Week 5 flower. This one just grows slow. Slowly filling in. Very frosty, but not a nice smell. Hopefully the flowers end up tight, hard, and smelling great. Lights are at 12-14” from canopy, and plants are taking it well. Blumat drip still working, and hand watering once a week with Gaia Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Not going to top dress anymore as these 30 gallon pots have lots to offer still and this plant is using nothing really. Thanks for views!

Lots of prebuds. It hasn't been as thirsty this week. Last week it wanted about a half gallon daily. This is the tallest of the 5 plants that I am growing. I have 3 Amnesia Lemon, a Laughing Buddha, and an Acapulco Gold in the same tent. I am limited to growing 5 plants at a time due to state laws. The other two plants are about half the height. The tall plant next to it on the right is the Acapulco Gold.

Its week 5 and you know what? We have some smell to enjoy! This week, the stretch finally finished completely. The plants stoped growing and are focussing their power and nutrients into bud producion from now on. Thats a very important moment in flower. My Hy-Pro nutrition plan tells me, to start giving Hy-Pro Epic Bloom in this critical development phase. This will give the ladies exactly what they need, to grow some big, tasty flower. I had to do another major under canopy cut on the Jack Herer. Took out another 15cm of buds over the net, since they would just suck up energy and never come close to the grade of quality I am looking for. I just was not ready for the growth, Hy-Pro made possible in my tent. Never experienced such explosive growth, just watched it happen for other guys on YouTube and social media. For my next grow, i will definitely have to beef up my tent. I can tell there is really some smell coming out of the tent by now. Its always a joy, to open it. Development is making me very happy. They grew strong, thick stems in vegi, those branches will be able to hold alot of weight in buds. From now on, i feed them the following: Hy-Pro Terra: 4,5ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 4ml/l Hy-Pro Epic Bloom: 0,5ml/l EC: 1,8 VPD: 1,40 PPFD: 930 µmol/m²/s I would really love, to see some colouration on the Mimosa and the Blueberry. Fattening up every day and smelling amazing! Took out calmag supplementation and will start a flush next week. Starting to see a bit of senescence. She finishes at 8.5 weeks max consistently.

Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. This time I trimmed before drying. The buds are very nice and dense. This grow was very quick and satisfying. I expected more grams but I am still a newbie, I have a lot to learn. I cured it for 2 weeks and the taste is "mama mia". Thank You for letting me participate to this contest !

Scrog

Partially drained the tank at the start of the week and topped up with ro water and 1ml of final solution per Litre. Last 2.5 days were in darkness. I trimmed the majority of fan leaves before hanging up to dry in the tent today. Started out trimming with the plants in the tent and soon realised it would be much easier to just cut them down whole, hang them upside down outside the tent and trim them up a bit. I have a small dehumidifier and a small fan heater setup in the tent and they have been keeping a humidity level of about 60% and a temp of 16 Celsius for the last few days while the lights have been off. I figure that's a good starting point for drying and I can increase the temperature if needed, that will drop the humidity also. Intake fan at the bottom and extract fan at the top are running constantly as they have been since the grow started (low power 4" fans). I might add back in a fan for circulation depending on how the drying goes, or maybe even trim or hang the plants better to get more airflow around the buds

Ok here we are, last week. This is my first try so I don't know exactly when to harvest. Leaves are turning yellow and 50% of pistills are brownish, but I don't know if it's ready looking at the trichomes aspect. So what do you suggest? I've posted macros of the trichomes for you to help. Need expert's advice. Thx happy growers!

En esta semana ya empezamos a "lavar raíces", dejamos de nutrir a la planta. Le doy un riego con Enzymas, para que éstas descompongan lo que quede de nutrientes en el sustrato, y otro riego con solo agua. Destacar que ha descendido algo la temperatura, y que el agua de riego también es ahora más fría.

She’s still stretching! This week I removed Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha, and added B-52 and Bud Factor X (never tried this one before). Since the princess loves this 2ml/L dosage for NPK nutes, I’ll not be touching that for the moment. That seems to be the optimal dosage for a sativa like this. Very nice!
