tremendous growth spurt in the last two weeks. I managed to identify and treat some humidity and over-watering issues and think I got her dialed in right now. But, this is what I love about this grow journey, improvement comes being consistent in learning and adapting. Once again great genetics from Humboldt Seeds and the stability of Just Cannabis soil certainly helps lessen the impact of my noob mistakes and, we back in flight mode. Topped up with couple liters of PH water only. No nutrients at this point just PH water and living soil. A few changes this week; moved her to a more comfortable space. Dropped the light gradually throughout the week and settled at 40cm. Temp slightly lower lately but I managed to keep humidity idling between 65/75. Added an extra fan to the grow air to improve ventilation. Will be focusing more on extraction and dehumidifiers as from next week.

The plants are maturing extremly fast, the amber thricomes are apearing so fast and the flushing started to prevent to get much CBN. The BIG DAY is soon!

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

***April 30 Sorry guys, I know I'm super late for this week's update. Things have been busy with my pregnancy so I didn't have much time to sit down and document. Reservoir has been changed Monday as per usual, same amount of nutrients. The main top branch was getting some light stress because it wouldn't stop growing upwards, so I supercropped it over. It's been 2-3 days since I've done that, and it doesn't seem to mind. It also opens up the middle of the plant so now some of the lower bits can get a lot more light access! Trimmed the roots pretty good as well when I did the reservoir change. The pistils are starting to brown, and the nugs are absolutely solid. A nice amount of trichomes found on the fan leaves also! Freakshow is said to be a 9-12 week flowering strain, so I think it's still got a few weeks to push through, and I might really push on the nutrients as it gets to the end, but so far so good! It's dank as all darkness, and the smell waves over you every time you enter the same room or open the tent in the morning. This girl still manages to impress me every time I look at her. Very happy with 7east genetics so far! Also changed brands of calmag, to future harvest calnesium!

Harvest time for Green Crack! Another successful run of this strain! While she is a bit nutrient hungry, she's been a pleasure to grow. Mars-Hydro TSW2000 killed it with this plant & grow, definitely happy with the performance of the light! Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight. Update July 1, 75 grams dry and not much flavor, will let it cure for a few weeks, then hopefully it'll have some flavor. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚

Critical x Animal Cookies is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She just had a solution change today. I turned the light up to 100 percent as well. Nothing else much is going on at the moment with her. I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone!
