Finally found sweet spot 86f 70-80%rh with 1500ppm co2 is perfect VPD

problems with fungusa gnats, the plants are weak and have deficiencies, I hope to eradicate it as soon as I have the opportunity to buy the grube granade predators

This week I used Canna RHIZOTONIC as a leaf spray instead of only putting it in my feeding for the roots. I have never done that before but i have seen good results when doing it. So now i will switch between Canna Cure and Canna RHIZOTONIC when spraying the plants. Did some LST again and a little Defoliation, i really try to keep the plants as small as i can keep them. Because i don't want them to get higher then my balcony fench. The plants are like 20 cm +- in height and the distance between the top of the plants and the top of the french is 60cm. Since I grow some sativas as well I expect them to grow a lot while in flowering stage, so i have to keep bending them because they can only grow for another 60cm maximum. I also have to clean stuff around the plants to give them some more space lol and might have to make a larger roof or a door, because some rain still rains inside from the side. Week 6 of flower now not really getting the gains i had hoped for but, the buds are nice and dense and as you can see not short of crystals looking frosty, the smell is amazing very pungent. It's going to be a nice smoke no doubt about that, just not a lot of it. I've put the EC up to 1.3 this week see what difference that makes and boosted my light to it's max 600+ I'm assuming this will be a long flower. Any constructive info would be much appreciated.

11/5 Week 10 and last full day for Ivy She is ready, trics milky with a tad of amber and smattering of clear. Harvest tomorrow as the rain passes today.

Plant 1 (84 days): 39,5g Got some pretty nice looking buds out of it, not very dense tho, left them to dry for around 12 Days, humidity droped below 50% during the day which kinda scared me but i think they turned out nicely Plant 2 (96 days): 65,4g Buds are way denser, removed the bigger stuff while it was still wet and trimmed the rest once it dried.

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. Amazing plant to grow. By far my favorite out of the sweet seeds f1 fast line. Flower looks feels and smells like indoor. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend this enough especially to anyone growing with shorter flowering seasons.

Compared to powerplant, LSD is very slow to get going. By the end of week 2 of flower i expect more established bud-sites, however i have been told that LSD will get busier towards the later stage of flowering. We shall see. But in terms of plant health, there are no deficiencies (not that you get any with NFT), very uniform nodal spacing - no stretch, very large stems at the bottom and the root mass is exactly what i expect. The temperature has now dropped to 14c at ''night time'' so ive had to introduce a small heater to keep the temps up whilst theyre asleep.

Plant has come to a finish and had about 30 % amber trichs. White widow auto came down exactly 13 weeks from seed and is nicely done. Pine smells all the way , looking forward to testing when dry. :) The weight is in and it's a record for me. I froze over 400g of fresh bud to dry ice and press into rosin . 2 ounces of this was top flower the rest all popcorn bud but no sticks . The rest of it dried was 21 ounces and thats my personal best from a single plant let alone an automatic variety. She smokes well but buds appearence is a little loose and foxtaily however its all flower and 21 oz of it to boot :)

Gave both ladies a topping. Will be pinning down the bottom leaves in a couple of days. Will be doing a whole lot of topping for these girls. Things are really heating up so should pick up the pace here
