Decent week..... flushed the nutes and started again because it looked like I was scorching it! Smell has increased 10 fold and my garage stinks 😂 I had previously convinced my Girlfriend that the smell was actually the plant food, but now she sees me for the liar that I am. Looked under the magnifying glass today and seen milky trichomes and what looks like a couple that are half turning amber. So for that reason (and partly because I’m getting dogs abuse about the smell) I’m going to start flushing from today and move to harvest mid next week 😎

Commencing Week 10 - 2nd week of flowering - Day 64 from germination - Day 14 of 12/12 on December 26th All is awesome! 😁 Although all plants have hairs right now, 818#1&2, BH2, & GZ2 (especially 818s) seem to start throwing hairs just a few days before the rest. RD is stretching out rather nicely and is working in sync to make a nice level and full canopy. Have noticed the pH of the nutrient solution now swings very low with every plant, especially the bigger ones, within 24 hrs going from 5.8 down to 3.8-4.3. I pH back up accordingly every day. Lastly I decided to go with "bonsai" training instead of topping. (This is in order to keep plants growing at a steady pace - non-stunting - while taking away the apical shape that is natural for some strains.). I "bonsai'd" The following: GZ1&2&3, AND 818#1. Simply put I coiled bonsai wire around the main cola and bent below the next lowest node /tier (see photos) The other s: RD, BH 1&2, and 818#2 have a natural level/close to level shape. D.65/15 Started tucking leaves and light stress training. So far I have taken only 3-4 leaves off per plant. And other than coiled the Apex cola they are been untouched. Also to balance out the pH drop, I have been pHing to the 6.0-6.2 range. Seems to steady the solution better so I will continue. Lastly I have put both the fans and the oxygen pumps on a 15m on 15 m off interval throughout the 24 hr day. I thought it might be risky however the plants seem not to mind, rather maybe even like this better. D.69/19 Yesterday I added a tiny bit of bloom food high in phosphate to help with the flowering since it's picking up now, as well as some extra Cal Mag and the plants seem happier because of it. And I have still been putting the pH a little higher, in the 6.1 range, rather than a 5.8 since it seems to be dipping low every time I check rather than going up. Also I put these pumps back on 24 hrs per day because after two days of being on for 12 hours her day they seemed not as happy as they were prior. Lesson learned with that one no harm done so that's a good thing. The raspberry diesel is really taking up the space wonderfully in between the four plants in the corners and is becoming almost + shaped really filling in the canopy just like the description online says don't vegfor long because the flower phase stretch is something to behold. 818 headband number one has a really beautiful medium sized stature not too short but not tall and lanky either and tons of Bud sites and is looking the most bud-filled already whether that means it will have the most yield or be done the fastest, or both we'll have to wait and see., All three of the Gorilla Zkittles seem to have slightly different phenotype variation one a little bit more sativa than the other two that are more hybrid looking. All 3 have very different root masses compared to the rest of the plants and are pretty big but one in particular is absolutely huge. (Comparisons will be posted in next week's update.) the Boss hogs also seem to have very different phenotype expressions as of now one is staying much more short and having a very level canopy naturally and no hairs, while the other is close to a level canopy but still has a little bit of that main cola dominant feature as well as a lot more hairs. Welcome to my diary for The Seedsman Tiny Pot Contest I was left with two difficult tasks. Firstly, what the hell am I going to grow in? It has to be something unique! Can't just be any ordinary small pot..... Secondly, what am I going to grow in it? It also has to be unique! Can't be just any ordinary pot..... The first obvious choice to me was a photoperiod. Since we are dealing with a micro root system, I would be able to train it like a Bonsai. As the roots get big, it would be easy to cut and maintain the root system before flower. Less chance of root bound and the plant would grow according to its environment. Then I said fuck it..... and chose an autoflower. It's a contest and I love a challenge! I landed on Oasis Genetics Auto Crystal Widow and a little hippo named Herbie! Herbie holds 0.081 gallons of soil. I'm hoping with a 12/12 light schedule it will keep the roots from getting out of control. Wish me luck!! GERMINATION: Day 1, dropped seed in small glass of water. After 12-18 hours the seed will be transferred to a wet paper towel until taproot forms. End of Day 4 taproot had reached 3/4" and it was time for soil.

Seems to be growing and looking good. I can’t wait to see how she grows out.

So here we are end of week 9 and is almost the end for Betty . I think 4-5 days and she I'll be ready for the chop . Has been 10 days flush so far and just been feeding her pH water . I will get some better pics up when chopping her down got real bad lighting in my flat and only take out at night .😀

Started LST on day 14. Feeding the plant Seaweed extract. Light set to 50% (approx 48W) and height kept at 12" (30cm) above the plant.

Growing like a weed. Light burn mid veg, due to ph meter broken. Quickly recovered after flush. No issues since. Day 14, lowering nitrogen tomorrow. Slowly raising her ph a wee bit, she doesn’t seem to mind. 7 out of 8 seem to be on the same pace, one is a little slower. All plants, aside from color, look the same genetically. Rare to have a bag of seeds with the exact same plants. Good job Grower’s Choice. Still no pollen sacs on sprayed branches.

day 1 - shes getting her sugar on the leafs now clearly and you can start to really notice her smell after just a few minutes of the tent being open. not too strong of a smell yet but there is still much time to improve, really happy with the bud developement so far!!! day 4 - trichome producktion is just kickin off since 1-2 days, love to smell her sweetness. stretch has come to a stop a few days also. day 6 - when i opened the tent today she was showing me her flowers big. there was a big diffrence visible for my eye from last open yesterday to today and i like it! the pistils on the main bud start to get orange color and the others also seem to get a few pistols with color totay!

The Strawberry Banana from canuk seeds is still the smallest girl but she is moving along she will not be getting any more toppings but once she gets a little bigger under the medic grow fold 6 then she will be going into flower

Erst lässt die Grandmommmy auf sich warten und jetzt schiesst sie den Vogel komplett ab 😱. Ihre Höhe ist jetzt bei 125 cm und viel Platz nach oben habe ich nicht mehr mit der Lampe. Ihre Triebe sind sehr dünn und ich hoffe, sie entwickelt noch ihre Stabilität. Ansonsten muss ich mir überlegen, sie irgendwie im Laufe der Blütephase noch zu stützen. Es wird auf jedenfall eine spannende Phase 😉

Great week, the girls are doing fine without me. All I have to do is pop in and give them Some water x2 a week. I increased their feed just a bit this week, I will start tapering the nutrients off soon, and will increase the amount of water going through them in hopes of getting a 10% runoff or so at least 3-4 times before harvest. Don’t even want to think about getting too far ahead, I’m getting very excited for these beautiful girls. These are quickly turning into the best homegrown I’ve seen yet! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
