I chopped it down today, which is day 74 from sprout. The trichomes were looking partly amber/purple and all cloudy. The smell is pretty overwhelming of berries and cream. It's a unique smell and I can't say I've smelled another cannabis plant similar to this. This was technically my first full completion in my all new setup, so I expected it wouldn't be perfect. The pictures speak for the genetics itself, but there were some funky things this plants did, and I have a 2nd blackberry plant from the same batch of seeds that's doing the same oddities, so not sure I'm 100% sold on autoflowers. At the end of the day, I'm happy with my choice and happy I didn't kill the plant! LOL I don't think it's going to be more than an ounce or 2, but I'll report back when it's dried and weighed. 😀

So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! P.s I ticked defoliation this week - the only week I intentionally cut any leaves off for the entire grow 😉

Didn't post much I'm week 6 as not too much difference.. Was feeding by recommended dose as per nutrient bottle.. Switched to measuring by ppm mid week and has really made a difference. Now starting week 7 and looking lovely with fattening buds and ripening trichomes.. Gonna maybe push her for week to 10 days n the flush.. The yield is looking quite promising..

The two Red Hot cookies were by far the fastest strains in this run. And also simply beautiful. Bag appeal: 10/10 Yield: 8/10 Pheno #1 47 gram dry Taste:? High: ? Once I did a smoke test. I will add the missing information! Pheno number #2 has significantly more yield than Pheno #1. Pheno #2 smells like bubble gum, I've never had that smell with a strain before. If I had room for a mother tent, pheno#2 would have gotten a spot there. I'm looking forward to the next harvests !:)

Added some Universol Yellow to counterpart the KMPS which has high K. ORP dropped a lot, countered it with KMPS and POLY(DIMETHYLAMINE-CO-EPICHLOROHYDRIN). RH and am ambient temperature are lower at the end of the week due to my other plant being chopped and I want a cooler climate for slow cure over 14-21 days for that one, both grow and dry tent are in the same room. The Buds are more dense than previous weeks, the supplemented K seems to do the trick and of course because it is end of life. Will harvest early next year, wanted to do it on the last day of week 12 but I was sick and holidays. Internodal spacing is good, long buds at the top. Buds smell like sweet candy with a touch menthol, lets see if that stays after cure. My mind changed about the plant in the last week, maybe this one shows just at the end. Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

The marks of a previous hiccup when the reservoir ran low are visible, leaving a few leaves to yellow with chlorosis. Yet, most of her foliage remains lush and unaffected, a reassuring sign of her overall vigor. I’ve opted to keep the blemished leaves to avoid any additional stress that might come with their removal. Beneath the foliage, a network of healthy roots is hard at work, supporting the development of dense, trichome-rich buds that are starting to resemble golf balls in size. These buds are clustering around the colas with the promise of closing up any gaps, a sight that’s building my anticipation for what’s to come.
