Day 58 - 07/02/20 About 70% or more pistils are amber and ive harvested the inner stems of the plant yesterday and today and trimmed it all down to individual buds before putting it in the net to dry for a week :) The inner stems had such thick and dense buds on them that it was blocking some light from the buds on the outer stems and preventing them from reaching full maturity. They are now getting all the light they need for a few more days during the flushing week. I will also be reducing the light from 18/6 down to 12/12 this week as its not possible for me to isolate the plants in total darkness for 72h. I was told that no light right before harvest will mean more THC production, any time i knock the lights back before harvest my buds always look frosty and covered in trichomes. I cant wait until i have a smaller veg tent and another tent so i can isolate the plants for the full 72 hours. Anyways i had a little problem over the last 2 weeks with my PH pen being cheap and nasty, it constantly needs calibrated but still its doing a basic job and preventing more serious PH issues until i get a replacement. i also think i might have flushed the plants at that time before calibrating the PH meter and they were not happy about it :) Everything looks okay now in my tent and im just giving this one only Phed tap water until harvest :) I added a few photos of the Cayenne pepper plants harvest, the pepper plant was in one of my older grows i think maybe my first... could be the quick one diary, with minimal care and a little water i grew some monster peppers, i wanted to give them thier own diary but im not sure how GD would react hahah. so i posted them here, These peppers were all grown under the same light in the exact same conditions as i grow my weed with no bugs 🐜 or problems with mould, id strongly reccommend giving it a go and use up that grow space, especially as its bad for the environment to indoor grow! make the most of it folks! I trimmed the fan leaves off and chopped the tips of the sugar leaves which had no trichomes on them. most of the test buds got all the visible stem removed but i left a few of the chunky tops to dry just to see how they turn out. Anyways im going to flush for a few more days before chopping the rest down and getting it ready to dry :) Keep on growing folks!

And the RH is hitting 80% leaving the door partially unzipped. Ordered a small Dehumidifier to help. Changed the cover picture in celebration of an election. Day 3 week 10. Added a dehumidifier to help bring the RH inline. Sofia and Claudia are starting to show their flowers. Happy girls make happy grower. Day 5 week 10. Each morning a defoliation, and the next day grown in again. The girls have grown enough to see where they are joined from their single seed.

Ladies and gentlemen we are on day 82 and this girl is no more, through the loophole I can't find one clear trichome I understand the white hairs but I also understand the trichomes is what we go by.. also wanted to get her down because I was worried of possible root issues and did not want to ruin such a beautiful little plant.. Divine seeds has some great genetics this thing was topped and in such a small cup handled the training well and rewarded me with what I'm assuming is going to be between 28 and 35 grams so I'm thinking over a gram per ounce of dirt that's not too shabby.. I hope everyone in the contest is doing well and I hope everyone else is doing just as good.. we are all in this together, to be able to grow our own medicine at our own discretion and know what we're smoking is worth its weight in gold.. again big shout out to Divine Seeds for putting together this competition I thought I would do something a little different to stand out by doing a mini pot grow I don't know if it'll get me a trophy or not but it was sure fun growing it and was very beneficial to me in my personal development as a grower.. until next time folks and a month or so I will have the smoke report.. Now I know during the cure I will probably lose around 1/8 of my total weight but still I will be definitely over 40 grams my guess will be at least 42 to 43 .. now for 28 Oz of soil I could not be happier.. between the genetics being great and the plants loving my feeding remedy all has been well.. I want to thank Divine seeds for throwing such an awesome contest and giving us enough time to do it right and also for providing the seeds but not just that they really hooked it up.. First few days of flower so nothing much happening. The stretch is in effect and she's going for it. Just a little of the bottom leaves removed for better air flow. Nothing major. Having issues keeping the R.H around 60%· Observed slight water condensation on leaves at lights on. Need to sort that out

I have ended the veg cycle and transitioned into flowering. I let them veg an extra week to get more growth around the inner nodes. Training is working as Daphni almost looks like a big Bonsei tree and most of the branches growing from the underside have curled up and are growing straight up. For the past weeks my pH levels have always gone down and my humidity stayed around 55% but over the past week of vegging the pH has started to rise over time and the Humidity has gone up 10% points to 66%. What caused that change in direction? will have to study. I have the interior radio playing the local rock station 95.7 FM. As for the roots, they are very long and new roots continue to grow. wondering what average root growth for a 1 gal container looks like. No major problems for now as Daphni prepares to enter the flowering stage.

Had no issues at all with this girl.. she's growing lovely. I have removed the bigger fan leaves so the lower flower heads can catch up. I wanted yo top her but at this stage I'm not chancing it.. She's actually at 3 and a half weeks. This week maybe early next week she's due to flip into flower. So only good things to come.

Week 5 on these amazing girls. They're full into the flower stage and the smells are starting to come through super strong. I've switched over to bloom nutes and they seemed to never skip a beat. All in all excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing.

Flower Week 6 Day 42 to 48 - 3/26 to 4/1 Stepped up my attention with these this week and hope I didnt let them go too far for a decent harvest. I defoliated for the last time this week and spotted more purple leaves. The buds are super dense so I have higher hopes than I did last week Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 2 times. 700ppm total before add-ins. I used 400ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). Then I added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) PH balance this week was 6.6 I plan to feed 1.25gal 2 times with 6.6ph and half nutes. This will also be the same for all remaining feeds before harvest. From this point Im simply watching for signs to harvest in the pistils, calyx, and trichomes
