Any ideas why newer growth on Slurricane looking pale/light green? Pre-veg soil test didn't show any deficiencies and was ammended properly. PH is in check water in typically 6.4-7.0. Plenty of calcium in soil. Feeding Micronutrients once weekly.

In new leaflets, chloroplasts (the part of the leaf that contains chlorophyll) are still in development. So newest growths donβt have as much chlorophyll as oldest, which means less green pigments. Youβll see them get greener as the chloroplasts will gone more mature.
