Both my plants are growing quite nicely. They're both getting a few more leaves and getting bigger by the day. Trying out a drip irrigation system for a week or so, see how that goes.

The other 3 plants are in their 4th week of flowering while the deformed one is still vegetating. I'll be changing to mid bloom nute regime soon and it wont be suitable for veg plants anyways. Plus I'll be wasting the nutrients on it. Oh well... At least it was a good learning experience. I really thought it was some plant viral infection and was quite worried about it infecting the healthy plants. Didn't get much response from forums, so I actually asked Lex Blazer (the Youtuber) about it. He thinks its a type of abnormal growth is caused by a rare mutation and it's not some viral infection. 11/10/2021 - I changed the light to Migro Aray 8 since the stretching has stopped. 15/10/2021 - Minor defoliation done.

She is getting fat! What a great plant she is - again, little to no deficiencies, other than some light burn but I could not complain to have such strong genetics for my first ever grow! Trichomes are not too cloudy, so still a while to go but what an AUTO!

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. I like to flush... So this will be the last week of nutrient for these girls. They will just get ph adjusted tap water for the last 2 weeks. When the water flushes the medium, In the past I've put a meter in the reservoir, the ppm's are about 500ppm for the first week of flush and about 250 the 2nd week of flush. I'm expecting some yellowing leaves then. It's odd that 1/2 of that Pink Kush plant died. I don't think it's got root rot that can spread through the hydroponic system. OK. Keep Growing Straight. Fun week, things are starting to smell! The forbidden runtz has a fruity smell with some funk on it then at the end its a little candy almost like a gummy or something. The purple lemonade dosent have a lot of smell yet but its there, I imagine as it frost up it'll come out more.

These are coming up really strong. The week was really rainy but they needed it and pretty much old enough for the drench pour. I await the pre flowers to tell which ones are male/female.

Watered straight water on day 130, runoff & pH still high at 5/3230, raised lights to 23" above the canvas do give better coverage but only getting between 17,000-35,000 lux so I'm under lit for flower, might be upgrading to HLG Scorpion R Spec LED. Added half a tsp NPK Microbes Bloom Stage today, hopefully this will help.

I started the week by flushing the plants. It was time. The oldest two plants have two weeks max. The run off started at 1900ppm and went down to 400ppm. By that time I had pumped about 60 litres through the four of them. The tap water is already 300ppm, so this is a good level I think. The leaves are responding. I can see the nutrients being drawn out of them. They are withdrawing. I am also looking at trichomes daily now. The mature plants are 1/3 clear, 2/3 cloudy, with a few amber. The younger plants are 2/3 clear, 1/3 cloudy, with no amber. I couldn’t wait any longer. I cropped and chopped 3 buds from under the canopy and dried them slowly on a metal plate over boiling water. It took 1/2 hour, but it produced a nicely dried pile of smelly weed. If I lost any potency in the process we didn’t notice. We got really really stoned. If this sample is any indication, I think it will easily be my best grow yet in terms of potency. Now I’m curious about the weight.
