This week whent ok a little bit slow but probably due to it being a photo period I've noticed there's a slight mutation on the leaf and it looks a little bit like a star which is quite interesting but other than that I've decided to stop feeding for a while and just use plane 6.5 pH water and may be a bit of silica and some master root because of high PPM in the soil. instead of doing a flush .because it is soil I want the plant to get some air too to the roots. I'm just going to let the plant eat it. it has showed no signs of being burnt. It's going to be in there for a while so we'll continue feed when PPM is lower. Ph controlado y humedad / temperatura relativamente dentro de los parámetros correctos. Nuestras crazy cookies de zambezaseeds visualmente están espléndidas, tienen un verde sano que me gusta, y principalmente no es difícil de cultivar tampoco, hay que tener algo de cuidado con la altura y pasarlas pronto a floración. Por lo general tienen un buen comportamiento en indoor , así que veremos estas semanas el crecimiento y la formación de las flores.

This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. I have grown the Gorilla Cookies auto before so this photoperiod fast version has something to live up to. She grew way taller then i was expecting, hence the many bends and breaks. To be honest she was great to grow and the favourite plant of the grow. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Total dry weight for the grow, decent buds=136g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Average 153w/hr Total g/W=0.89g/W Power used for grow=508.78Kw @0.30p =£152.63 Each gram cost £1.12 The buds have been curing for nearly 2 weeks so I haven't had a sample yet. There will be more pictures added once I try the buds and write up a smoke review but for now I'll just leave a video of the grow and a picture. Day 65 Update: Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Plant #2's water was dosed with Terpinator at 25ml/gal. 11 days left of flushing on Plant #1. This will be Plant #2's last nutrient watering, as she will start the flushing process next watering. Also added two yoyo hangers and two stakes to Plant #2 as her branches are getting heavy (not complaining 🤷‍♂️) Day 68 Update: Starting flush on Plant #2 today. Plant #1 has 8 days left of flushing. Watered both plants with almost a gallon of pH balanced water until runoff.

D40 (31/12/2020): Second week of flower and everything is good! They are still stretching a lot. I'm not continuing LST with ties but just by tucking and banding stems and leaves. I will continue to slowly remove leaves and small bud site under canopy that will never receive enough light. The higher buds receive around 520 and 600 PPFD (40 000 to 46 000 lux) for a DLI (for 20 hours of continuous light) around 37,44 and 43,2 moles of photons which is perfect. This Glue Gelato phenotype is weird as it grows weird leaf structure since a couple of weeks. Probably since I discovers a nutrient lock in the soil with too much nutrients. Banana Kush is super healthy and look amazing! 😎 - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 56% D41 (01/01/2021): They are stretching like crazy so it's a sign of good health! I fed with nutrients 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I did remove leaves today but no bending. I want to let them grow in height. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 820 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.7, 1150PPM for BK ; PH6.8, 1120 PPM for GG - RH: 54% D42 (02/01/2021): Nothing special today. I try to turn the plant 180 degree each day to make sure fan is blowing air on every side of the pot and plant and to make sure light is distributed evenly. I also swap the two plants every 2-3 days to make sure again that the plants receive light equally. I continue removing leaves and small buds site under canopy. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 54% D43 (03/01/2021): The lights are now at 16 inch from the top buds and just 12h later I saw a big difference. They are now ready to receive intense light 😎. They receive approx. 650 to 780 PPFD and even 900 PPFD for the top buds (50 000 to 60 000 lux, and even 70 000 lux). I will check closely in the next days to make sure the buds and leaves are not burning. I fed only Max Minerals full recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I placed a round stake in each pot for when the buds will be heavy. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 460 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.8, 1550PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 1480 PPM for GG - RH: 55% D44 (04/01/2021): Nothing new today. *** UPDATE ON BUGS: I did not see any more larvae since last week. It's the 3rd week since adding nematodes and after adding 2 pouch per plant, doing 2 insecticidal soap treatment and removing 1 inch of soil, I feel like I did control the infestation. I still see some mature fungus gnats on sticky traps but nothing alarming. Increasing air flow and reducing RH also helped a lot for those bugs. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 55% D45 (05/01/2021): Nothing special today. I let them grow without new LST. I did not removed leaves since a couple of days. They are growing in height and that's what I want. I might do a defoliation in beginning of week 7 (or week 3 of flowering). I want to reduce RH in the tent under 50%. When the lamps are off, I have a lot of difficulties to maintain a proper RH for flowering stage. During night, it is around 57% with the 4 inch AC Infinity inline fan blowing full speed. RH in the room where the tent is is around 35%-40%. With 5 plants in the tent (2 cannabis, 2 tomatoes and 1 mint) it will be more difficult to control RH in the next week with flower and fruit growing bigger. I ordered a small dehumidifier on Amazon to help me reduce the RH. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 53% D46 (06/01/2021): I fed today half of the recommended dose for transition week. The PPM of the run off from last fed was high so I want to cut a bit on nutrients. The run off of both plant is down under 900PPM which is what I wanted 👍 -temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 480 PPM, approx. 3.5L each plant - run off: PH6.9, 860PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 766PPM for GG -RH: 52%

Plants are doing well, The 84" inch tent is a must if your not training or topping. I removed all the sacks that appeared last week and I haven't seen anymore show up so fingers cross, I check daily. Bigger tent also helps with heat control as the air has more room to rise. Hope you all like the pictures, I started to take videos as they provide more detail with less work.

One more week and they have grow really good this week nice buds and I hope 🙏It continue to grow more and more and more .I put a net because my gelato is to branch and she can’t kept the buds height ,my fault. Very happy with this grow 🙂

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

Day 63 Flowering : I think I am in the final days with this beautiful, easy to grow , fun to train and potent smelling Queen. She has been really responsive to her training and stayed put once flowering began. Her bud structure has been excellent to fit into my environment too. Node spacing was nice and tight so no long gaps between the growth. I did run into a bud rot issue that was resolved quickly and not shown up again with the Rh at 40%. The trichromes are milky and there are some Amber's knocking around too so when the lights go off this evening, I will begin their dark before chop time. Smelling her sweetness and feeling the sticky solid buds has me excited to get a sample of her as soon as she is dried. I cannot wait to see the final , cured result soon. I am looking forward to the next run of this strain in Sweet seeds auto xl version along with Gorilla girl xl and sweet cheese too. Excellent work guys.
