Hi guys! Sorry havent updated for a while, there has been alot of going on so the plants have gotten very little attention. And I have been ashamed of myself for letting the canophy get that out of hands. The vertical growth just continues on and on, there is not much room to lift the lights anymore. The Hydroguard really did the job, no root problems anymore. Buds are starting to swell and smell is more intense. Anyways nothing wrong with them other than the lack of care in last few weeks. But Its nice to be back!

Hey guys :-) .
Finally the time has come the lady has been harvested :-).
In the last week the water was freshly mixed with Canna Flush and an Ec of 0.4 in order to completely use up the nutrients in the last few days 👍.
You can see it on the beautiful autumn yellow leaves :-).
Before harvesting, the lights were turned off completely for 48 hours.
After everything was neatly trimmed by hand, the buds were put into the drying tent, where they are allowed to dry for the first 8-12 days at a humidity of 62% before they ferment with 62% boveda packs in jars.
After another 3-4 weeks in the glasses, the 58% boveda packs come in for the final touch :-).
Of course, the final update comes from the fermented end product 👍.

Big thicc buds. Hard to imagine what these will look like at the end in about 3 more weeks. Used twine over the last few weeks to individually tie up about 15-20 branches to the three stakes I put in. A trellis would’ve helped a lot, but she’s sharing a room with plants earlier in flower now, which is why I decided not to use one a few weeks back.

"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness.
Very good yield!
3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim
The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke.
Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!

***New Addition***
Day 82 - Big tank change out. Had a massive drop in pH while EC rose some again (Only been adding RO water the last few days to keep tank in check around EC1.2-1.3, had jumped to 1.6. PH Drop was from 5.9-6 to 4.9-5.0 from it being stable for 4-5 days). After epsom salting the leaves last week, still noticing some lower leaves "Praying" and some dead and drying ones hanging from the plant. Its getting to about the mid-way point of the plant now (again, all that's under the scrog but...) but getting too close for comfort!!! Have edited my formula slightly for this change out to:
*2ml/L Bloom A & B (So 100ml of each in a 50L tank)
*1ml/L Silicon
*0.6g/L Epsom Salts
*1ml/L 9/18 PK Warrior (This was a f**k up, should have been 0.5ml/L - hopefully doesn't impact or isn't the cause for Mg issues - causing a lockout)
2ml/L Sumo Active Boost
2ml/L Fulvic Acid
2ml/L Sensizym
2ml pH Down to bring the lot to pH 5.7-5.8
This brought me to about 1.6EC, pH6.4 (Expected value was 1.521 from Hydrobuddy Calc for the * ingredients - My water bases at 0.2EC so a close enough calc!!!) - Higher than I have been putting in but i think most of the EC rise is from the Sulfate in the Epsom Salts (The Sulfur alone is about 0.32EC).
Also, with it coming late autumn and the tent in an outdoor cabin, got a temp controller to bring on a heater to stop the temp dropping below 16.5C...its now averaging out around 18.7 during the night so that's decent enough (Was potentially getting sub 15C - recent day temps have been 9-11C so could have been pretty chilly in there!!!). Also put my aquarium heater in the tank to bring the solution to around 19C as 1 of the plants has grew an absolute root mass into the tank itself - It is defying the Smart Pots and getting itself into there even after a pruning a few weeks back!!!
So, tank change happened a few days early but what the hey...passed the time with a hot whiskey or 5!!! :P

Day 78 - Really haven't done anything with the girls the last week. Just been topping up with pH adjusted water, bringing down the nute strength a bit as they're taking on water but not really taking on any nutes. General monitoring.
Think I am going to have to get a heater out in the cabin as the night (IRL Day temps) are getting 15C and below so worried that could be impacting some nute uptake - Gave them an epsom foliar last night and then the bi-weekly Geisha foliar spray just before lights out this morning.
Apart from that, nothing new.

The smells are amazing walking into the room no the mention once I actually open the tent, a very sweet tropical aroma at first sniff should I say. In tent 1 on the right there are two Bubble Gums(from seedsupreme) are growing completely different at the bottom right she is very orange but not as frost, but the girl in the back right is not so orange but very frosty.
And then there is my favorite Amnesia Haze (Also from Seedsupreme) I always keep one of those girls growing never fails extremely frosty smells like gassy orange citrus and smokes just perfect for me and a nice yield girl for sure last time I got a little over a quarter pound just from one plant

Now these plants were me having a little fun as well as testing some strains the see if I will grow again. So I’m the front I have a Peanut ButterPie x Royal Kandy(Won it on 420) this was a grow again I just have to many seed so I grow them 4 at a time, BUT this is the orangest most frostiest MOST dense flower I have ever seen. To the back right I have a GMO Cookies I found the seed in a shake bag from the dispensary I’m not really a fan of the buds are frosty the the nugs are so tiny looks like I’m going to have nothing but popcorn but anyway, And last we have in the back left corner some random bag seed I took off my friend hands cause I could not stand to see it look the way it did I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IT she is so shitty the only thing I like about her is that all her buds look like a amazing shape and size BUT no frost just plant like what????

Start of week 6 of flower. Buds are continuing to develop. The structures on the ladies vary widely. 1 has long sativa like colas. Another has 9 dominate colas and many many golf ball size side branches. 1 is a runt. amd the other is just ok. There are several phenos in these beans.

Plants leaves are out of control. Had to do an early pruning to open up plant a bit. Probably could’ve done more but dont wanna stress them out too much. Raised light a bit to encourage a bit of stretching. Irrigation working great but overwatered plants again testing it.
Did some lst to open up plants and get branches above those giant leaves.

May4: nice spring day so plants were outside in the afternoon. Some direct sun but also protected in small greenhouse. Light watering with some nutrients.
I’m using Monster Maxx this year. I used a free sample of it last year making compost teas and it seemed to work great. Early to use any nutes but I think it is okay. This stuff has regular N fertilizer (nitrate, urea, and ammonia) but also two bacteria strains that have been shown to work. I was looking at last year’s roots today and they are the densest and most intricate I’ve seen, so I think this stuff works as advertised. Will still use compost teas later this season but for now this should do fine.
Prepped most of the soil. Cannabis gets the Grade A+ soil, and tomatoes and peppers get last years cannabis soil and some fresh compost.
May 9: weather is great so decided to transplant into the final container. Culled second seedling that was slower and had asymmetrical leaves.
May 10: still misting leaves to provide moisture. So far so good.

The start was easy as it gets just add water the first 20 days and LST every day. When i saw some of the lower leaves start to change color that's when i started to add nuits. after that it was just following the instructions foxfarm already had laid out for me. I cut back by half in the start of my feeds but by the end of my grow I was at full strength. Testing your run off is key. Cropking send me great seeds and genetics is a great foundation and starting point.

Started the final week of nutrients. Then ill be switching to flawless finish and pure water the last week.
Gorrila Zkittles just keeps on stacking. The one pheno is going to be a keeper for sure. Very fruity smells.
