This week's been business as usual. During my reservoir refill, I did notice my pH pen reporting some odd readings. This may have been due to a low battery but needless to say, I changed the batteries and recalibrated. Should be about... two more weeks? ha

So 5 weeks into flower. All well no issues. Happy lady's starting pk and boost today. Make them fatten up. They smell amazing and are starting to get lots of tricomes. Not bad for a 1st on a low budget.. Iv found out that if my temps drop a little at nyt. Does not really affect this stain of og. Which I was very worried about.. Happy growing peeps..

09.07.24 Wir haben jetzt 6 Wochen Blüte hinter uns. So langsam geht es auf die Zielgerade „Ernte“ zu. Die Große zeigt schon seit letzter Woche Mangelerscheinungen und doch hab ich wie von Anfang an beschlossen nur mit dem Living Soil und Wasser zu Arbeiten, ganz nach dem Motto von Florganics „Flo & H2O“ Ausserdem ist Blütetag 43 und somit werden die letzten Störenden Blätter entfernt für den Endspurt.

I'm loving how easy these ladies are growing. Watering every 4-5 days. I water 10 liters each time. Every now and then I pick a few leaves that might block other buds and thats it. It's a nice and steady grow up till now.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Glookie Bomb did great from Bomb seeds. Very sweet earthy smell. Lots of frosty goodness. I cut her, and will be hanging for 24 hours. Then I will trim fan leaves off, and put her in the cannatrol for 8 days. Once done I will do a final trim, and be back with smoke report. She grew great with the Spider Farmer SE5000, and in the Athena blended line of nutrition. Day 9. All is running very nice. Happy with light performace a lot. Girls missed wind a bit, but i cant make it faster, because of neighbours and sound, so i took humidity dome away. TSL2000 runs 40 cm away and on 40% output. Girls get daily shower , try to keep some wet cloth to maintain humidity. Happy Growing !!!

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Week 1 Crucial week: plantlet are vulnerable. Vertical stretching; I add some soil on the base of the plants. No ventilation just air humidifier and heat mat. Light ts 1000 - 25% - 15h No really watering, just water spraying

5/6/25 the trichomes on this plant are spectacular and special. The cameras not picking it up very well but they shine so freaking bright. brighter than other strains. She also has a very unique smell. The breeder mentioned that thesr equatorial photo periods that show autoflower traits have a unique high as well and i wonder if thats due to the unique smell/ terpenes shes

Just realized the BlackBerry is a quick flowering strain but I check trichomes and just cloudy white no ember yet. Thinking 1-2 more weeks. (Fav New Strain) Sour Melon needs a lot more Cal-Mag 1GL just got here. Smelling lil girl tho. Candy crush requires not LST or mainlining she grow straight as an arrow in all directions

Thought I over did the rhino skin had dots on the leave bit I thing it's calcium or magnesium related so calmag xtra every nutrient feed now.

Looks all good. The Fruit Spirit is growing big time. Unfortunately the Legendary OG is very slow, I believe it’s because i plant it in a very big pot and is getting focused on the roots for now. It does look healthy anyways. The Blue cheese automatic is growing really quick. Unfortunately in week 3 the Legendary OG has died. I found out that i was giving nutrients to early so I kinda burnt it. Feeling sad about it. I’m doing another seed now. Northern Light Automatic. This week I added chamomile flowers to the soil. I baked in the oven egg shells which I added to the soil as a natural Calcium.

The smell is very good. A good weight if I consider that I have made some mistakes with Calmag.
