The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. 7/21/21: WEEK 6!!!!! She's looking pretty good and I'm super impressed with how well she has handled the heat, she's doing way better than some sativas we've grown indoors during summer..I think she'll start plumping up this week..we cut growth solution roughly a week ago but she's still pretty dark, I imagine there's a bunch in her media to use up yet.. we noticed a split starting down her main stem so we've released some pressureon the ties and wrappeda plant tie around the base temporarily... we'll update again midweek, thanks for reading and happy growing friends! 🐱❤️💡🌱 7/23/21: hairline split down the main stem has healed already, that's good news... buds are gradually starting to fatten up.. we're still around 85-90f during the day so we may consider reversing our light schedule to run at night but this is something we would do after the GDP is harvested, the other 3 plants in the flower tent are in week 3 and week 1 respectively and would probably deal with the light disruption a little better (just a guess but no sense in rocking the boat this late in flower..ty for reading friends 💓 7/26/21: She's starting to put on some weight 💪😺.. we went camping for the weekend and her buds were noticeably thicker when we returned 2 days later..I uploaded a short video ❤️🐱💡🌱

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Turns out, this girl is an AUTO!! Not a photo. Here we are at day 36! She's looking awesome! I've been doing a lot of LST on it trying to get as many tops as I can. I've even tried some minor HST and she's been bouncing back up quick. I'm having to tie down every day now. Day 21, I plan to defoliate and remove the smaller growth and let her rock out!

had one stronger then the others so i decided to fim and lst her. gave the other one lst and small trim and the last one i only bend down 2 big leaves. from now on i focus more on the special one who got the fimming.

Just waiting for amber trichomes. Cloudy with a chance of potency. Next door neighbor said he could smell it from his house. Beginning to worry about motivated thieves who might take a chance and scale our 8' fence.

Things (finally) started to stink this week. Started the flush on Tuesday, hoping next Thursday will be the day I shut the lights off on her and Friday will be harvest day! About 50% of the trichomes are cloudy at this point, so the original 84 day timeline seems pretty accurate!

1st grow in 14yrs, 1st ever auto. I'm nervous.... Week2: Dried out coco from over watering. Hung 2nd LED MH-TS1000. Hung wet towel in front of fan to increase Humidity. Getting 82F/56H much better VPD (went from 2.1 to 1.15). Tomorrow will finish topping off soil. I didn't have any Bone Meal till today. Well it's day14, I decided to go ahead and top off soil. 1st I added to ea 1/3cup of Bone Meal, 1/4 cup Bat Guano, 2tbsp Calcium Nitrate and Potassium Nitrate. Lightly mixed layer to top 1" of soil. Then added 1-1/2" of Canna coco mix (25% worm castings, 10% perlite) gently to surface. Last, I added a layer of cedar chips to the surface. (Hope I didn't do this too early...)

And last but definitely not least, Mystery Made 2 starts to fade as well. From now on, not every single week but every single DAY, the colors get more and more intense... I'm totally in love with this grow

Great growth and , I really picked at the lady’s this week and crazy hydroponic store visit.. was a memorable start of the week . But yeah these advanced nutrients are really expensive and they do a great job just thinking bout switching back to hg and emerald harvest.. but other details this week is that they like the lollipop and de leafing. last day de leafing will be Monday morning . At the middle of the 3 week but to me more like beginning of week three cause I don’t count the first week in flower but yeah looking good great growth and I they smell pretty freaking good

Shes such a happy girl... I removed the top 2 fan leaves. They were blocking the bottom 2 branches from getting any light.. Now every branches is getting plenty. I've noticed the cup feels extra light every day now. She's drinking alot.. Probably gonna have to water 2 times a day in flower. Oh well! More time with my babies!... So I removed the top 2 branches (or topped her 1 node down) because the leaves were coming out a bit deformed.. And I just realized it would be easier to just have 4 colas.. Instead of 6 while growing in a cup. Pretty sure that day 24 she has pushed out her first calyx!!! My baby girl is growing up so fast! 😭 ... Anyways.. Yeah, I'm regretting all the abuse.. I need to learn not to abuse my girls like I do... Especially the autos.. My other auto took it fine, though.. No more abuse to this one.. Just LST from here on out.. And minimal defoliations when needed.. She should be flowering soon... According to other Bloody Skunk grows I've seen... So I forgot I had this little COB LED that I was gonna use for a project.. But this should work fine.. She's still getting plenty of Sunraise light but now shes getting more from this little thing lol.. She's so happy and healthy.. Besides the abuse I put on her and the bite marks from my dog smh.. I've been feeding them leaves that I remove so anytime they see a ganja leaf they think its theirs lol I need to stop pulling off leaves already.. She may be a little in shock right now.. No more for a week or 2.. so she can recover some.. She's still got a little more growin in her and then of course the stretch.. She'll be OK I think

Sweet Bourbon Kush is growing great in her little potter. She is starting to get into her bulking stage. Everything has been going good for her. I am really curious to see the final result. I have been increasing her feed as she is taking it great. She got some selective defoliation and some additional pruning where needed. 18 plants, 5 strains. Each plant has 3 main buds. By means of LST I tried to make them all the same height. Because the plants have now stopped growing, leading is no longer necessary. The plants are still attached to the plant sticks with tie strips to support the buds when they get heavy later on. Lots and large leaves, and therefore a weekly large defoliation every week. The trichomes begin to appear. . All three Exotic Witch plants are mostly Indica types. A fantastic sweet pleasant intoxicating scent. The buds are already getting fat. EW # 1 - 87cm - lots of trichomes, slightly more sativa, quality EW # 2 - 96cm - fat buds, probably a big yielder EW # 4 - 71cm - smallest plant, lower yield
