Candyman Day 85, Day 35 of flower! We have now hit week 5 of flower and they are starting to look and smell incredible 😍 very sweet but pungent gassy aswell. They are getting fatter by the day now. I think two will be done in 4-5 weeks 🤞🏻 I'm very happy with this brand of seeds 💯

I decided to just germinate 1 of the 3 seeds for the fastbud outdoor cup, wish me good luck people 👐🌅👌 The 26th of april i put the seed in water with some peroxide 27th of april she showed a tiny root already so I've placed the seed in a jiffy 2 days later, the 29th of april i already saw her head appearing 🌱 so i placed her in a small pot, and after that i assumed that i did wrong and should have placed her in the final pot (that happens too auto noobs as i always grow fem.) Next week i will place her in a 7 liter pot

As always, I cut everything off that did not have thricomes on it. Looks awesome and like its a great yield. The bag seed was removed in week 4/5. It was either a male or hermed. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Set up cost (fixed costs) -Lamp: 40€ -Timer: 3,5€ -Pot: 4€ -Total fixed costs: 47,5€ Given 5 years (or 15 grows) usage time translates to around 3,17€ per grow in materials. After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Week 15 - flo 6 weeks Satisfying period: maturation time. No really problems, just a doubt about the final result in terms of quantity and buds size. Even if’s not a goal to produce big colas : I would have a bigger result with a little bit more work on the plants., like LST. The TS 1000 (150W) led was too low (for the room size) during the end of vegetative and preflowering period now it’s a 250W led). Every plants are healthy , still green (just few classical yellow leaves on base), producing lot of pistils and resin. The indigo Berry Kush is really appetizing: Frosty and meaty. Criminal+ and Special Queen shows lot of dense little flowers everywhere and some correct main buds. The NYC turn orange and flowers become thicker. Each plant develops a pronounced and singular aroma. I will have a choice of different flavors and tastes. Watering around 1,5L every 3 days. - rain water + cal/mag + bud XL + diamond sugar - rain water + cal/mag + overdrive (NPK-1/5/4) + diamond sugar Ventilation + carbon filter Ok for smell Now it’s question of patience. I will start to flush next week.

This week wasn't as bad as last week 😊 Nights were cold 😰, but not to much rain 😿 and a few hours of sun 😍 Temperatures in the greenhouse were medium : during the day 20°C 💀; min temp 3.5°C ; max temp 31,7°C 😤 Cookies Gelato has turned completely purple 👍👍👍 I defoliated the plants 😙 and had to remove budrot (especially in the Cookies Gelatoes)😨 I took the prettiest Cookies Gelato outside for a photo session in my garden 😍 Probably these will be the last pictures of the plans, before harvesting ! 👍😄

5/17 Hello everyone! Not many pics this time around, it's been a busy week! Marie has grown so much in the past week that it touched the lamp, no burns only because it's a low power light and I have a feeling that the reflective box does much of the work when it comes to lighting. Anyway, today I spent some time attaching the lamp to the top of the box as you can see from the video, I think it works great! Watered as usual, 1lt PHd @6.3 +-0.2 when the soil dries (2-3 days) and added some extra Bio-Grow; I also took the occasion to defoliate again, I want more light to reach lower nugs and I've also noticed how when I defoliate the air in the box is much fresher and clean. Week 10 will mark the full switch to flowering nutes, I'll have 3 weeks to nuke the s**t out of this plant with nutrients before flushing, fingers crossed! Let's make some calculations over the growth in height: Week 8: +13cm Week 9: +15cm Assuming +15cm as the max growth rate (I sure hope so), and considering that this plant will take a maximum of 14 weeks from germination (14th being the harvesting week), we're looking at: Week 10: 83cm Week 11: 98cm Week 12: 113cm Week 13: 128cm Week 14: 143cm Which is a whole 25 cm more than my box! XD, hopefully, once we reach week 11 (so next week) it will slow down, after all, 120cm is the maximum height for these genetics (but I hope it's a bit lower like 100 cm would be perfect)

I transplanted this week from the 3L into 20L round pots and moved them into a bigger tent (1.2m x 2.4m x 2m). I added two 200w LED lights to the 400 LED for vegging in the bigger tent. so I have total 800 Watts in total. I changed the switch to 12/12 yesterday 18/10/20 and changed the lights again (2) 600W LEDs and (1) 800W LED for a total of 2000W. Temperature is 40C I can't do much about this I am growing in a sealed room and I have the co2 between 2000-2500 so they can cope better with the high temperatures. Critical is an afghani strain so hopefully they are able to cope with the heat better than other strains. I don't use much of the nutrients listed I have them around from previous grows and use them rarely as I made a strong super soil mix. I use the Biosys and Mammoth P once a week. Everything is going well and plants look happy as Larry!

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).
