So they’re still stretching, I thought they were slowing down a couple days ago, but then I walked in today and realised shit, they’re still going, must have grown another 3 inches since yesterday. They have almost filled out the whole 6x4ft space, a little space by the door and in the corners, the floor is looking well shaded which I am happy about, as that means I am not wasting too many photons. I have an maybe another 10/15cm of spare vertical capacity before I’m going to have to start some emergency super-cropping. Starting to get a little anxious I still haven’t changed out the reservoir from 16 days ago, although my top ups have been the same composition as noted above. I think I will drain her out tomorrow which has a drastically lower ratio of nitrogen. I have to say, this Botanicare range is incredibly stable and forgiving once you get past mid veg. As for the genetics, she knows how to grow without little fuss. Maybe I have been very lucky, time will tell once I finish my next grow with a different strain. They are small plants compared to HighCloudZ in these 1-gallon pots. They have established heights of 52cm and 67cm. But the flower development is faster, as the higher percentage of indicas shows. They are already gaining weight and producing good resin, at just 50 days old. Next week, a larger application of ferts, in this organic living soil. The union of two great worlds. The smell is reminiscent of apple, very sour.

Harvested them on 10/4, washed them and hung them to dry for 4 days, then alternated them in brown paper bags and big jars for a few days until perfect. Final thoughts: Like most sativas I've grown, those biggass colas were kinda fluffy and shrunk up pretty bad once dry, but it's super frosty, tasty, and smells delicious as well. It was very easy to grow, but a pain to trim...too leafy. No deficiencies at all with normal feed, and they bulked up really well in the last two weeks. They are thirsty girls because they have a lot of foliage. They can withstand being less than a foot from quantum boards for their final week or two without burning up too much. I don't like that it took this strain almost two weeks longer than the others, but a good sativa usually takes quite a while longer than these did. Bruce Banner is turning into the Hulk!!!!!!!!! Holy shit, what a strain. This will be a massive harvest on some very large buds. The frost is here and the bloom booster is in the daily fertigation regiment. Looking for these things to really fatten this week. Smell is strong and earthy so far, just the way I like it. Plants have officially started their flower cycle this week. Gradually increased light wattage from 75% to 100%, originally had the light at 15” but raised to 17” after seeing small signs of light burn. My cheap Amazon PH meter broke after 2 months so I’m currently using the GH PH tester solution - hoping to pick up a Bluelab pen by the end of the week. The green crack has been the fastest growing seed by far! It’s been a bit nerve-wracking defoliating her, I keep having to pull leaves to uncover her flower sites (I know I’ll have to do it again too). One of the LSDs I’m experimenting with- I put about 2 inches of super soil (Subcool’s recipe) on the bottom of the pot and am continuing to feed her on the same regiment as the others. She’s happy with no signs of nute burn! The West Coast OG on the other hand seems to be a light feeder and had a bit of nute burn, so I’ve been going extra light on feeding. As we get deeper into flower, I will be posting more individual photos of each plant so you can see the bud development.

Ich denke das sie noch 1 - 1½ Wochen stehen wird bis sie auch zum trocknen aufgehangen wird. Die Trichome sind ca 20%milchig, 75%klar und 5%amber. Die Fanleaves werden auch langsam heller und gehen ins herbstliche. Gegossen wird nur noch mit Wasser wenn der Topf leichter wird. An heißen Tagen waren es teilweise zwei mal täglich. Hoffentlich überlebt sie die letzten Tage ohne schlimmere wettereinflüsse🍀 Vielen Dank fürs reinschauen 💚

Thinking about pull out a good amount of clones soon. From seed is a nightmare. My personal Ethos germination rate is not good. Amazing plant by the way. Once they pop they look good, strong, easy to train. Some are under the italian method. Dancing the tarantella. Super happy now!🦄

Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!

Zealix is doing good. She has shifted more into flowering and is developing her Cola sites. Everything is looking good. I will likely do a solution change on her soon for a potassium rich diet for her flowering.
