Brought the second FC 3000 into the tent, gave the girls some space defoliated and tried to do some extra lst. One of the branches on the middle plant snapped, had to tie together. Took a few days to adjust them to the light all the while defoliating and opening them up. They were deff stressed for a couple days but once I got everything dialed in they started to take off again. Am only running the lights on 80 percent max capacity the light is so intense. It's a 5 x 2.6 x 6.6 foot tent. I wish I had a par reader oh well.

Greetings GrowDiaries! - Cough continues to bulk up. - First set of clones have been handed off to a buddy to thrive in his garden. Will try to post pics as I get them. - Noticing some spots on the leaves. Hopefully not a major issue. Symptoms lead to Cal/Mag deficiency or lockout (ran into similar issues in Hydro), under watering, and/or NOT pH adjusting my water. - Overall Cough looks healthy so I may decide to ride this one out and start flushing earlier? Be Safe and Stay Blessed! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘ฝ

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Plant Mol Biol 65: 107-12 Abstract Sound waves technology has been applied to different plants. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1โ€“1 kHz and SPL of (70ยฑ5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. This paper provides an overview of literature for the effects of sound waves on various growth parameters of plant at different growth stages. https://doi.org/10.1016/S2095-3119(13)60492-X

Still not given any food at 35 days since popping. She's growing well and I've put her in a 4ltr pot. I've pinched the top out to slow down the vertical growth.

Hope you are well. Thanks for taking the time. Little main line defoliation to focus growth. ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is the primary energy carrier in cells, including plant cells. It powers various cellular activities like nutrient uptake, protein synthesis, and cell division. Without ATP, the plant's metabolic machinery would grind to a halt, regardless of the presence of nutrients, oxygen, or carbon. Nutrients, like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, are essential for building plant tissues and various molecules. They are incorporated into proteins, nucleic acids, and other vital compounds. While crucial, their uptake and utilization rely on ATP-driven processes. Oxygen is vital for cellular respiration, a process that generates ATP. While plants can produce ATP through photosynthesis, oxygen is essential for maximizing ATP production in mitochondria through oxidative phosphorylation. Carbon is the backbone of all organic molecules, including carbohydrates synthesized during photosynthesis. It's the fundamental building block of plant structures and fuels. However, its incorporation into organic molecules is also ATP-dependent. We don't grow we facilitate energy conversion.

I think it's day 38 flower...getting cold out and they're getting frosty๐Ÿ˜Š...the bagseed gg4 is really stacking, I'll have to get pics next time I water. One pheno of the gelato is lookin like a winner but the other 3 not so much lol. They don't look too stable, all 4 fem seeds are all different phenos lots of variation so black skull has some wrk to do. But for tha price it's ok I guess. Punch the cake and sticky dreams are all winners. Both punch the cake phenos smell like blueberry and grape muffins with vanilla cake and it's OVERPOWERING! I love it. My type of strain I can tell. The blue og is going crazy too. I'll have to get pics next water also. She is looking like the most productive, buds literally everywhere and she is in a 7gal pot so hopefully a half pound at least๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Chapter 13: He who smelt it... Added another compost tea of flower power and molasses, just a couple tablespoons now for the past 3 weeks. No more male flowers, I think I was just freaking out about some pre-flowers that never really developed. That said...it's suddenly starting to smell quite strongly now, both plants are leaning into their GMO genetics. At this point I'm probably going to need to do some something or the neighbors will start complaining the plants are creating a "public nuisance"... Stay tuned for some desperate measures.

Hi guys, I have a power outage in my village for 2 hours on the V+4 ๐Ÿ˜’ but it's ok don't have problem. ๐Ÿ‘ just a little trick I see she needs more ratio of air humidity, I put a plate with water in it to see with the heat if it evaporates. ๐Ÿ˜€ i have cut the head on the day 11. switch to 18/6 on the day 12

Plant #1 (bushy, lanky pheno, skinny buds absolutely COVERED in trichs) Harvested at 56 days or exactly 8 weeks from 12/12 flip. Had a good 75-80% cloudy, 10% amber, and a few clear trichs. Dried at 48-59% RH, 3 days hanging/ rack drying and was dry enough for me to put into jars (few hours open, few hours closed) early tester smoke was phenomenal! Super heady high, lasted a good 2-3 hours for me and I am an all day dab and flower smoker! That's saying something to me! I cant wait to smoke her once it cures a bit more, super excited! Smell is not too overpowering, smells very floral and earthy, complete opposite of plant #2 (garlic-y, funky, cookie heavy smell ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ‘… Total weights; Plant #1- 66.2g Plant #2- 65g

The overall grow was very easy and no issues! I will grow this strain again in the future! My biggest recommendation with this plant is to top it even though itโ€™s an auto I topped it and I did lst! Both were needed to get the results that I got with floraflex! If you know itโ€™s gonna be a tall strain based off the breeder info and you know the genetics are good then top it and lst!!!
