Woche 7 Die Mimosa Fast von 00 Seeds Bank kommt langsam in die letzte Phase wo die Blüten einiges an Gewicht zulegen sollten. Soweit geht es den Mimosa auch weiter gut. Die Blüten bilden sich weiter aus, werden dicker und verharzter. Erstaunlicher weise haben die Pflanzen vom geringen abstand der LED Lampe (EVO6-150) immer noch keine negativen Auswirkung oder Schäden. Am Dünger habe ich in dieser Woche nix verändert. Ich denke nächste Woche werde ich den Dünger noch mal für ca. 2 Wochen anpassen.

😎 Weekly Update: The plant has growth to 70cm height at day 36 :) 🔪 Most of defoliation and lollipoping has been done - trying not to stress the auto too much. 🌹 LST Update: I do branch a day - so I began 5 branches training by now. Weekly thought 💭 : I think I do not know much about auto's - considering to do some HST, the upper leaves are really big, watery and makes a lot of shade. I took very little off. Do you think its ok to remove them all? 😮 Day 38 Update: She has grown 10cm / 4" in 48 hours. I hope she’s done stretching because I have no power left to lift my lights every other day 😷 Day 36: 69Cm/27.1" ---> Day 38: 79.5 Cm/31.3" 💥 🥊 First cloning attempt ever seem to be a success :) P.s She drinks almost a gallon per day - never seen anything like that before. A nice stocky little plant. She is starting to get that nice smell. Taking heavy feeding nicely and also now fattening up. Still no purple colours yet. I love this strain.

Kicking off week 5. Did some extra work on the LST. Making sure the light penetrates all bud sites. I now understand that my initial goals are too far from what I actually will harvest..mainly due the PH issue we faced on week 4. Let's see how it goes.

Hello. This diary is for Nova OG by Anesia Seeds Indica Dom Flowering time- 8 to 9 weeks Height - Med to Tall Yield - High THC- some where between 22% to 32% THC Average would be 27% with %5 + or - That's a big swing. Might not be as stable as I hoped it to be. But I think that's where the strong mutant plants come from. I hope it's as strong as I want it to be. Taste - Very sweet, fruity taste with peppery hints. Aroma- Coffee with lemon undertones Effect - Focused, uplifted cerebral high which is followed by a deep body relaxation. Indoor/Outdoor Medical properties - Yes. Top genetics - OG x unknown strain Special features - High THC Strain. Is a perfect plant for SCROG, and needs a large amount of food. I got new 5x5 grow tents and new Spider Farms lights SF 4000. I've got them set on 50% till see how the plants like them. I've read about the new lights but they are new to me and it might take a bit to get used to. But I got experience on my side😃. Chuck.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Week 26 Sweet Love is ready for harvest. Part of Spicy CBD plant 1 is also ready. Spicy CBD plant 2 is a few weeks away. Plants are developing differently on different parts. I think I may explain it a little better with a video. Temperature is back to normal hot with humid air. Humidity and VPD: Hottest part of the day during the week; 34 degree C, Humidity 64%, VPD 1.9 Coolest part of the night during the week; 24 degree C, Humidity 73%, VPD 0.8 62 days of flowering for Spicy CBD plant 1. One branch looks ready. And is dripping wet. However, trichome is still clear and just start to get cloudy. And I have started to trim off the bigger fan leaves. I think next week will be a good time to harvest for this branch. Another branch still looks like it has a few more weeks to go. 50 days of flowering for Sweet Love. Sweet Love is small. The buds looks fluffy and light. Does not look like she would yield much. The smell is very much green mango with a hint of pepper spice. Pulled off fan leaves. On some part, trichome is ready. On most of the plant, buds are ready. I'll throw away the part that is not ready. I don't think they'll do much any more. And Sweet Love is in the shadow of Spicy CBD. 50 days of flowering for Spicy CBD plant 2. One branch looks good. A few more weeks for buds to ripen. The other branch is still young with hardly any flower. Light Feeding with yoghurt and molasses to encourage potency. A dose of light compost tea and another dose of potassium salt to help ripen flower. Bugs and mold are in check. VPD is down a bit but I don’t see a need to spray anti-mold microbes with such fluffy buds. Feeding summary Monday evening – Compost tea ( 1.5 ml / liter compost tea + 1.5 ml/liter humic acid). Tuesday evening – Yoghurt ratio ( 1 liter yoghurt to 5 liter of water) Wednesday evening – Molasses ( 2.5 ml / liter). Thursday – none Friday evening. 1.5 ml/liter compost, 0.5 gram / liter potassium salt, 0.5 ml cal mag.

10/10/21 new week for Afghani Gold Growing almost a month now did some topping last week and today started to LST the main everything going great so far plants loving the new FC-4800 so as i 🤩 absolutely no extra heat is coming of them 👌🏻 I maybe will top some more but as far it Goes for LST this will be the only thing i will do to the plants let the rest grow freely 14/10/21 Growing very nicely giving them the watering and nutrients when they need it . I am trying to understand plants better by looking at feeling soil etc instead of a regiment. And learning we do every day because bin growing in 11L pots but now in 8L pots so that means that there gone be smaller then my first grow . Looks great and tastes great, poor yield due to the algae issue I had which stunted their growth. All my fault, you live and you learn

The germinated seeds were planted with the white tap-root pointing downwards into small pots (0,25 l) with light-mix from Goldlabel.nl. During week 1 almost all seeds came up and grew into small seedlings. Some late-comers like the MAC are just peaking out of the soil, while others are already small plants of 5-7 cm size. During this phase I only use one single S4W-LED lamp from SANlight in Austria. The fixture is appr. 50 cm above the babies and this is plenty of light for the small seedlings. They get a little bit of BIO NOVA roots with their water, because this enhances root growth a lot and helps the babies to stay healthy until they are tall enough to be repotted. Don't let the pics with the KANNABIA strain-markers in the small pots confuse you, the genetics are all different strains from different producers (see germination)! Three strains are from KANNABIA SEEDS (the Kritikal-K, the Pineapple Dream and the Skit Kandy Dream), but they came with a bunch of handy plastic strain markers, which I used for all my plants/pots.
