Days 33-35 Both ladies have been transplanted and moved into the Veg tent! If you look in the video you can see the setup. Both are in 10.5"x10.5" square nursery pots approx 3Gal each. Both were put into happy frog soil using azos and recharge during transplant. I have them under an optic 8+ with a cob as supplemental lighting Day 37: A light defoliation day today, especially for #1. I removed all the mature fan leaves that were blocking any bud sites or nodes at all. Essentially leaving the top 2 mature leaves in tact. I honestly did not want to do this! It was heart wrenching to mutilate such a beautiful naturally growing plant 🤷‍♂️ practicality wins in the end tho. I removed the 2 oldest lowest fan leaves from #2 as well. More for sanitation reasons. They werent8blocking anything but the uh were dragging in the dirt and starting to fade anyhow. I actually kept 1 leaf. My 1st time ever doing this. The leaf is so neat, overlapping itself. *transplant update day 37* In my very green opinion they look to be struggling a bit with the transplant. I like to wet my medium prior to placing the rootball in, sometimes it's great and the roots chase it. Sometimes they get a little water logged and it takes a week b4 watering. I'm thinking it's the latter in this scenario. Day 38; #1's top fan leaves are rolling in again. I figured it was heat but the surface area doesn't get above 78° which from what I've read is fine. Maybe it's a strain issue? Looks very imdica, ma uh be is accustomed to a cooler climate? Day 39: I lowered #1 about a foot further from the light. She is still all curled up tho. It isn't heat. I watered them at transplant per my usual routine. 2 other plants stranded extremely bad and these 2 are acting goofy. I probably over did it that day Day 42 and 43 In day 42 CMOG #1 needed some water. It's her 1st drink since transplant. #2 on the other hand is drinking a bit less. I also took 2 upper fan leaves off #1(I hate doing it, but gotta promote those bud sites!! Day 43nothing really to report. I videotaped myself plucking a couple lower fan leaves. I'm raising the fan a bit more above #2 to keep wind stress down. Day 44: 🚨⛈️Emergency!!⛈️🚨 Power is out! My light cycle is as follows: on at 6pm off at 12pm. Its 2:45am right now and the power has gone out. Which was wierd because it went out b4 the storm hit! It was fricken midday when the outtage happen!! My poor Chocolate Mint OG 😖 keeping humididty down is gonna be hard and my grow is very far from and natural light source even if they were on the same cycle as nature 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ if ur reading this say a quick prayer! Haven't taken any pictures since the end of September, let the plants grow wild Been repotted, defoliated & stretched in the net for 1 day + just attached the clips Studio54 has huge arms Gave them ca. 2.5L each yesterday - 0 drain because new soil, will keep the amount First overall attempt with a scrog net! Please share tips 😁

It's now the beginning of week 6, and the plant seems to have entered the ripening phase. I stopped using Big Bud halfway through last week and started Overdrive, which I’ll continue for the next 2–3 weeks. I’ll stick to this feeding schedule and plan to flush in about 3 to 4 weeks from now. The plant doesn't seem to be growing any taller, and the buds have likely stopped stretching, so I expect them to gain a bit more weight as they start to swell. Either way, the aroma and structure of the plant are really nice. I had quite a few issues with this plant during the vegetative stage that I had to deal with, like powdery mildew and cold stress. Thankfully, I managed to resolve them fairly quickly, but they did slow things down a bit. That’s why I’m actually quite satisfied with the results so far.

So far I kinda messed up getting everything done on time. Plants are harvested and in cure now. All in all, the plant would’ve had around 86g dry if I kept it all.

Will definitely grow again. Harvested some earlier than others, really tried to get an idea of how much of a difference what point of the harvest window you harvest makes to the effect. Very high quality genetics - big thanks to Barney's Farm! 👌

This is been a pleasure to watch flower and grow. In the earlier seedling stage she was a bit delicate and there was a little cupping to the leaves but that ironed out later on. She started showing flowers or a pre-sex real early but then just started filling out Calyx on top of calyx. Flower flower flower. This was a strain that I wanted to grow as long as possible we’re gonna be going into week 13 so I decided to cut her down branch by branch. I’m going to be doing a cold drying process that I’ve been experimenting with. It’s where I will place it in a cool and preferably low humidity area. I have a cooler that has a small heater air conditioner installed into it. I will keep the flowers that are drying half the time in the cooler and half of the time at room temperature so that way we retain maximum Terps.

Cut a week early and a little bit of drama along the way, some issues with persistent bud rot from week 14 or so most likely caused by my blocked intake filter. I learned a lot during this grow and will take these experiences and hopefully turn them into a better next time! Will definitely have another go at growing Royal Gorilla in the not too distant future, however I think I have enough to smoke on for quite some time. Overall appearance of the buds and their structure are not as pretty as my last run, however the flavours, yield (1.48 gpw) and potency make up for that imo. Day 85 26/07/24 Friday Big feed today full 5L a little run offusimg de-chlorinated water pH 6. So we are through her first transition week. Starting to see sex pistils forming at end of last week. Day 89 30/07/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today but I'm adding in Plagron Power Buds AND Plagron PK13-14 only 5ml each to 5ml water. It says to use on every irrigation from early flower so here we go. If I start getting burns I'll cut out a few advanced nutrients extras and go again from there. She is just ridiculous, robust, never stresses, healthy and just wants to throw arms out everywhere 🤣💚 Day 91 01/08/24 Thursday End of week Using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only this time.

ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS - Blue Gelato - 80 days Today marks 80 days of growth for Blue Gelato from Royal Queen Seeds. She’s been flowering for 32 days and looks absolutely fantastic! The buds keep swelling, and the leaves remain a rich, healthy green. Trichomes densely cover the buds, creating a stunning crystal-like effect, promising a powerful outcome at harvest. Her aroma is getting stronger each day, and I’m sure the taste will be just as impressive. We’re still feeding her Xpert Nutrients, and the results speak for themselves — everything is on track, and the harvest is looking very promising!

Wow! Look at these amazing two plants. They both turned a bit purple. The smell is insane. Belive me or not but my entire room smells like a sweet ice cream restaurant. 😍 I had given this week only PH adjusted water and darkness for two days before harvest. Going to dry for like 7-10 days and then curing for another month or so. I will upload more pictures of the dried buds when the time comes

Big troubles with LST, I managed to broke two colas, the first one recuperated but the socond one I had to remove. So strange for me why are they so fragile and not flexible. I need to wait more time before switching to 12/12 to get her away from stress.

Good day! The DosiDOs looks healthy. The plant grow without any complain. I water it every day. About training- I will use topping only and will stratch the branches by sides - to make busshy plant looking like octopus from the top. ( I will make picture) I am using the RQS fertimizers and also some Root food from GHE. The PH always between 6.3-6.5

Pfff, explicaros que estas green ak xL son una variedad bastante difícil de cultivar, los cambios ambientales le sientan fatal, y hay que tener cuidado con la alimentación ya que se Sobrefertiliza fácilmente así que ojo, eso por un lado. Por otro si eres un cultivador con varios años de experiencia y todo te sale bien, es probarla, porque el sabor de esta cepa compensa la dificultad de su cultivo. Thc hasta 18% , sativa predominante. Genéticas: Afghan x Colombian x Mexican x Thai Landrades.

Tangie'Matic is showing nice bud development this week. I backed down a little on the Recharge this week, but still giving twice the suggested amount. Also still giving her Mammoth P. Will start with MegaCrop (Greenleaf) nutrients later this week. 👍
