Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Just a short update this week. Again, everything is going very well. The smell is developing, as is trichome production 😎 Hopefully not too long left now! Had to UP the Ph level this week, turns out Shogun Silicon is great for raising it 👌

Orion F1 Organic dry amendments grow: This week the plant has started to show some progress. I will top the plant soon. Now that everything is growing steadily. 8.5.25: The plant was watered with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6. This may be the last watering before she's done. So i started my nutrient feed for the 15 plants, while plant 16 just sticks to plain water or i might just give her some ph water this week. Also foliar sprayed the girls and they seem to be loving it

-Flowering nicely and starting to bulk up -Some trichomes starting to amber

Day 28 veg:I see ladies on the horizon!!!!!! Well folks ,that went quickly i think , already moving into the flowering of these impressive Exotic seed girls. They have not missed a beat from planting and have been really easy to work with so far. The #1 has now got her 7 mains all fighting for dominance thanks to the 5th node playing ball and staying low from the ties. I like the results of this method in the other autos I have run so thought it would be a good test with comparing to topping ,fimming the others. #2 is also starting flowering, I fimmed her but I don't think i hit the sweet spot so she looks more topped. I do notice she looks more stretched than the other 2 in flower and wonder if its the topping /failed fim.?. #3 is doing great with her fimmed top and I hit her just right with it. She has plenty of mains hopefuls fighting to the canopy too so she should be a great comparison for methods with the others. #4 having been a slow starter , is not showing her sex yet but I fimmed her and will allow her to catch up in her own time. They all look so healthy and happy in their medium too . only being watered when the pots are light and no added feed at all. lets see how flowering uses the available food in it. excellent experience with these so far. This week I went back to measuring the ph and found out that the water I was using had a ph above 7.5 so I corrected the ph of the soil with a more acidic solution of ph 6 with algae mic.

Quebec Blast is growing good, she is starting to develop flowers, and stretching. She is the shorter one in the room. I am figuring a stocky frosty plant at end. 🤞 I get there with no major issues. A solution change of a gallon every 4 to 5 days has been my current schedule. Future grows I wanna try to keep roots higher up through pruning to allow more solution for better stability, and longer between changes. The second week of flowering, last bigger cut, I accidentally broke one of the smaller top ones 😔😤, the girl is doing well 👍 Day 63: the eighth week went without major changes, the girl shows no shortcomings and grows nicely.

Third week of flowering. I added a second screen to be able to separate the tops. The screen has 8x9 squares, adding up to 72 and each square has a flower. I think I will have a good harvest. See you next week

63 days of flower and chopped. Didn't want much amber on this indica. Weight will be determined after dry. Buds are basically dripping in resin and are frosty AH. Pics just don't do it justice.

Last week I went away for a while and I had to leave my babies alone. Temperatures dropped so also maturation slowed down. When I arrived home this is what I found! She got darker and colas got even bigger and more sticky. She smells like pine but the odor is not very strong. It is also a little bit cheesy and mouthwatering. My dog was really attracted and tried to eat some. She is amazing! Tomorrow I will upload some better photos I took with my reflex.

Plants continued to mature this week and all the buds are getting fat they will have there last nutrient feed this week in prep for flushing and harvest next week. The Lemon Zkittles looks and smells amazing looks amazing. Nearly all the plants look and smell the small, good genetics and breading. The Cxx is again a very stable genetics and flowered and smells exactly as the last grow did. Good genetics. The Peyote Cookies and Shishkaberry also grew well and similar, good genetics. Afghan Kush amazing buds and very earthy smell.classic The gorilla cookies had a rather large variation in pheno types but all look amazing and each will be a pleasure to smoke.

Fully into flower. Filling in well, smell coming along nicely (some are like lemon candy, some are a little more skunky). I had a Mars Hydro TSW2000 sitting around so I added that in between the two lights/beds which really helped to even out the PAR. Dead nuts in the middle of the beds is about 1000, the edges are about 700. Super cropped a few that were just reaching too much. Put up some trellis, I think I'm going to need the supports, and helped to spread out some of the stacks that were going to be a little too close. Did a little more defoliation. It's really just maintenance at this point (and standing there admiring and smelling over and over) Been mixing up a little organic nutrient cocktail to supplement with, using BuildASoil BuildABloom (soy protein hydrolysate, rock phosphate, gypsum, magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate), Fermented Plant Extracts: Liquid Pumpkin Extract (Probiotically Grown Pumpkins, Clean Mountain Water, EM-1, Home Made LABS (Lactobacillus Serum), Super Cera Powder, and Molasses), BuildASoil Aloe and the Quillaja extract. I'll do a foliar spray first thing in the morning and replace the first fertigation of the day with this same mix (at the normal EC and PH level). They seem to love it and respond really well. I really want to switch over completely to organic living soil, I'm probably going to after this run, so it's fun to experiment with some of the ingredients.

So i had to cut this one early because i started seeing these miniscule male flowers & i did’t want to ruin the weed🤷‍♂️🏻 I really love the high n taste of this strain tho!
